Subway Highbury in Islington

I was told before I can use toilet facility I have to place order. I told the guy I will let me use the facility. But I was told its company policy for customers to place an order first so they will get code. Find it bit odd, as other fast food don't charge customers for these services. The guy on till was laughing about it. This put me off and I left the building. If they want to charge customers for toilets than better put the sign on door.

Son need Emergency toilet arrogant staff rufused and want us to buy anyhting then he can use subway is it company policy and when i challenge and want to raise complain was told go on google and find us and raise what a shame to a product like subway .is it your policy just want to know ?

I help them do delivery on the raining day and ask them for using toilets. They said the toilet is for customers only and I must buy something to do their toilet. It is to crazy I worked for them on heavy raining day and they do not allow me to use toilet.

One of the prettiest and tidiest tuna sandwiches I've ever had made at Subway. Perfect portions, perfectly toasted, perfect sandwich artist. 10/10 looking forward to going back:)

Food was okay, staff were okay but we had to ask for the chilli sauce to go with the cheese bites which were frankly disappointing. Will probably go back because it's near work.

The best subway I've been to and one of my favourite places to eat in general. The staff here are always extremely friendly and never fail to improve my day! Food is always of fantastic quality whilst still being served in great time. Jijim and Michelle especially are fantastic and always a delight to talk to!

No need to queue and wait, which is so nice. The food is as good as normal. One thing I am disappointed is the cucumber is not that fresh because it's not crispy anymore

very friendly staff, but really cheap on amount of ingredients, they put such a small amount of the vegan cheese that you can barely taste it - every other subway ive been to puts a lot more on.

The staff/ owners here deserve a shout out. They were so helpful towards me yesterday when I picked up my order for the local hospital. They double checked I was picking the order up and also again that I was going to the right location. (I hadn’t by the way!) They also, when seeing me struggle to carry my bags, drove me saving my arms and a good 15minute walk!!!! Thank you for your many instances of thoughtfulness 🙏

Used Uber to order from here today First time ordering for delivery and from this branch. Delivery side was not an issue However we ordered two steak and cheese. They both came with no cheese Also one did not come with all the salad extras as ordered but did come with one that wasn’t. Not best impressed

I visit subways all over , and generally most are very good with the odd exception. This one is to, but for good reasons. The staff are not only efficient... they make you feel very welcome. They go the extra mile.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I was waiting for over an hour for my order to come so I checked the app to see what time my order was supposed to come, only to find out they had changed it to 'already delivered'. I did not receive my order and I tried to call the restaurant multiple times who did not answer. I then had to call the Just Eat helpline who said they would call the restaurant and owner for me but again they had no answer. They have taken my money and NOT given me my order. Terrible. I will be making sure friends and family do not order from this specific subway chain.

Very poor service. Food took two hours to deliver!!! food was freezing upon arrival and order was incorrect. Also one of the Coke bottles did not fizz when opened and was clear this was a bottle that had been tampered with and machine filled. Never again

Been 3 hours , never came or rang me saying that it was cancelled , no apology either when I rang them, ordered again took an hour. Driver was polite though

The wrong meal was delivered, and the delivery person tried to argue with me when it was clearly stated on the ticket. Eventually he said he'd go back and correct. The sandwich I ordered with no sauce had mayo on it so I couldn't eat it either.

The whole family tuned it up, but they took longer than an hour and confused me over my order.

Food was cold took an hour to be delivered. And still managed to be late.

Delivery time isn't the greatest. But the food is nice and well prepared and They kindly gave me two free cookies with my order.

Complete waste of time! The order process is rubbish as you can't order more than one salad option or sauce. They got the order completely wrong anyway, asked for a big beef and got sliced meat as well as no cheese when I ordered and paid for extra cheese. Don't waste your time or money on subway delivery.

Order was wrong when it arrived and when i called to tell them, they said they couldnt do anything. Thankfully i managed for them to send out right order and they said they will send a "complimentey cookie" however 1 hour later i receieve another wrong sub and no cookie😕

Just Eat messed up the order but the team were very understanding and considerate, food tasted great.

We ordered everything on the website including the salad we wanted and then an hour later got a phone call from the person making the subway asking if we ordered any. Told them what we wanted and took another hour to deliver. Long wait for a sandwich....

Fast delivery but they didn't read the message with the order so they got my order wrong again. It says put details in the notes box but why bother when it's not read? I got a salad I can't eat, drinks I didn't want and a sub that wasn't right. Why can't you read the note with the order? :( Second time now. Can't say I didn't try. Won't be ordering again.

The meal was delivered quickly, but was not as ordered. When the restaurant were contacted, the member of staff answering the phone stated that it was as ordered as he had made it himself! No apology offered. Also states that the information imputed on the JustEat app does not show in his receipt.
