I ordered chicken tikka masala, peshwari naan and chips, and I honestly can tell you this is the most disappointing Indian I’ve ever had. The chicken was severely overcooked and pretty much inedible. They provided me with a sauce that was not even masala, and the chips were stone cold. I won’t be ordering from here again

excellent customer service, forgot mango and onion chutney but sent out within 15 mins, with extra poppadoms, decent food too. and we come especially for your chicken chat!

Hidden Gem This is my favourite Indian takeaway in Birkenhead by far. From the value for money, quality of the food and kindness of the staff - I won’t go anywhere else. The food is absolutely delicious and has been every single order. The staff are so kind and often throw in free items. Although it doesn’t look like much from the outside - this place is 10/10 There are often very good deals and discounts when you order directly through their website 😊

They rang to advise the order will be late due to being let down by their delivery driver, which I was very appreciative. Food was lovely and driver was polite and apologetic. Will defo order again.

Not worth it. The rice was half done. Lamb curry was rubbish. Texture of the lamb was rubbery and was having gritty sensations while chewing- mustn’t have been washed properly. I would not recommend their food.

Apart from 3 small bones in the meat which were sharp and could cause issues the meal was very nice, shame I had to go through the meat after nearly swallowing a piece that could have caused issues.

placed a small order before 19:30 and had to wait till 20:50 for it to turn up. I understand if it is busy on the weekend but a Monday evening? quietest day of the week usually. took too long

Not bad but not great either, 9.25 for abit meat in the biryani and absolutely no spice in it was disappointing. Only thing that let it down unfortunately. Everything else was about usual for a takeaway.

First time ordering from Sultan and we were blown away with how good the food was. Generous portion sizes with plenty of meat in each dish. We had the deal for £26 and had: Pompano’s and chutneys which tasted so fresh. Onion bajis (4) they were crispy and not at all greasy which I loved. Bombay potato - amazing I could have just had this on its own. Rogan Josh with lamb and there was lots of it. Delicious and again tasted so fresh. Not spicy but full of flavour. Garlic chilli chicken - we have never had this before - it was hot but it was sooo good. Again lots of chicken! One pilau rice - not sure what much can be said about rice but it was good! Overall delicious, fresh tasting food, great portion sizes, really quick collection time and amazing value! Note on this offer it is not a “set” menu - you can choose you meals which is amazing! Thank you! We will be back!

Never again! Food was okay but the delivery was far too long. The restaurant also marked the status as delivered which was cheeky.

Order was made at 6:15, delivery estimated for 6:55 which then changed to 7:25 but food didn’t actually arrive until 7:45. So an hour and a half wait from ordering to delivery, and 20 minutes later than the estimated time. Food was cold when arrived and very bland. Definitely not worth the wait. Wouldn’t order from here again.

I love it here, the food is always plentiful, hot and tasty. However, this time, we didn't get any of the chutneys we paid for, and they sent a plain naan instead of a garlic naan. Hoping it was just a mistake and all will be spot in again next time.

Disappointed no delivery of food but took the money. Then to be told i would receive my order. Placed order 7ish its not gone 10pm they are not answering phone or texts. Very surprised as i have ordered before and no problems but this is happened will not be placing an order with them again. Just want my money back

They forgot the pilau rice to go with the curry was told 50 min to deliver it, food would of been cold by then. Then was told next time then he will give me the rice for free if he doesn't deliver it told him to forget it 🤣🤣

Had King Prawn Karahi and the prawns were minute and the dish was bland. My partner had Chicken Vindaloo which was also lacking in flavour.

Terrible. The order took over 2 hours to arrive, and when I phoned up to chase the owner could not grasp the concept that I would rather not wolf my tea then go straight to bed. ' what it's only 930' . When the food eventually arrived the bit I have eaten was poor. The salad was just lettuce, the packaging was damaged and the potatoes were hard in the middle. I have ordered hundreds of meals off this site and this is only the second negative review I have left.

Very good, only issue was the prawns had their skins on which was very fiddly to try try and remove from wet sauce.

Wife ordered on Uber Eats, an HOUR AND A HALF later hadn’t showed up, so I called the restaurant. Bloke on the phone says “it’s sitting here waiting to go but we haven’t got any drivers” so I asked how long it’d been “sitting there” and he said about 25 mins, he also said it would still be another 25 mins before we got our food, so I told him to cancel it and not to bother. They STILL CHARGED US THE FULL £30, absolutely disgusting. She ordered it from them by mistake anyway coz we’ve been there before and the food is absolutely minging anyway.

I ordered food from here last night and it was disgusting. I had jalfrazi, it was vile its wasn't a jalfrazi in my eyes and certainly not one I'll be eating again. I've been throwing up all night and feel terrible. I only went here because my local Indian was closed. I would give this place NO stars but it's not an option on here..
