The people at subway Llansamlet always cater for my celiac diagnosis and they leave me a lovely message ensuring that my order has been taken care of! Best subway!!!

Kelly has been overly intrusive with customers, asking personal questions, and has shown unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour towards colleagues. On busy days, we are often understaffed, leaving one person to handle long queues and putting them under unnecessary stress. Additionally, all staff must consistently follow hygiene and safety standards by wearing hairnets and gloves when preparing and handling food.

I placed my order at 16:03, kept delaying the delivery time, called the restaurant, they weren't able to give me a time, I wanted to cancel my order, but was unable to on the app, the order finally comes at 17.45, so nearly 90 mins after placing my order, it's 10 minute drive from my house, shocking, to add it all, the food is cold; never ordering again

Fast delivery, sub was delicious.

Margarita slice came opened and smashed about the 6 inch didn’t have extra cheese I paid for and wrong drinks sent

Very expensive £11 with delivery- for half a bowl of salad. If you pick it up yourself you can ask for more! Won’t be ordering again.

Same as any other subway, good food but so expensive. Inside a garage so not much of an atmosphere but can't fault it

Even though we have a very clear Ring door bell, the driver merely dropped the food on the doorstep without pressing the bell. This meant the food sat in the sun for 20 mins while I was on a call and unable to check the app. Had they have rung the bell, I would've retrieved the food. I did not want to mark the quality of the food down, but the delivery was very poor as it was 20mins later than expected and warm due to this laziness.

Only one in queue was me, was met by a pointless blank looking girl who was literally a 1000 miles away. Just about to tell her my order, she rudely just said she's busy on other orders, started making 3 other meals, as slow as a slug..walked out and went down the road to burger king..avoid sh hole

Service from delivery driver was great however poor from subway. our order didn't start getting prepared until 5 mins before my requested delivery time. We had a large order, none of which was labeled meaning we had to open up each box to know who's was who's which isn't very hygienic having multiple people touch your food.

1 star for customer service which means I will never go back there out of principle... Ordered two pizza slices and halfway through the order I said "Can you change these two ten pound notes (immaculate and real) for a £20 note" as I wanted to give one to my Nephew who on the ride over said he had never had one. Only to be told "no", so I walked out & wont be back. 45+ years on this planet this was the first place that ever said no. I was paying with cash and they had to open the till anyway, so they had no real reason for doing so other than being selfish & unhelpful. I used to spend about £500 a year there, so your loss.

Second time I've order from here and it's been a shambles. It came so late I'd order from somewhere else as it looked like it would be cancelled again and turned up over 2 hours later. I give up. No more subways from Just eat

No driver was available and by 8pm the store closed only to get a call from them saying they couldn't fill my order.. she was going to cancel my order from that end. I make an order with someone else only to suddenly have my subway turn up. This has been a very expensive evening with more food than I needed. Very unhappy 🙁

Just bought a subway, the way the girl put the salad in my roll was lik shocking a right mess and didn’t even cut the roll in half !!! Deffo havent been trained the correct way sloppy .

One sub was missing and the other 2 had to wait over 2 hours for delivery.

This was another dreadful experience. The order was made at 4.00 p.m. It was delivered at 4.45 p.m. I live only two minutes from the restaurant. When I called I was advised that this was Just Eats responsibility - not theirs. The food was cold and of poor quality. There was only one Crinkle Wedge. This is the last time I will order from Subways and will not use Just Eat again. Lastly, the delivery driver said he had only been told of the order between 10 to 15 minutes before. Exceptionally poor service.

I was surprised that it told me he would be 7 mins but came after 15-18 mins and then I opened the bag and my drink was not in there and neither was my cookie and the sandwich was all over the place the toppings were not even in the sandwich.

When I'm paying £30 for three sandwiches, I would expect much better, messy, and disappointing

There’s stuff missing from my order

Was told I’d have to wait at least 5 minutes as a phone order had come through, although I was the only person in the store. Didn’t wait 5 minutes, won’t be back.

I ordered a pizza I didn’t get the pizza , I ordered meatballs and cheese didn’t get any cheese and the rest of the food was cold.

My order did not have the specified ingredients I ordered. I ordered lettuce and peppercorns but that did not come, no mozzarella in either of the sandwiches either.

Presentation appallin bread broken filling falling out couldn't pick up to eat cheese wrong advertising made me bad will never order from there AGAIN!!!

It was on time the only problem I would say is I asked for chicken tikka and got normal chicken also put a comment on to ask for it warm and it was cold, wasn’t what I asked for at all but still quite tasty, thanks for the service

Food quality was excellent delivery was excellent the chicken tikka wrap I had was very poorly made I had one piece of cucumber one slice of pepper no mayonnaise very disappointed come on Subway® you can do better than that!

The food was delivered to the wrong place

Drink was missing from my order. I ordered a meal deal that included a drink. Bag was slightly opened when it was delivered so I don't know if the driver took my drink out of the bag and stole it. Receipt has a tick next to the drink so I assume it was in there when it left the store

I was very disappointed in this order today delivery was awesome as usual the food was shocking i ordered a chicken tikka wrap with salads i think someone was having a laugh in subway today because the salad consisted of two bits of cucumber a few bits of red onion & some peppers also chicken with the smallest amount of lite mayo! I had more tortilla wrap then filling im not impressed

Freezing cold again !!! Twice that’s happened now, steak was cold as ice, meat wasn’t melted , bread wasn’t toasted. I even wrote in the comments don’t forget to toast

Need to get better at following instructions. Order consisted of one toasted and one non toasted footling. When delivery arrived both were non toasted. If toasting is t an option, then it shouldn’t be on website. If it’s a staff training issue then again, it should be addressed.

Food was late arriving and quality of sandwich lower than expected, as if damaged in transit.
