Farmhouse Pizza in Islington

One of worst pizza i’ve ever had 🤑

I love Farmhouse pizza but Unfortunately I would Not recommended this particular place. I ordered as I usually do from other locations and if my location wasn’t covered it would tell, but it didn’t. So I ordered and waited for an hour and nothing was delivered however order was accepted and money taken. The phone number in the website provided is not correct as when I called it said it’s wrong. So I googled and found one, someone answered and said that they don’t cover my location so I should send them receipt of my order and my bank details and they will send the refund. I sent the details but the refund never happened to this moment. Very disappointing.

This place doesn’t sell pizzas it’s a helpline for people with empty stomach’s and broken dreams

Awful! Doner meat tastes like straight lemon juice, woman didn’t understand anything I really said My box was half empty, barely any meat thank the lord and barely any fries (fries were nice) and I said no veg on one of the meals, starts putting on peppers and and onions, seemed like they had no sauces didn’t even ask if I wanted any I wouldn’t recommend sadly and food looks like cat food

Been waiting hours upon hours won’t pick up the phone if there was minus 5 star option I would do it AVOID. They had NO VOICEMAIL AND WERE ONLINE ON DELIVEROO AVOID THIS PLACE

No physical dine in, take away or puck up only, opens at 4 apparently. The pizza is good nontheless

I waited two hours and my food never came. No one would pick up the phone. I’ve been charged for food I never received and wasted hours of time trying to sort it. Do not order from here!!!!!!!!!

Nice pizza and dip. Gave me bag for life to carry my presents in and upgraded me from 9 inch to 12 inch free of charge.

Waited an hour for some from-frozen pizza. Had the gall to charge £20 for 2 frozen pizzas. Charlatans.

Terrible. Charged me for food that never arrived. Horribly late.

Was 2.5 to 3 hours late. No answer in that time waiting. Rang about 10 times. Can’t comment on the food as I ordered somewhere else and that came before these amateurs. Asked for a refund. Still nothing.

Ordered and waited more than one hour of the estimated delivery time and then they said food was delivered but i never received! Tried to call but nobody picked up. called them an hour later again and they said there was no driver! They clearly lied because on the app it said its delivered. Appalling customer service as the person who took the call lied to me and was rude. Disgusting. 10PM and couldn’t have my dinner because of their incompetence

unhygienic place Clipping nails in food area

They cancelled my order because I asked to replace the beef with veg/prawns... #veganlivesmatter Really rude pakistani/bengali guy on the phone, stating that I 'only wanted half price pizza'... The one that sounds like a virgin.

Amazing the guy have made the pizza at 12am night for my daughter, it was supper tasty. Thanks

I don’t know what others wrote about this place, but I had been ordering from them since I moved to London back in April, 2020. It is obsoletely sensational service from customer service to the tasty food they provide. It is highly recommended.

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE, WORST EXPERIENCE

Do not order from here, ordered pizza and waited 2 hours and it didn’t even arrive.. called the restaurant asking about it and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was marked as delivered .. didn’t issue a refund, took the money and cut the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER
