Hello, just wanted to say that I had ordered a ham footlong but it came out as a 6 inch is there any way I could get that money back ?

Cookies were missing and still charged me

Didn’t put in the foot long cookie I paid for !

Shocking service, so awful we walked out and went elsewhere. Partner is severely allergic to chicken (anaphylactic severe I might add) and he clearly told the staff member. Clearly the girl serving didn't understand this concept at all (she barely spoke English) even though she nodded. She started making our subs and then proceeded to put CHICKEN on my partner's sub. Never touching this place again

Ordered a tuna salad, there was no tuna in the salad 🙃 second time this has happened

Food was vile! Found a nostril hair in my food and the staff were very rude. Avoid at all cost

My children and I were refused entry today because we had scooters with us. We were told we’d have to leave the scooters outside (they would have then been easy to steal as you can’t lock scooters up). I come here regularly and have never been refused entry before.

Awful the woman working there on the closing shift on Thursday 6 June scoffed at me when I politely asked to get a drink with my order and then told me I was not allowed to sit and eat it at 4:30 when they close at 6 wish I could give it a 0

Food never turned up! Driver was at wrong road could see him on map. Never attempted to ring me just deliver it to a random person instead! Ridiculous

Awful. I ordered ham and got roast turkey. I paid extra for a Coke and received Coke Zero. Nachos were stale. No dip with my pigs in blankets. Wrong cookie. Ordered a footlong Margherita slice and only got 6inch. I waited about a hour for this. Never using this place again. Not happy.

Both subs were toasted which we hadn't requested.

Food was barely luke warm. The other order, different to the double meat; had a jalapeño in it, which caused issues for the person that ate it. Incredibly disappointing. Won't be ordering from here again.

We only received a 6 " Veggie Delite®, but we ordered and paid for a Footlong.

Asked for toasted and double cheese in both subs. Neither of which happened

Normally this particular Subway is our go to when we order Subway. But this order was not to Broadways standard. Bread barely toasted and my sandwich was suppose to be a Submelt but the contents inside of my bread was very very cold and the cheese was barely melted. Food was delivered at the minimum wait time, but would rather of had the food delivered towards the maximum wait time point and had my food properly prepared.

The crisps and quavers were missing … didn’t have option to say this on the app only to ask for refund for total meal .. annoyed .. deal therefore is not value gir mobey. Reimburse the missing item monies please. Thanks

The server Ben is one the most patient and polite servers.

A worker from here charged 10p for a paper bag !!!! shouldn’t charge for paper bags they said “not our fault we try to give bags out for 10p but not to everyone some we just give them too. The plastic bags cost 30p down at the local Tesco and we charge only 10p here” ( erm difference is it’s plastic and that’s a required government charge ) when I said you can’t just pick who you charge he said yeh I can “I can choose who I give bags to for free and I can decide if I want to charge them or not” then he said quote on quote “I could give a free sub to someone if I wanted to!!!!!” Clearly has great customer service skills When I asked for his name he laughed and said his name was Ben and even spelt it out for me !!!!then starts laughing and talking to the customers about me ….Ben is rude why is there not a zero star option on here oh

Leigh on sea staff cannot even read the sub description properly to get the salad stuff right, incompetent staff. All you have to do is make a sandwich and can’t even get that right. The sub arrived like it had been trampled on. Choose another branch.

The food was cold, the natchos order was wrong, and so was the cookies. Only got 2 of the cookies I asked for. No call to explain the delay or wrong orders. I won’t be ordering from this branch again.

Ordered two meals which included cookies one rainbow cookie and one cherry bakewell cookie. Instead we got a white macadamia cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. They also extended the time on the delivery because it took a while to get a driver to deliver our food. This is why i feel that the food quality was ok and the delivery time was disappinting.

Ali the manager was so rude, arrogant, refused to serve me when I asked for the breakfast menu despite it being 10 mins beforehand. Disgusting behaviour

Food arrived cold and there was a long wait for the courier to be assigned. The subway itself could have had more salad toppings in.

I really enjoyed the subway I received, but the bread was a bit crust and at the end of the bread had not anything in it for me to eat, which was plain, but I’m happy with the delivery time

1.5 hours after ordering and just under an hour from original delivery time our Food arrived and was absolutely freezing cold, one of which had items that were specifically not chosen and certainly not wanted.

All the wrong condiments were put into our sub and it was late.

Sauce was absolutely disgusting, bread had not been toasted properly, chicken tikka had a funny taste too.

Order marked as delivered but never received. I was waiting outside the block of flats and had provided clear instruction to make delivery easy- never saw the driver. Disappointing.

Driver lied saying he was here for 20 minutes when hed been there for less than 3 minutes and saying he's been calling me even though there is no missed call and my phone is on full volume. I was standing at the front door and he decided to come round the back of the building even with instructuction that say press the buzzer. Trying to blame me for his phone not working is crazzzzy

The order was placed at 13-34 and I received roughly 15-10 ask the courier if the ice cream had melted he didn’t understand, I accepted only to find a gooey mess for the ice cream. Why have a courier that goes right over to the hospital delivering a load then come back to this area for two. Certainly not run by people with brains

Subway did not get my order correct, there were 4things wrong with my order. Not only did they mess this up. My brother made an order the next day and they messed that too! Disgraceful service!!!!

Food was good except my salad was missing the mixed cheese. Also ordered the strawberries and cream cookie and ended up with a white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie. Which is fine since I like those, but if I'd of been allergic to nuts it would of been an issue as no one contacted me to inform me of the change.

Asked for non toasted sandwiches and clearly someone can’t read a order clearly gave incompetent people working for the company.

The absolute worst. Wrong item, clearly someone else’s order. Couldn’t even get through on the phone to rectify it. Don’t bother.

It was ok I asked for creamy ceaser sauce with my meetball marinata and still put marinata sauce also and the lettuce was soggy bread was soggy and messy the bread wasn't cut propperly and was falling out the ends and sides the bread was so bad I took the salad and sauce out of the roll and eat the meetballs and bread only and on 2nd half I took the meetballs out and through the rest away I got 1ft long sub but wasn't great mate

An incorrect delivery received - not even from Subway. Ordered a Subway however the driver delivered an item from another company then when challenged about it, run away and drove off. A message then shows our items as being ‘delivered’. Attempts have been made to contact the store however the ‘line’ is constantly engaged. Complaint made and refund requested via JustEat

Food is nice but they forget the bacon in sandwich andone of the drinks was wrong.

Wrong bag of crisp. Roll was soggy no much meat no salami Was rushed as you tell by the roll Looks like been sitting in the heat as it was warm Salad was soggy not happy . Would like a refund.

Always great food and service from subway. They didn't have my gravy, but rather than just not put anything in they gave me some yummy marinara sauce instead. I'm not big on condiments (ketchup e.t.c) but LOVE the marinara sauce from here so I was very happy lol. A huge thumbs up from me 😁

Our foot long "fresh salad" wasn't that fresh... No dressing at all and missing cookies....

Where else can you get a slightly toasted cheese laden foot long dripping baguette from? It's ok for what it is, I guess. This store is clean, staff attentive but seems to change whenever I have visited.
