Started off pleasantly but not for long. As the girl serving was filling the roll I couldn't help but notice that the scoop she was using was only partially filled each time (I know from experience that it's supposed to be full as it measures the required portion). As a result the roll wasn't adaquately filled. I asked her to put a small amount into the roll to remedy this, however she just stated that this would cost extra and that I'd received all I was allowed .......... When I pointed out her incorrect use of the scoop she just blanked my comment and asked what cheese I wanted. I asked for grated and, surprise surprise, she sprinkled on the lightest possible amount before putting my order in the toaster.I was tempted to cancel my order at this stage but have personal issues with food being wasted, which would have been the outcome. Some of us use this Applegreen services on a very regular basis. But as far as Subway is concerned - Lesson learned I suppose ..... but I won't be back !!

Called in this morning at 9am. Waited to be served as there was no one behind the counter. Noticed a bell on top of the counter which said to ring for service. Rang the bell, still no member of staff. Whilst waiting we noticed a woman (middle-aged with short brown hair) chatting to someone near the tills. Turned out she was the staff member. She continued to chat and ignored us. We ended up leaving. This woman needs major customer service training. We weren't surprised that the branch of Greggs beside Subway was busy if this is how this branch of Subway treats its customers. It's only getting a rating of 1 because 0 wasn't available.

A busy Subway. Nice variety of breads and fillings. Only one criticism, staff not pleasant or friendly with no small talk. Sadly no customer service and definitely no smiles.

Appalling experience ordering a vegetarian subway. No lettuce, no onion amongst other missing ingredients because apparently they "didn't get a delivery today". No real apology and still got charges nearly £4 for essential a cheese roll. Never again.

Subway, you know what your getting and it met the expectations. Fresh tasty and convenient. Though it has to be said, the lady who served there said 'wee' before every item. Wee meal deal Wee cookie Wee drink Made me need a wee wee!
