i was sitting in the subway at 9 am and there were no more customers in the restaurant it was cold outside so i said the lady to allow me sit inside but she said get out very agreesive behaviour by her i am a regular customer of subway was not expectingto be treated like that it happens on 2 consecutive days

Really shocking. Was more than happy to buy an item so I could use the toilet. Requested to buy a cookie and the owner stated it had to be over a pound. Clearly this owner shows a lack of humanity. I’d refrain from using this subway.

I normally don't leave reviews for well established places such as Subway, however, after I was served by Michelle, i felllt her customer service and care meant I had to leave a review. She greeted me with polite smile and we exchanged a friendly chat. I understand the dynamics of working in such a busy environment can be challenging especially with difficult customers, however, Michelle showed a positive attitude and a fantastic customer relations. Definitely would recommend 👌 Plenty of room to sit in. Friendly staff Excellent service Good quality

Rude staff and useless sandwich artists. I asked for some sauce on a submelt and she said that would cost me extra money. It's subway for gods sake, 3 members of staff made it a hassle and an unpleasant experience. The guy also forgot ingredients for the melt so I told them and they started doubting me like I was trying to sneakily add more topping's. Horrible staff, wouldn't go unless it's the last subway on earth.

Absolutely disgraceful service from the lady behind the counter (5/6/24). The guy was very helpful but the woman didn’t have a clue about anything. I was discussing the new app with her and I literally had it on my phone. With the recent app update and with someone already in the que waiting I just said I would pay rather than get 50% off ordering through the new app. Then when I asked for my points she said she couldn’t give me my points because I had already paid. Why on earth would she wait until I’ve paid when I literally had the app open in front of her. Why not just ask to scan my app right away. I’m at the point where I just want to throw this subway and cookies in the bin and not eat them out of principle. I’m not even hungry for them anymore and don’t want to eat them. I’ll never be buying from subway ever again because of this inexperienced woman. Extremely disappointed with subway. Avoid!

I was completely dissatisfied with the service. I do not usually complain but this one was atrocious. As a person who use to work in subway, I am aware of what ingredients to put or how much, when I ordered my salad, the lady serving did dot even bother adding the correct amount and just a sprinkle of lettuce, I asked her 3 times to add more, but she did not even put effort and added maximum 4 lettuce. I am not usually nit-picky or a person that complains. But this did not end with the lettuce, I had to tell her to add more tomatoes, cucumbers and the other salad. At the end she has corrected me saying we only do this amount... when I was trained as a sandwhich artist I was taught the correct amount to add and told that if the customer would like more then give more. I feel as if I did not get my money's worth as the salad was less than half the box, when usually it is filled, when I go to other branches.

I was told before I can use toilet facility I have to place order. I told the guy I will let me use the facility. But I was told its company policy for customers to place an order first so they will get code. Find it bit odd, as other fast food don't charge customers for these services. The guy on till was laughing about it. This put me off and I left the building. If they want to charge customers for toilets than better put the sign on door.

Son need Emergency toilet arrogant staff rufused and want us to buy anyhting then he can use subway is it company policy and when i challenge and want to raise complain was told go on google and find us and raise what a shame to a product like subway .is it your policy just want to know ?

I help them do delivery on the raining day and ask them for using toilets. They said the toilet is for customers only and I must buy something to do their toilet. It is to crazy I worked for them on heavy raining day and they do not allow me to use toilet.

One of the prettiest and tidiest tuna sandwiches I've ever had made at Subway. Perfect portions, perfectly toasted, perfect sandwich artist. 10/10 looking forward to going back:)

Food was okay, staff were okay but we had to ask for the chilli sauce to go with the cheese bites which were frankly disappointing. Will probably go back because it's near work.

The best subway I've been to and one of my favourite places to eat in general. The staff here are always extremely friendly and never fail to improve my day! Food is always of fantastic quality whilst still being served in great time. Jijim and Michelle especially are fantastic and always a delight to talk to!

No need to queue and wait, which is so nice. The food is as good as normal. One thing I am disappointed is the cucumber is not that fresh because it's not crispy anymore

very friendly staff, but really cheap on amount of ingredients, they put such a small amount of the vegan cheese that you can barely taste it - every other subway ive been to puts a lot more on.

The staff/ owners here deserve a shout out. They were so helpful towards me yesterday when I picked up my order for the local hospital. They double checked I was picking the order up and also again that I was going to the right location. (I hadn’t by the way!) They also, when seeing me struggle to carry my bags, drove me saving my arms and a good 15minute walk!!!! Thank you for your many instances of thoughtfulness 🙏

Used Uber to order from here today First time ordering for delivery and from this branch. Delivery side was not an issue However we ordered two steak and cheese. They both came with no cheese Also one did not come with all the salad extras as ordered but did come with one that wasn’t. Not best impressed

I visit subways all over , and generally most are very good with the odd exception. This one is to, but for good reasons. The staff are not only efficient... they make you feel very welcome. They go the extra mile.
