tasted nice but small portions, especially considering delivery charge. ordered just after 10.20 and took over an hour for 3 items. wouldn't pay those prices again knowing the portion size, but did taste nice and they did text after nearly an hour to say going to be late - doesn't stop the hunger pangs though.

Portion sizes are absolutely atrocious considering the prices. Cookie doughs are a small but instead should be classed as a micro minis. Will not order again.

I ordered a lotus biscof doughnut. Way better than Krispy Kreme. Presentation was lovely and so was the doughnut. Owners are absolutely lovely too! Highly recommend.

Was expecting good things having read the other reviews but what a let down. the churros were very oily, and there was a puddle of oil in the container they came in. They gave my husband stomach ache. The red velvet cake was very processed, like a cheap sponge cake you buy at the supermarket. very bland.

Notified about delay, delivered not long after that. Guy that delivered couldn’t apologise enough and even threw in some extra bits to say sorry about the delay. Food was incredible! Delay won’t stop me from ordering again!

Amazing food and customer service.

The waffle I thought I ordered has arrived, I received only half of what was anticipated as it was only TWO STICKS instead of a full waffle. Phoned up to ask why and apparently that is a ‘standard waffle’. Also the medium cookie dough is a rip-off as I was charged £9 for it to be a small foil tray and very shallow. If I wanted waffle sticks I would of went to the other dessert place down the road which I can get some for like £2 PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. After calling they did not help.

First time ordering and easily the best burger I've ever had! It's my first time trying pink tea too and I'm sold! Delivery driver was polite too and friendly, that goes a long way in my eyes. I'll definitely be ordering from here again

Ordered for the first time today and can definitely say we will be ordering again! We had the Strawberry Waffle, Kinder Cookie Dough and 2 milkshakes. Absolutely divine! The driver forgot the cookie dough and the lady called to let us know and sent it back out straight away with a note and something extra which was so nice, she didn't have to do that. Thank you for a great experience!

Eat here regularly often 2 times a week since the day it opened! The deserts are amazing especially the cookie dough and the sundae’s 🔥, currently working my way threw the rest of the menu 😋👌🏾 Owner and the staff extremely polite and friendly, lovely people.

Staff was so lovely and friendly, they went to buy more strawberries when they didn't have any left at 10:30pm. Went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome and comfortable.

First time ordering from here and won’t be ordering again. I’ve ate from their other shop in Coventry so I know what it’s supposed to taste and look like. It seemed like because it was close to closing time it was rushed. The waffle looked and tasted horrendous. As it was closed so I couldn’t complain there was an email to contact if you can’t get in touch. I sent them an email and they stated I needed to call the shop. Why have an email address to assist when the shop is closed to then be directed back to calling the shop. It was to the point where I just wanted a refund so I didn’t have to be in contact again. I had reviewed using the wrong account previously hence reposting. The owner responded but was not able to see full response as it was no longer available. It was not the wrong shop. I have an email confirming my order including order ID.

In my experience of desert shops this was overall not good. Yes the quality for the cookie dough was good but for the price not good value for money. A regular was what I would expect for small. The service was simply awful. 45 mins the delivery would be so we were told. An hour and 45 minutes later (that’s being generous it was nearly 2 hours) it turns up. Give the driver his money he then just stand there looking at me bear in mind I was owed over £5 change. He then said sorry I can’t hear well and give me the change after I had to ask for my own change back. I could half understand if it was a bit of change but over a fiver is just taking the Micky.

AMAZING cookie dough! I had a small but it was the perfect amount. Comes with ice cream too! Service was excellent and the store was immaculate. Highly recommended!!

Used to be a regular customer and order the kinder waffle every time it was so good, however they have recently changed their ingredients to (I’m presuming) cheaper ingredients which tastes horrible and leaves a funny after taste, it is nothing like the original which we loved. They have watered down their sauces too which is a shame. Unfortunately will not be returning. * seller has responded saying I have ordered off just eat and left reviews however I have never ordered off there! Clear cut lies. I used to order all the time off Uber eats however recently it’s been disgusting with the ingredients definitely changed. I hope they return to using the better ingredients soon*

I’m living in UK since 5 years and this is the first time I have eaten such a good waffle! Yes the best waffle I never had here (I took the Ferrero one). Usually, I personally don’t like the chocolate that people put in the waffle and crepe (all the same poor taste) so I stopped buying desserts here but today after work I wanted to eat chocolate and I found on Google Sweetspot with good reviews. I’m glad the reviews are authentic 🥰 Sweetspot, I have to say well done 👌🏾The Belgian chocolate is just amazing with your waffle, also I like the way that you rolled the waffle its original and easy to eat. Between clean, nice and fresh decoration (I love the green chairs). Keep doing this nice waffle please. Thank you and see you soon 🙏🏾

Fantastic. What makes this company different then others is when you order a waffle with chocolate and strawberry and ice cream. for the money its the right portions there is no waste the ice cream is enough to compliment the waffle and same goes for the rest of the ingredients. which at the end makes you feel very happy not too full and no nonsense side cream and other irrelevant ingredients just for show. Its spot on. Thank you

We order from here all the time and we are never disappointed!!! Wouldn’t bother with any other dessert shop. Always fresh and tasty food, partner usually walks down to the shop as we don’t live too far but when we have ordered our delivery has always been on time or early!!!!

Best food best customer services staff is great we placed order from this shop by mistake we supposed to order from the shop with same name in staffordshire however we were late to collect food So the Manager Replace our food with Fresh Order HIGHLY RECOMENDED :)

I have a very bad sweet tooth and love my desserts. I have ordered from many dessert parlours in my vicinity and have to say Sweet Spot is by far the best i have had! I have tried a variety of their desserts including cookie doughs, waffles and milkshakes and they are all delicious. Not only do Sweet Spot provide amazing desserts, but i have always received these combined with out of this world customer service. Recently due to the recent pandemic and shortage of drivers our desserts were slightly delayed and the manager Ismail had thrown in some freebies due to the inconvenience caused. I was already a returning customer, but thank you Ismail for the recent world class customer service you have provided. I promise once you try their desserts once, you will want more ;-) Wish you all the best in these troubling times. Keep Safe and will be ordering again very soon :-)

I've tried two different deserts so far, and therefore will limit my comments to those. Milkshakes; these are awesome, the get the blend of ice cream and chocolate bars just right. My favourite is the snickers milkshake. Waffles; right so I'm not really a fan of waffles, normally find them quiet stodgy however try them from sweet spot. The way they make them long and crispy means they taste awesome. The oreo, sweet spot special, lotus biscoff and mint waffles are all good. Planning on trying the rest of the menu in future.

Excellent desert shop, Lots of variety, prompt service with every order being freshly made in front of you.

When ordering in store they do not have a chip and pin machine or wireless payment, card payments had to be done by phone number so me and my associate decided to pay in cash, when ordering kept saying random numbers and confused us. When the order was complete one drink was forgotten and one of the waffles had a piece of plastic in it that I almost chocked on. All members of staff that were completing the order were not wearing any face masks/ visors or gloves which is highly worrying during this pandemic. So all in all I will not be returning as a customer.
