Subway in Wealden

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Ordered nachos as per their photo and got a small packet of nachos crisps for £3.45. Order cheese slices (paid extra for cheese) with my sub rolls. Also none exitent. Tried phoning to complain...they don't answer their phone...wonder why? Cause they know people are going to complain. False advertising and daylight robbery. Never again!!!

This is a great spot for a quick bite . Helpful staff members neat & tidy new store and fantastic sandwiches from SUBWAY what more can u ask for !!

Girlfriend ordered the wrong sandwich which arrived very quickly. Had to go and replace the ingredients which Subway kindly offered to do for free. Very kind and professional (:

We have been to quite a few Subways in our travels and yesterday we visited Uckfield and walked past your Subway branch and saw quite a few customers inside, a good sign. We went in and looked at the meats and salad dishes to see if they were fresh and they appeared to be. We then ordered two Whole-wheat rolls with various salads and a meat and all we can say is the other Subways can learn from thus branch. The roll and the ingredients were absolutely fresh and what a great meal. Staff were very professional and friendly no wonder they have a constant stream of customers. Both Eastbourne Subways could learn from this branch, well done team

Ordered via Just Eat, waited almost 2 hours for food. Appreciate they are busy but this is far too long to wait for lunch. Missed lunchtime, and food turned up cold and soggy. Never again.

Eaten from here twice. First time I was sick. Gave it the benefit of the doubt. Today ordered again and have since been very ill since eating. Terrible hygiene by the looks of it. Will not be returning. AVOID !!

Ordered food from Uber Eats so there is a printed order, yet a meal was missed (which is not the first time). Salad box was very supposed to be a complete mix but was heavily lettuce and jalapeño. It was almost inedible. Better getting a salad from Tesco. 😠

2nd time ordering from Subway Uckfield, second time missing items. Food arrived cold, so not sure how things can go so wrong. Not sure I have the confidence of ordering from here again.

Amazing sandwiches. Perfectly made. Friendly cheerful staff on the hottest day in the world … and they whipped up my partners teriyaki sandwich despite being out of the actual mix itself :)

Disappointed that every time I order and order crisps I get sent the wrong ones, substituted because apparently out of stock. No communication that they are out of stock. Only aware when a random picked flavour turn up, £1 a bag too! Would be nice to have it communicated so that I could chose from what they DO have in stock. They have phone number so why can’t they call?

I placed a order via Uber eats and I been waiting a hour and 10 mins for my food when it said food be here no less then 40 mins ago. I tried to contact the store by phone but the number that has been given on the internet is incorrect as it does not ring out. I have tried to ring them using personal phone and work phone

Had a 30 centimeter steak and cheese on a Tiger bread roll - awesome!

Really enjoyable takeaway on a blustery day. Meatless meatball marinara - highly enjoyable. Steak and cheese apparently very good. Usually not a fan of nachos whatsoever, but the very hot and spicy nachos with jalapeños and cheese were sensational! Highly friendly service.

Sandwiches poorly made. Two hour wait for the order and then they delivered only half the order and half someone else’s. Two hour delay blamed on traffic from the high street. Sandwiches not what was ordered with filling missing. Very disappointed and won’t be using again If they were actually open we wouldn’t have had to have delivery

Beautiful, glorious weather....three days off....so I decided to get a takeaway from this venue, and consume it at nearby West End Esher green. Place was kept very tidily....staff member was pleasant and service was quick. Decent amount of nearby parking - either in the slip road, directly outside, or on the opposite side - outside the cinema or in front of the shops, opposite. The price of the Tuna Melt bite was very decent, and as I consumed it, I mulled over two of life’s greatest ‘kernels’ of contention’ - 1) did, in fact, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have the most annoying accent in the world - a kind of whiny Nordic-Manc ‘squeak.’ 2) and did he not look, a little, like actor Andy Serkis? ....but, no matter! The Tuna Melt bite was delicious - ideal for fish lovers and pescatarians. Thoroughly delectable. Ten on ten 👍

Mr Singh was very good today and dealt with our order effieciently. Sandwich was lovely and was enjoyed and was hot and good standard

Take away Steak and Cheese Sandwich, awful absolute awful, bread was stale, hardly any steak and virtually non existent cheese, worse still the customer service is appalling. Would not spend money here agIn

Great people, and it's a subway...

I placed an order with Subway Uckfield via Just Eat at 12:10 today stating it would arrive at 1:10, nothing arrived at 1:20 so i called to chase they said it would be another 35 minutes i agreed to wait and they changed the just eat time to 2:00 nothing had arrived. I called and spoke to a rude member of staff saying cool, mate and stating it was not his fault and that the order has still not been sent, he then hung up on me after me asking him to call the driver who was not on route to us. The driver returned and said the order had not even been made, and they were too busy he would refund me. I am absolutely furious with the service, no communication and outright rude staff over a two hour wait!!!! for nothing. Furious avoid avoid avoid.

Great place went on the website and got my food delivered and the delivery driver was very kind and delivered the food safely with a mask on would definitely recommend thank you very much.

It was a wonderful experience with family. My family had a great time and enjoyed the choice, staff and the environment. A lovely place to visit with complete family. Keep it up.

They staff were great today. Everyone was happy chatting to my son and really friendly. Food was good and quick service.

Food tastes okay, some of the staff are miserable and look like they don't want to be there. Toaster machine was broken when we went and we walked out. Hard to enjoy the food in that very small area also.

Not the best branch ive been to. Sloppy sandwich artists and the guy used the same glove for meat as vege. (Disgusting)

Food is (as always with the chain) very tasty but often quite expensive. The sub's themselves are reasonably priced, but for things like Cookies and drinks you are better off going to Tesco for as you can get them bigger and cheaper (unless you are getting them with a meal.) The staff can sometimes be friendly and helpful, and there is a small seating area for eating in which always appears to be clean.

Clean premises - helpful staff member. Obviously this isn't haute cuisine, but the Subway sandwich with Tuna Mayonnaise, tomato, cheese, cucumber, olives, sweet corn and gherkins was enjoyable and well priced.

Nipped into Subway for a quick bit to eat whilst visiting Sandown racecourse which is only a few minutes walk away. As all other Subways I visit throughout the UK it was clean and tidy and nice fresh salad
