Do not order for collection from here. They don't make the sub correctly (wrong filling and not toasted - missing salad as well)

Items missing. Requested toasted wasnt toasted and all cold

Missed off lettuce and pickles

Delicious food, delivered very quickly and I had my full meal today (normally they forget my crisps)

wasn't delivered to my house despite it saying delivered

This order did not arrive, unsure how it says it was delivered

The approx time for delivery kept changing, still not arrived

really upset with my order.....niether of the salads had any dressing or sauces that were requested or meant to be on them and were dry and tasteless

Driver did not follow delivery instructions

Subway sent out waffle fries that were soggy and uncooked. They tasted greasy and soiled the carton. They were not eatable. Shame.

my sandwich had no meat in it at all and only contained hash browns and salad

Once again my order was NEVER delivered because the delivery driver has decided to confirm delivery on the app and not drop it to the house. Subway have confirmed the driver collected but not food has arrived at my address. This is not the first time a Just Eat driver has done this. Absolutely ridiculous and JustEat need to do something about this as drivers are getting free food and customers are waiting for their food the having to fight for refunds via email.

Ordered a chicken tikka salad with extra bacon I had a handful of salad no chicken tikka no bacon whatever so I paid £15 with the drivers tip & delivery charge for half my order I’m very disappointed I can’t get a refund because I had my salad but missing the meat grrrr

We normally enjoy a subway salad but the portion sizes were beyond ridiculous. £20 for 2 handfuls of lettuce.

The wrong order came but we went to the shop and they replaced it and were really apologetic and polite about it- great customer service despite the mistakes made

Criss cross chips cold and again no sauce given

Connor served us on Saturday evening and his service was superb. He was rushed off his feet but did an amazing job. An asset to the company.

Crisps were stale. everything else was great.

Food was cold, order was late, garlic bread wasn’t even cheesy, was only about 3 wedges in the box.

Order no. 340506182 (Just Eat) Ordered earlier today and received an Italian BMT and Plant Picante. I received my order and realised only after I’d started eating it that the bread of the BMT was very mouldy. I attempted to contact the shop but got no response. Just Eat would only refund the one item of the order but my girlfriend and I didn’t really want to eat the rest of our order knowing there is a food safety issue. Guidelines for food safety and hygiene clearly aren’t being adhered to.

Absolutely furious the driver dropped my food all over the floor picked it up and walked out and caught him trying to put it all in the box he said he’s sorry he don’t know why my bags all open that’s absolutely disgusting service I want a full refund immediately

My food is freezing cold I asked for the sandwiches to be toasted I am not happy

Red headed staff member whispering to me that I couldn’t change the bread because because it wasn’t part of the pre-made meal, and when I asked if I could just have the same thing on the bread that I want she acted as if I had committed a crime even thought I offered to pay extra, the other woman was really nice and helpful only reason they didn’t get a 1 ⭐️for service

The delivery driver was incredibly accommodating of a mistake made of sending the food to the wrong address, they came and delivered it with no fuss, which was appreciated however I wish there was a way to tip them after the order as they deserve it! If there is a way I could do this I 100% would!

a bit disappointed the bottles of pop are warm not cold and no sauce in my Turkey Breast 6-inch at all born dry

I received a 6” not the foot long I paid for and didn’t receive my cookies, I put in a request for a refund but 9/10 times I don’t receive one and I’ve tried calling the shop, no answer, poor service and wasted money

Lovely footlongs, footlong garlic bread and footlong pepperoni was very disappointing hardly toasted and cold! Don’t waste your money!!!

Manager on shift was very rude to my friend and the worker didn’t correct her when she made a mistake ordering so she had to pay more money and they made no attempt to amend it. Not a pleasant experience

A lad working at the Swansea Subway in Uplands, think his name is Collins. Top lad, when people are struggling with something he treats them with kindness and extra patience. He already is polite, but this means a lot

can you tell your delivery drivers to read the notes. fed up with my food going to the wrong street and even more fed up that the delivery drivers are so rude and hang up on me when I kindly try to redirect them. Won't EVER order from here again and I want my money back!

They don't get the delivery drivers to read the notes so it doesn't go to the right street. Then they don't answer their phone! 11 times I've tried , no answer. Come on! I'd be livid if I owned or managed this establishment

Drink and a cookie missing from our order. Although can't select that in the options for missing items on just eat as it came as a meal deal. Rang the store twice and no answer. Will be cautious in future.

Not good at all! I’d been to this subway in the past and it’s 50/50 whether the service will be good and whether they have everything in stock. But that was a while ago so I thought I’d try a Deliveroo delivery. The food turned up on time. After that it was downhill. There were no drinks. There was a paper bag with “sorry, we’re out of salt and vinegar” written on it. The “sandwiches” were just a soggy mess. Genuinely I’m not even sure what was in them because they were just a mess. They DEFINITELY werent toasted as requested. To be fair to Deliveroo, they’ve already refunded me the cost of the drinks but sadly this didn’t make things right. I won’t be risking it by using this subway again. I’d suggest you do the same.

One of the sandwiches arrived in pieces and the bread was rock solid.

Meatballs weren’t hot, some were burnt as if they had been sat at the bottom for a while, bread not as fresh as I would normally expect. Bag of Doritos stale although in date.

This is my daughters favourite place of takeaway food. Have to say, always fresh, tasty & delicious! Never too much hardly if I’m feeling fussy too!

Went with my daughter after a visit to the hospital. She ordered a make your own sub, while I ordered a meatball sub. Both were made quickly by the manager on duty, who was very friendly and helpful whilst engaging with us whilst making them. Would recommend this Subway, but it's only downside is parking...being located in a central location means that parking space is limited, even though it was early evening.

Just overall quality in the food is terrible compared to other subway locations I've had from, fail to get the basic orders accurate. I.e select Doritos tangy cheese and get walkers salt and vinegar..

Absolutely DIABOLICAL! Ordered 2 salads and they arrived with hardly anything in the box! Wont be ordering from here again.
