Really fast service and amazing tasting shakes. Definitely recommend!

I was shocked when I saw how small the sundae was. For the same money you pay you will get twice the amount of ice cream at the little desert shop so I was disappointed 😞.

Cheap tasting milkshake, no flavour of the chocolate bar. The ice cream with waffle was crystallised. Taste like it's been left there for a while. Wouldn't recommend or come here again, for the price, the quality is poor.

We owe Sugar Me Up an apology, we have ordered from them 27 times and not reviewed each time. Their desserts are always wonderful, so much tastier than other competition. They are usually early on their deliveries, but if there is ever a problem we are kept in contact (this is usually availability of Just Eat drivers). Thank you for all the tasty desserts you’ve made for us, we appreciate it!! :)

originally said it would be with us 23.25, then 48min after placing the order received a text message saying it was delayed. then the app shunted estimated arrival time. then app said enjoy your food, but it hadn't arrived (now 23.55) so called the store to be told it's on the way. arrived after midnight. by this point we didn't want to eat dessert anymore as we'd already fallen asleep waiting for the order (placed at 22.40). store was polite on the phone but doesn't make up for waiting so long

I’ve ordered many cookie related desserts from different places before and most of the time it was either too chewy for my liking or just ok. But you guys smashed it :) For me this is the best one I had :) It was warm, good portion size enough to share, gooey and soft. Will definitely order again and try other desserts too

The desserts here are lovely. Second time ordering and again wasn’t disappointed. I would say though if you get cookie dough don’t order the small because its not your normal small its tiny lol but other than that i recommend 😌

placed order at 7.45pm had a time of order being dellvered by 8.35pm to then have 2 updates from just eat to say my order time had been delayed, my order finally got delivered at 9.15pm and hlur and half after placing order. food is tasty but portion sizes are small to say i ordered a large cookie dough compared to other places ive ordered from before

Absolute brilliant. The waffle is fluffy and lightweight. The chocolate cake is heavenly and the milkshakes taste lovely.

tasted nice but small portions, especially considering delivery charge. ordered just after 10.20 and took over an hour for 3 items. wouldn't pay those prices again knowing the portion size, but did taste nice and they did text after nearly an hour to say going to be late - doesn't stop the hunger pangs though.

Portion sizes are absolutely atrocious considering the prices. Cookie doughs are a small but instead should be classed as a micro minis. Will not order again.

I ordered a lotus biscof doughnut. Way better than Krispy Kreme. Presentation was lovely and so was the doughnut. Owners are absolutely lovely too! Highly recommend.

Was expecting good things having read the other reviews but what a let down. the churros were very oily, and there was a puddle of oil in the container they came in. They gave my husband stomach ache. The red velvet cake was very processed, like a cheap sponge cake you buy at the supermarket. very bland.

Notified about delay, delivered not long after that. Guy that delivered couldn’t apologise enough and even threw in some extra bits to say sorry about the delay. Food was incredible! Delay won’t stop me from ordering again!

Amazing food and customer service.

The waffle I thought I ordered has arrived, I received only half of what was anticipated as it was only TWO STICKS instead of a full waffle. Phoned up to ask why and apparently that is a ‘standard waffle’. Also the medium cookie dough is a rip-off as I was charged £9 for it to be a small foil tray and very shallow. If I wanted waffle sticks I would of went to the other dessert place down the road which I can get some for like £2 PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. After calling they did not help.

First time ordering and easily the best burger I've ever had! It's my first time trying pink tea too and I'm sold! Delivery driver was polite too and friendly, that goes a long way in my eyes. I'll definitely be ordering from here again

Ordered for the first time today and can definitely say we will be ordering again! We had the Strawberry Waffle, Kinder Cookie Dough and 2 milkshakes. Absolutely divine! The driver forgot the cookie dough and the lady called to let us know and sent it back out straight away with a note and something extra which was so nice, she didn't have to do that. Thank you for a great experience!

Wish they’d do 20% off Tuesdays as it is extremely pricey compared to its predecessor who often did 10% off and took part in cheeky Tuesdays.

Eat here regularly often 2 times a week since the day it opened! The deserts are amazing especially the cookie dough and the sundae’s 🔥, currently working my way threw the rest of the menu 😋👌🏾 Owner and the staff extremely polite and friendly, lovely people.

Staff was so lovely and friendly, they went to buy more strawberries when they didn't have any left at 10:30pm. Went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome and comfortable.

First time ordering from here and won’t be ordering again. I’ve ate from their other shop in Coventry so I know what it’s supposed to taste and look like. It seemed like because it was close to closing time it was rushed. The waffle looked and tasted horrendous. As it was closed so I couldn’t complain there was an email to contact if you can’t get in touch. I sent them an email and they stated I needed to call the shop. Why have an email address to assist when the shop is closed to then be directed back to calling the shop. It was to the point where I just wanted a refund so I didn’t have to be in contact again. I had reviewed using the wrong account previously hence reposting. The owner responded but was not able to see full response as it was no longer available. It was not the wrong shop. I have an email confirming my order including order ID.

In my experience of desert shops this was overall not good. Yes the quality for the cookie dough was good but for the price not good value for money. A regular was what I would expect for small. The service was simply awful. 45 mins the delivery would be so we were told. An hour and 45 minutes later (that’s being generous it was nearly 2 hours) it turns up. Give the driver his money he then just stand there looking at me bear in mind I was owed over £5 change. He then said sorry I can’t hear well and give me the change after I had to ask for my own change back. I could half understand if it was a bit of change but over a fiver is just taking the Micky.
