Ordered wraps 2nd time In a week as work is crazy and I kid you not they needn’t have bothered this time! The wrap was the most part - barely any chicken and even scrimped on salad - and the lettuce was pink so had to be picked out! Absolute jokes

Misleading af to put costs coffee latte and not specify that is a disgusting cold coffee in a can. So unhappy.

Drove to horsforth thinking it would be better, I was very wrong! Ordered two all star steak and staff didn't know what went on it. The bread was very stale, hardly anything in the sub. Very poor overall.

Abysmal service, leave you waiting forever without acknowledgement before they even take your order, three of them on just slowly milling around, every time I go in they’re slow, no urgency, no customer service and barely speak. I used to work in a subway years ago so I know how easy it is to be efficient here. They all need sacking. Ended up walking out after the 3rd time of being treated like this as a customer.

Delivered via Uber eats bread stale falling apart dry not toasted hardly any dressing on the sub vile!!!! And Uber won’t refund me so robbed of £12 what a joke

Driver was great but food from subway wasn't.

Ordered to have on my 30 mins lunch break, arrived late, driver didnt know which order was mine. Food is dry as it had obviously been made then kept warm which caused it to be dry and hard. Arrived at the end of my lunch break which left me with not enough time to eat

This subway has gone very downhill, such poor service! The staff don't care, the telephone number is incorrect, where does one make a complaint?? It's such a shame!

Utter garbage, toasted subs were clap cold, and looked like they came out of a bin, and some of the order didn't arrive, absolutely do not use this subway,, shocking 😞

Once the delivery driver picked the food up the delivery it’s self was speedy but quality of the food was not good as they must have made the order as soon as it was made and then left it sitting for 20 mins so everything was cold and soggy from condensation of hot food wrapped up and sat for a long time the bread fell apart and everything was soggy not great 👎🏻

the quality of food was astonishing. I get the sense when you walk into subway you get fresh on the spot. when you order you get premade poor quality. I'll never order again. was disgusting.

No cucumber on sandwich and not toasted

Generally very good. However my husband ordered the meatball marinara with honey and oat bread but the bread was stale and something else. A bit disappointing. Excellent delivery time though, and the BMT was great.

it's telling me my foods been delivered but I received no contact from anyone heard no knock and there's no food outside my door. Starving me.....

Not all salad items were included that was requested, upon receiving the salad there were 2 slices of meat and just a bit of lettuce, and a small amount of other salad items, not worth the price of nearly £8. Very disappointing

Both sandwiches arrived warm and they were fresh. All items were delivered too which is a rarity for takeaways these days

Spent £20 using a voucher I received from work. Had a salad, chicken bites and some wedges. The salad had 5 small bits of chicken in it about 5 kernels of sweetcorn and the rest was lettuce. The wedges and chicken were ok but not the nicest I’ve had. Definitely won’t be ordering again really poor quality and value for money.

Just eat is the worst delivery for food

Waited an hour over the original estimated delivery time. The cheese bites weren’t cooked inside so went in the bin. Sun was ok but was not worth the wait

My food was very late and the estimated time kept getting pushed back. I was also very frustrated that just eat have no phone number to contact. The contact number for the subway restaurant listed was also not valid and the phone number for Horsforth subway on Google was an incorrect number, so I had no way to contact anyone regarding this.

Yeah I was happy with it it was what it said on the tin no problem wouldn't change anything it was a solid order thumbs up

The food was cold, all was supposed to be hot but wasn't. The cheese bites, hash browns and crinkle cut fried were still frozen inside xx

Was shocking was stone cold and was half empty, binned 70% of it has it was just cold nasty bread, wouldn’t recommend from this restaurant again and I will never order again £14 for a packet of Crisps and a biscuit

Crinckle chips not cooked through cold and hard not edible

Order a 6-inch tuna sub and there was barely any tuna inside it. When I first unwrapped it it looked like there wasn’t anything inside. Really disappointing.

Ordered from this place a few times, each time there always seems to be a problem with the order, whether there’s things missing or time taken is ridiculously slow. I’ve ordered salads and received little to no lettuce or today my order took almost an hour to be prepared and sent to me

I order from different takeaways with over 400 orders so my review is honest and real but anyways they didn't deliver cheese and onion crisps and also put sweetcorn in my sub that i didn't ask for other than that it's as i ordered. I will order again in a few weeks and see if same happens.

I ordered the tuna kahuna. It tasted ok but was really watery and sloppy with not much filling. Definitely won’t be ordering it again.

Driver was rude he asked for a pin I didn't have or receive a pin I told him numerous times I didn't have it ut this is my order that I have paid for showed him confirmation of the order and payment gone out of the bank he refused to give order so told him to get in touch with who he needs to in the end thanks to my father in law showing up at the correct time and following the driver back to the shop another driver said to him nothing to do with a pin so he not only waisted our time and his Subway was great but we ordered hot sandwiches that took over hour to get so they was cold

We were sent the wrong crisps and our sandwiches were on the wrong bread.

Got the order wrong. Asked for 3 choc chunk cookies and 1 double chocolate, only received 3 double chocolate. Also got the sandwiches wrong and put the wrong sauces on the wrong bread. Please refund the cookies as we did not get what we've paid for

My nachos barley have cheese and salsa on, they’re absolutely freezing cold and stale.

When I walked in noticed How clean it was, friendly staff who were very speedy, been to other subways who are not so clean so I was pleasantly surprised, Defo will be going back!

I like Subway just not so much from this one, the food takes a while which I'm not really fussed about but then there's items that need replacing, or you'll get the completely wrong thing or things missing. It just seems a little daft to get such small orders wrong. The food is generally cold too. The sandwich tonight was a mess too, it was like all the ingredients had being thrown into the wrapper and it was turned into a make it yourself kit.

Been here a few times, staff are friendly, salad counter doesn't look messy. Also this Subway is cleaner than some of the others.

I ordered from this location through just eat, not only did they get my order wrong but when I called to raise the issue to them I heard one of the workers take the mick out of my order and was just overall quite rude. I work in hospitality myself so I know what its like but there was no need for the level of disrespect that I received.

Ordered some subs and cookies for collection - when I arrived, I was just pointed towards a table where our food had been dumped in a bag. On getting home, the cookies were the wrong type and had been exchanged without our knowledge. The veggie meatball sub was dry and flavourless. When I phoned the store and explained that my wife could not eat the cookies we had been given, I was repeatedly told that it was because I hadn’t spoken to a specific person when collecting the food and if I had, I would have been informed of the change. I told the rep that this was a ridiculous statement but she would not offer a refund or let me have her name so I could speak to the manager the next day. My wife contacted subway online but again, they would not offer a refund.

all cool but when you eat at subway you support Russia aggression on Ukraine . I would never ever go to any subway brand

Absolute clown show, the quality of the steak and is appalling, the food in general just doesn't taste fresh at all. Do not get delivery as items are always missing and food is always cold like its been sitting there for an hour.

Only one member of staff working, air-conditioning unit was p1ssing all over the floor and there was some scruffy-looking weirdo in the corner, who had to engage in conversation with every customer that entered the store. Dirty.

Not a good subway. I have visited this place twice and on both occasions the service was very slow. It was so slow that I was able to go next door to tescos and grab my self some lunch. When I went back passed the shop the people that were being served when I originally queued were only just sitting down. The que had barely moved. I had been standing in the que for around 5-8 mins. So I don't know how long the people that were being served had been in there for. The woman that was doing the serving was moving at a snails pace. Another guy did come out from the back and he moved very fast but he was to busy doing the online orders that had just come through.

Can't even get any details if a fecking 1 sandwich order correct. What a joke.

I'm non-verbal and the employee that served me handled it extremely well! Normally when I try to order from places I end up feeling awkward, so having something like this go so well is amazing to see! 😊

Gastado 7. 40 en un sándwich hoy, a través de la aplicación Uber Eats. Llegó y no era comestible. El sándwich estaba completamente cubierto de salsa salada. Tuve alrededor de 3 bocados y no pude comer el resto. Llamé para explicar el problema y el gerente dijo que la próxima vez que estuviera allí podría contarles lo que había sucedido y que podrían "resolver algo" y podría pedir uno "menos picante". He comido varios sándwiches de diferentes subterráneos, que siempre son del mismo orden y nunca han sido así. Como no como mucho en Subway, en realidad no es una opción y probablemente me tomarían por alguien que pruebe suerte la próxima vez que ingrese. Pedí un reembolso, pero como lo ordenó a través de Uber Eats, me dijeron que todo se reduce a ellos. Uber Eats se negó, por lo que mi sándwich me costó 2. 46 por bocado! No volveré a comprar. Demasiado caro y hay mejores lugares (y más baratos) que hacen comida de buena calidad.

Good sandwiches well worth a visit

Excelente personal, pero como otros subterráneos alrededor de Leeds, a menudo me decepciona la calidad de la lechuga en las cajas de ensalada. La lechuga nunca se ve lavada tampoco. Parece una queja tonta, pero mi familia come algunas veces al mes y a todos nos gustan nuestras ensaladas, por lo que una lechuga más fresca y un enjuague rápido en agua fría mejorarían mucho las cosas:)

Best experience ever! I really needed a drink because I’m sick so my boyfriend ordered me a drink and it was only 50 extra for a service charge and he left a note that I was sick and they brought me an extra drink and free cookies telling me to get well soon! :) so thoughtful 😊thankyou!

Friendly staff who always meet your every need. The sandwiches are always served fast and warm if requested.
