Subway Horsforth in Leeds

Sandwiches were cold and not toasted. I ordered a drink but it wasn’t delivered and I was still charged for it. When I tried to call the restaurant about it the call was cut off.

Absolutely shocking. Placed an order just before 1pm and yes I know the weather has been bad but if it's so bad, the place shouldn't be open to accept delivery orders. It is now 16:25 and the order still hasn't arrived. I want a refund.

Delivery driver tried to leave with our food after not coming to the correct delivery meet up point,was so rude on the phone and we seen him driving off about to leave with our food!!!had to chase him down the road absolutely furious he definitely needs speaking to

Ordered a delivery and I had a six inch meatball marinara and a foot long churro. I thought I was on Santa's naughty list for a second, when I bit into a lump of coal but it turned out to be a cremated meatball! Got to say, this was my first experience with a burnt ball and I hope it will be my last; it wasn't pleasant. If you're a churro connoisseur, save yourself the trouble of adding these to your 'ewww, no' list and don't even go there. These are most definitely an 'English' churro; the only comparison to a real churro was the shape. The inside was goey, so I'm presuming the oil wasn't hot enough or they didn't cook them for long enough. They were also drenched in cinnamon sugar and the cinnamon was incredibly overwhelming and perfumed. In the five years I lived in Spain I never had a churro with even a sniff of cinnamon on it (and I had ALOT of churros) but hey, it's Christmas an' all. I've given them three stars as the service was good and the delivery fast but there'll be no more churros for me and I hope, no more burnt balls !!

Burned meatballs on one sub. Wrong salad, wrong sauce, and wrong side on the other. Appalling for the price.

Says it shuts at 20:30 online and on the door, however, upon arrival at 19:45 it was all locked up. As one other review stated, completely wasted journey.

The driver delivered somebody else’s order to me and asked for the code, I gave the correct code but he still gave me the wrong order

Delivery driver went to the wrong house, then messaged to tell me to open the door, then expected me to call him rather than other way round. When I advised he was at the wrong house he just kept repeating “the map says you’re here” - evidently the map is wrong. Guy didn’t have a clue. Fortunately we’d ordered cold sandwiches otherwise they would have been by time we got them. We both ordered double meat and there was a big difference between them, and one of the rolls was falling apart.

food arrived over an hour and a half late and did not fulfil he order completely and ice cold.

Online says it closes at 2100, it doesn't, it closes at 2030. Wasted drive.

I accidentally paid for my order twice because I accidentally clicked collection the first time and it charged me the same price as the order for the refund so I have been given no money back but still had to order again and pay full price

Only half of my sandwich had tuna in it and I sadly did not realise this until I had eaten the half with 90% of the tuna in-

the subs was great i just wish there was more sauce in them

Very disappointed as to why they no longer have an option to toast subs anymore I would order the toasted subs if I could choose what goes in it! But no option to even leave a note went to go call the store and number doesn’t work service is very poor if only I could contact them to ask if they could toast it not keen on not having melted cheese in a steak sub makes no sense at all ! SORT IT OUT SUBWAY especially when your spending £30 on an order for it not to be the way the customer wanted!

The food is fine but whenever I order online they refuse to toast the sandwich even when I specifically leave a note asking them to remember

I got a a meat ball sandwich. It tasted decent. The blonde girl on the till was very polite. It was good experience I WILL be back 👍

Ordered wraps 2nd time In a week as work is crazy and I kid you not they needn’t have bothered this time! The wrap was the most part - barely any chicken and even scrimped on salad - and the lettuce was pink so had to be picked out! Absolute jokes

Misleading af to put costs coffee latte and not specify that is a disgusting cold coffee in a can. So unhappy.

Drove to horsforth thinking it would be better, I was very wrong! Ordered two all star steak and staff didn't know what went on it. The bread was very stale, hardly anything in the sub. Very poor overall.

Abysmal service, leave you waiting forever without acknowledgement before they even take your order, three of them on just slowly milling around, every time I go in they’re slow, no urgency, no customer service and barely speak. I used to work in a subway years ago so I know how easy it is to be efficient here. They all need sacking. Ended up walking out after the 3rd time of being treated like this as a customer.

Driver was great but food from subway wasn't.

Ordered to have on my 30 mins lunch break, arrived late, driver didnt know which order was mine. Food is dry as it had obviously been made then kept warm which caused it to be dry and hard. Arrived at the end of my lunch break which left me with not enough time to eat

This subway has gone very downhill, such poor service! The staff don't care, the telephone number is incorrect, where does one make a complaint?? It's such a shame!

Utter garbage, toasted subs were clap cold, and looked like they came out of a bin, and some of the order didn't arrive, absolutely do not use this subway,, shocking 😞

Once the delivery driver picked the food up the delivery it’s self was speedy but quality of the food was not good as they must have made the order as soon as it was made and then left it sitting for 20 mins so everything was cold and soggy from condensation of hot food wrapped up and sat for a long time the bread fell apart and everything was soggy not great 👎🏻

the quality of food was astonishing. I get the sense when you walk into subway you get fresh on the spot. when you order you get premade poor quality. I'll never order again. was disgusting.

No cucumber on sandwich and not toasted

Generally very good. However my husband ordered the meatball marinara with honey and oat bread but the bread was stale and something else. A bit disappointing. Excellent delivery time though, and the BMT was great.

it's telling me my foods been delivered but I received no contact from anyone heard no knock and there's no food outside my door. Starving me.....

Not all salad items were included that was requested, upon receiving the salad there were 2 slices of meat and just a bit of lettuce, and a small amount of other salad items, not worth the price of nearly £8. Very disappointing

Spent £20 using a voucher I received from work. Had a salad, chicken bites and some wedges. The salad had 5 small bits of chicken in it about 5 kernels of sweetcorn and the rest was lettuce. The wedges and chicken were ok but not the nicest I’ve had. Definitely won’t be ordering again really poor quality and value for money.

Just eat is the worst delivery for food

My food was very late and the estimated time kept getting pushed back. I was also very frustrated that just eat have no phone number to contact. The contact number for the subway restaurant listed was also not valid and the phone number for Horsforth subway on Google was an incorrect number, so I had no way to contact anyone regarding this.

Was shocking was stone cold and was half empty, binned 70% of it has it was just cold nasty bread, wouldn’t recommend from this restaurant again and I will never order again £14 for a packet of Crisps and a biscuit

Order a 6-inch tuna sub and there was barely any tuna inside it. When I first unwrapped it it looked like there wasn’t anything inside. Really disappointing.

Ordered from this place a few times, each time there always seems to be a problem with the order, whether there’s things missing or time taken is ridiculously slow. I’ve ordered salads and received little to no lettuce or today my order took almost an hour to be prepared and sent to me

I order from different takeaways with over 400 orders so my review is honest and real but anyways they didn't deliver cheese and onion crisps and also put sweetcorn in my sub that i didn't ask for other than that it's as i ordered. I will order again in a few weeks and see if same happens.

I ordered the tuna kahuna. It tasted ok but was really watery and sloppy with not much filling. Definitely won’t be ordering it again.

The cheese and steak sub was chewy and not very nice but I could agree it maybe wasn't to my preference but the wedges were wet n soggy n sauce was awful won't return.

Driver was rude he asked for a pin I didn't have or receive a pin I told him numerous times I didn't have it ut this is my order that I have paid for showed him confirmation of the order and payment gone out of the bank he refused to give order so told him to get in touch with who he needs to in the end thanks to my father in law showing up at the correct time and following the driver back to the shop another driver said to him nothing to do with a pin so he not only waisted our time and his Subway was great but we ordered hot sandwiches that took over hour to get so they was cold

Got the order wrong. Asked for 3 choc chunk cookies and 1 double chocolate, only received 3 double chocolate. Also got the sandwiches wrong and put the wrong sauces on the wrong bread. Please refund the cookies as we did not get what we've paid for
