Ordered meal for 4 website said £37 charged £39 Food was cold and not very nice loads of onions and peppers included in meal in dishes ,the meal was very disappointing, Food used to be so good, not anymore wasn’t worth the money Very Disappointing

Amazing food and plenty of it. Prices are very reasonable compared to where we live in Durham. Ordered over phone and it was ready for collection in 10 minutes

First time I ordered from here, and it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had and i will be ordering again. The beef was juicy and tender and all the food was piping hot. Was suprised the deliver to penclawdd but happy they do as this will be my new Chinese takeaway from now on. Highly recommend!!

Had a take away from here. Food was delivered promptly, very hot and the quality of the food was fantastic. Tried quite a few of the local Chinese take aways in gorseinon and its by far the cheapest. My new go to Chinese.

The prawn toast was so greasy that it coated my mouth in grease. As for the singapore rise it was just simply stodgy mash. You should not be able to slice through rice. Simply not good enough. Did give a refund though on complaint.

I got king prawn chowmin, most of it went into the biin. Had I wanted spaghetti in tomato sauce, I would have opened a tin. First and last time customer

Never used this take away before and never will AGAIN!!, took 1 hour 40 mins to arrive that didn't bother me the real problem here was the food we spent £35 and £35 went in the bin!! Totally inedible especially the Special curry, so dont waste your precious money like we did and go somewhere else.

We rung for our takeaway delivery at 18.25 only to STILL be waiting for it at 21.15 & told it'll be ANOTHER hour! We were told they've had to cancel some people's deliveries. Stop being so greedy & taking to many orders if you can't fulfil them! We're up for work at 5.00 in the morning, that's why we rung early enough when there was a two hour wait, three hours later STILL waiting! Simply not good enough!

I used to helped out at this shop when the Wongs in charge of the place, but the sound of it with new owners that the place is not doing so well. I am talking 90's to early 2000's I use to help out there. The people I helped lovely treated me like family and like a family we have arguements. Yet, lovely people. Wonder what gone wrong. 5 is my experience. I might have to take a visit. :)

Had a meal from here tonight, everything was rather mushy and had no other texture at all. To top it off I found 3 hairs in my food! Safe to say not only was I put off, but everyone at the table was also put off. Wont be visiting here again.

Our order, a takeaway meal for two, was taken courteously, and when it arrived at our home on time, it was top quality and very tasty. Will be ordering our next takeaway from Gorseinon Packed Meals.

Never before have I had a load of Spam in a Special Curry. Apart from the spam the curry sauce was extremely watery. It's a shame because they can do way better.

Great take away with quick delivery

I had a chicken curry and rice and it was like gelatine it was unedible its disgusting for a Chinese too have food like that she told me it was too much tomotoe sauce but you dont put it in curry the shop should be closed down never go there again!!!!

We always have a takeaway from Gorseinon Packed Meals. We ordered by telephone for a collection & were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Only had to wait a couple of minutes when we arrived to collect. Friendly Chinese lady. Lovely food.

Not good as i expected to be better

I really think this place is here just to be laughed at. Ordered curry and chips and I got a drop of curry on the bottom of the portion and the chips on top of it. My friend only got rice and it wasn't even a full portion. Attitude from the woman on the till is disgusting she was on the phone to a customer who was complaining they missed out part of their meal and she was telling the customer they needed to pay extra to deliver it. If you can't do a basic job like curry and chips or a portion of rice then just shut down.

This can be hit or miss dependant on how busy that they are . The last meal should have been special chow mein, normally a very tasty choice , however on the last occasion was very poor in taste and somewhat watery . Has put my wife off for a while . See if it gets better on next occasion

Very very average. I was asked if I wanted sauce with the special chow mein I said yes and it looks like they emptied a can of happy shopper tin tomatoes in to it .

Ordered 3 times from here at most as there not the best. Ordered in the week due our usual chinese stopping delivery at 1130 we seconded optioned here. I should of complained food was awful and that being an understatement. Crispy beef tasted like blood and frozen yuck curry sauce looked like gone off pea soup, prawn crackers were like cardboard the special fried rice was ok but after a few mouthful of what was already on the plate we threw the hole lot. Really disappointed. Staff are always friendly on the phone very good customer service complete shame about the food.

theres plenty of competition for chinese takeaways in gorseinon but none rival gorseinon packed meals. always top notch grub from them.

Not really a big fan of Chinese food but all I can really say is that the few things I've had have been really nice will definitely be calling in again lovely people

best cure for a sunday evening hangover! deliveries are always prompt and hot on arrival. would recommend to anyone wanting a good takeaway

We have had a delivery a number of times and he food has always been very good. Only concern was twice the driver had been given the wrong address which resulted in us having to call again. But these things happen and it did not spoil the meal

Love Gorseinon packed meals, I have tried several takeaways locally but none as good as this one the food is simply delicious. I must comment on their chicken balls yum and huge . Don't waste your money going anywhere else.

Crispy beef and crispy chicken amazing love the pecking sauce love all the different fried rice dishes apart from the egg on top I always ask for without. Pancake rolls are great too and the soft fried noodles. Spare ribs are hit and miss. All great value for money too.

First time of using Packed Meals, I must say I was very disappointed. The service was appalling, a group of 9 so we had a large order. Items were missing, order was incorrect and taken wrong. Very pricey for what we got and the assistance we recieved from the employee was ridiculous. By the time they'd corrected the order the original food was freezing and we were unable to eat it. On the arrival of the missing items we were asked for more money, as a place of business they shouldn't have asked for more money. Although this bad experience, the driver was very supportive. I'll never be ordering from here again, I'll stick to Food net. Complete waste of money.

Ive tried the rest, now try the best. i always come here for my chinese takeaway. and dont think they ever got my order wrong, cant fault it.

Teníamos más de 7 cartones ninguno, con nombres tan entonces adivinar . Todo parecía estar el mismo, salvo una chowmein que no era muy atractiva para mirar con un huevo frito encima. Después nos llamó para asistencia y todo lo que puedo decir es que tienen un huevo pésimo servicio al cliente . La comida estaba bien, pero con mejores rivales al otro lado de la calle, sin duda no pedir allí de nuevo ... La comida está por debajo de la media teniendo en cuenta que tiene una buena clasificación de higiene, que es la única cosa que es bueno no vale la pena teniendo en cuenta pidiendo desde allí completamente sin sentido. La entrega se tomó más de 40 minutos cuando nuestros amigos viven 10 minutos por la carretera y no vale la pena la espera. No se lo recomendaría llevar servicio no vale la pena. También no te molestes llamando por teléfono ya que el personal es muy frustrante y no puedo relacionar o incluso intentar entender las órdenes básicas de comida ...

Average food reasonably priced did find a bit of plastic at the bottom of the rice container don't think I would order here again

Every time I think I'll give them one last go they get my order wrong and when I phoned to complain the last time I spoke to the owner who basically told me tough!

Service 50/50 many time as tonight my order was wrong then told to wait 20 min to correct my order!! GET IT RIGHT 1ST TIME NUMPTYS!! By the time i waited for correct food origonal was cold!!

Ordered meal never turned up. Rang and ordered Chinese meal on sat night. Was told approx one hour. After two hours we where told on its way. Never turned up. Would not use again.

my favourite chinese in gorseinon. and ive tried them all. trust me. its good food and good service is just what u need after a night on the tiles or night in with the family.

The food is lovely but the wait on delivery can be hit or miss, some times they get the order wrong but they do fix the problem straight away

Waited 1.5 hours for a meal, phoned up and was told another 20 minutes, we then phoned again and was told they did not know where our order was or if it was being delivered. It actually turned up 20 minutes after we queried it, driver said they were busy, turned away, would not ever use again!Advise people not too if you are hungry

i find this the best chinese takeaway in gorseinon. always to a high standard of food. never got my order wrong that i can remember, which is a surprize for a takeaway. the staff are alway friendly and helpful and willing.
