Subway - Chester Road in Trafford

didn’t have the best experience as one of my items were missing

Shocking order from this subway today. Asked for sea salt, there was an ocean load of the suff on there making it virtually.unedible. moved into my cookie, that was stale and quite clearly old. Only edible item was the packet of quavers, 16£ for a packet if quavers.. I'd avoid this subway even if your life depended on it.

Didn’t get the items that I ordered and they didn’t let me know through the app and the food was cold

Staff appear unable to use the till or the subway app appropriately. The staff from this branch have scammed me out of my hard earned subway cash removing points when they shouldn’t be doing. I’m sure I won’t be the only customer they have done this too probably making extra sideline income from this activity

It's one of the worst subway ever I've been to.

I only live about a mile away, but my food took over 1.5 hours to arrive.

Got rats running around don’t eat from here, showing hygiene and very dirty, staff look smelly na d don’t wash there hands after smoking in the back, don’t not eat from here

You all know Subway. Great sandwiches at either a foot long or 6" Recently I've got into their salad boxes as well - think of any sub but with salad instead of bread. I've never been a big salad eater but having a BLT with the salad I like and Caesar sauce is a winner 👌🏻 Enjoy!

super fast service and fresh forces, I confidently recommend this wonderful restaurant

Completely shocked at how I've been treated today. The woman was rude from the onset. I asked what the sub of the day was. She smirked at me like I'm stupid and rolled her eyes saying subway have never done that. It may have been a while since I've visited but I'm sure they did. Moving on her attitude was disgusting she obviously didn't want me there. Which prompted me to ask what time the branch closes. She said 8pm it was 5.50pm when I went in. If I wasn't due to take meds I would have left right away. The salad contents looked way past there best. So avoided altogether. Bread was stale. Not good enough for a store so close to such a busy tourist and office hub in Manchester. Never visiting again and will be warning friends and family to avoid also. Not even worth the one star.

Driver took a detour round Trafford park food was cold when it turned up

Waited 10 min for Uber food to deliver , customer assistant took orders from people coming after me and keep saying 5 mins more. Very bad

This store is a lovely store to get your Subways from - the only problem is that it always seems heavily understaffed. The last few times I have visited there has been only one person making the sandwiches, and doing everything on the till during lunchtime, where you would expect for this to be the busiest period of the day and staff accordingly

They've not opened at 10 for a long time. Avoid this store where possible.

A busy Subway. Visited first time when dinner time was about over and the store was quite short-handed, with just a single staff member serving customers by preping food and handling the cash register. I really appreciate his attitude because he remained patient and polite to customers whilst delivering service in an efficient manner.

Staff close early most days and use the excuse of “no bread”. When i asked to buy a drink only, they apparently “lost the key” to the locked front door. Bad behaviour from staff shutting early.

Need another one person to collect second order.

Terrible experience today. One guy on his own, really slow and clumsy. He was playing with his phone while serving us; looked like he was trying to get the previous customer's Subcard points for himself. He was also coughing a lot without covering his mouth. The food wasn't fresh, especially the tomatoes, which were soggy & I had to throw them away. I usually enjoy Subway and receive great service and food but I won't be risking this branch again any time soon.

Just got served by a new guy and a guy called Ali both of them were excellent dead friendly and warming to customers deffo happy I went to them

What kind of subway has no bread?

Loved it 6 inch meat balls on Italian bread with salad and chilli sauce

Good food but very rude staff, spoke in a very rude and aggressive tone. Demanding to buy food or we ‘could not sit in there’ as soon as we walked in. Talking to other staff member as serving us and being very blunt and unwelcoming. Staff are usually very friendly and this is probably just a one off.

The store need to update their timings. Its shows open but it never is.

Fairly certain I had my debit card cloned here yesterday. Beware.

I went here at 12pm for lunch and the door was locked I could see someone in the back and I was knocking on and looked like they were trying to hide I find this appalling as the shop should be open and the fact they tried hiding in the back couldn't see there face just there arm and a clip board which looked like they could be doing paper work. There's no excuse this should have been closed when it also states the opening and closing time on the door and on Google

I recently came in for around 15 sandwiches an hour or two before closure and a young male, longish brown hair serving, I think called Callum was excellent. He was professional, helpful, fast and attended to my dietary needs - very good work ethnic and I will be attending again just because of his exceptional service. Not easy getting 15 sandwiches over to a hungry staff team, with particular orders at 6pm - the young male made this a lot easier!

The food and drink at Subways is a pleasure to eat, the first thing you choose is the various types of different rolls and then comes the best part - choosing your filling because there is plenty to choose from and you can add to it if you want........freedom of choice to choose ffrom ** then off to the match.

As with all their franchises the subs are made to order while you wait with a choice of bread and fillings. The price is very reasonable and there is seating inside if you are there on matchdays. To be recommended.

Friendly fast service even when busy, vegetarian friendly and not phased if you ask them to change their gloves etc. Unlike a lot of franchises the team here all seem to work strongly together and while some team members change the core members always seem to be there.

전세계 어디든 서브웨이,스타벅스등은 기본이상은 하는듯합니다지나가다가 배가 고파 먹었지만한국에서 먹었을때보다 더 맛있었던 기억이 납니다추워서 그랬는지 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ

Standard subway, very small, no step-free access (not that a wheelchair would fit), only 3 seats available, usually a queue at lunchtime due to being around a number places of work and local college. Close to both Manchester United's ground and Lancashire County Cricket ground.

its fast food but i am big fan on subway and that not the best that i eat , all subway in united kingdom not like USA

Nothing short of a normal Subway. Only 3 seats, quite small.

Fruit flys all over the shop, food looked like it had been there a few days and bread tasted stale. Not your normal subway.

每次去英國都會去食Subway, 因為3個字, 平靚正.同埋近曼聯球場, 入去球埸之前買黎頂下肚都係一個好好既選擇而且職員整食物也很快.不錯!
