Went into subway on my way home from a lunch time walk. hadn't been for ages and pleasantly surprised they had switched back to the classic menu where you can pick what you want instead of them telling you what you want on your sandwich. However after serving the person in front of me and telling me they will be right with me. They proceeded to tell me they would be right with me while filling a takeaway order. I therefore had to leave without getting my food as needed to get back to work. Priority should always be given to actual customers in the shop...

I received the food so late and it was cold and tasteless.

Our road is very hard to find as it’s a walk way and you are unable to drive. Most of the drivers call us to collect our delivery from them, not them delivering to us

Superb. My son and myself both had Ham and Cheese subs today, a Sunday, which were fresh and tasty with plenty of fillings. I can't remember having a better sandwich from a Subway to be honest. The shop was clean and well presented, the staff were attentive and helpful and even put care into how the sandwiches were wrapped. Would definitely recommend if you're peckish and in that area of town. Well done and thank you.

Best subway in the area by a country mile! The staff are really nice and nothing is too much for them. Things that might seem small like changing gloves between veg and meat and going to get fresh ingredients without being asked. This subway is also one of the only subways that accept your rewards like free meal upgrade and a free cookie or 50% off a foot long. The only subway I will use from now on and would recommend to anyone, especially if you have unfortunately been having to deal with the Aldridge store which in my experience has been appalling!

The food was great, however the bread wasn’t quite right. I ordered two subs with different salad and sauce and the breads were on wrong sub. Apart from that it was great

I didn’t catch the workers name but I went in 22nd july at around 1ish he was very friendly and kind. My food was lovely as usual.

footlong slice - room temperature footlong rotisserie chicken toasted sub - cold everuthing sitting on top of 2 ice cold bottles of coke zero and a tub of ice cream only the lat 2 items should have been cold eh.

cookie was very sickly and dry.

My order was not delivered. Map showed he was up the road for over an hr we walked up and no sign of him, restaurant stated he collected an hr before then states delivered !!! Being a diabetic and already injecting insulin this left me in a compromised state. Will not be using again!!

I ordered the cheese garlic bread and got a slightly warm piece of bread with cheese and no garlic in site. Also got sent the wrong drink. But the subway was ok

Food was freezing cold & the sandwich was not cut in half!

Sub was pretty squashed and didn’t look at all like the picture (guess I should have expected that really).

Never received my order. Store could not help. No idea what driver did with my order. I had to re-order as needed to eat as diabetic and my glucose levels dropped. Very disappointed. Not heard back from Just Eat yet regarding refund.

The long wait almost upto like 25mins for a 6 inch subs tuna kahuna seems like the store was running on just one person handling customers on front counter and online service had like upto 5 people in front of me coudl hear yhem getting frustrated too ,he didn't change his gloves also when coming to the salad section from the meat area.The guys was polite don't get me wrong but we as customer don't have like 20 min to wait around a for a cold sandwich to be made .when we just can pick one up elsewhere .

Possibly the slowest subway I have ever ordered, when it arrived some of the subway ingredients were missing and it was stone cold (toasted with cheese)

Ordered a BMT via the app, got chewy bread and meat toasted, but no cheese. Like blue-arsed flies, they just couldn't keep up with the online orders and customers. Unfortunately, a downward adjustment in demand will be coming soon. Never again.

I work very local to this branch and go once every week or so. Recently all the staff have changed and no one seems to know what they're doing. Up until now it's been great but I always have my usual sandwich (creature of habit) the Subway Melt. Apparently now they are no longer doing this sandwich??? It's been on the menu for 20+ years. Ham, Turkey and Bacon. Simple! When they finally made it, the bread was stale, the lettuce was old and the rest of the veg in the window looked dreadful. I'm not sure if there has been a change of ownership but it has gone downhill very quickly.

Put pickles when I didn’t ask for them. Cheese bites were cold as soon as they arrived. Drink was warm. Only thing good is the delivery time.

I have ordered from here twice giving it the benefit of the dout, both times the order has been wrong. Recently was the worst. Ordered a BMT with cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle sauce. When I received the sub it was literally just the bread and the meat and nothing else, Uber refunded me £3 and classed that as resolved even though I receive less then 50% of my sub, will not be reccomending or going here again.

Subway is usually consistent across all its stores but this one is awful. Tasting somehow not like a subway. Always cold too. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered through just eat, as it was 20 minute delivery. After 20 minutes, they changed the time again. After one hour I phoned them, they said that they had phoned me, which is not true. They then cancelled my order, as they could not fulfil it, very bad experience, will never order from them again

They are very stinger with the wedges if you order a large it’s got about 4 more wedges than a regular and is a whole pound extra not worth it at all. Even a regular there’s about 5 wedges in there

Friendly service however I hope this isn't a thing but my footlong was more like 10 inches and my 6 inch was more like 5 inches apart from that the sandwichs were fine.

The foot long tuna subway was horrible. No sauce, no extra cheese, inspite of me paying extra for cheese. Hardly any tuna, whole bunch of lettuce. Not enough sauce.

The sandwiches weren't as requested. Many of the toppings we asked for were missing (salads and cheese). The subs weren't well toasted. If toppings weren't available, the restaurant should get in touch to ask if we still want it or want an amend. An expensive sandwich when it wasn't as wanted. Disappointing.

Waited a while for the food, and then the cold bottle of pop was placed on top of my sub which made it freezing cold. Won’t order again.

Not happy at all ordered buffalo chicken which said on website it was available but when arrived it was no buffulo chicken on it was just plain tastless chicken very mushy not cooked enough not happy at all staff need so serious training really not happy id like a refund and money back for the one sub which was not want it said it was also staff should not be making put their own subs Very disapointed !!!!!

Usually the service is really good from here but on this occasion my order came incomplete and there’s no way I can give a review above a 2 star. I would strongly recommend the restaurant double-checks the order before sending it out.

I ordered a turkey salad with double meat and I received a turkey and ham salad, so I had to remove the ham myself

They missed my extra pot of sauce off my order and I payed for double meat on my footlong and didn’t get it

Both orders were wrong, both orders should have been toasted, neither of them was, one order was completely wrong, it should have been an Italian BMT, instead we got sent ham and turkey, I have images of proof

The orders were mixed up. t.l.c prder was a veggie patty. No tomatoes in salad. Tuna salad had chicken pieces

The staff at subway always get my order right and apologise on a napkin if the drink ive ordered has been substituted or anything! so nice and thoughtful hehe
