They really can do no wrong with their food. Incredible food, cheaper than anywhere for huge portions and cheap for family meals. Staff are possibly all family so it could be a family owned business to support and they're very nice to be delivered by. I keep going back.

The order was really late and the burger seemed like it was sitting for a while before it left the shop

Had to wait around 40 minutes for my order to be ready, the food was cold and pretty bland. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible! Waited close to 2 hours for food to arrive and it was cold. Phoned when order was late and they said it’s out for delivery and will arrive in a minute yet it took a further 15 minutes to come. Drinks weren’t delivered and we had to ask delivery driver to go back and get them. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. Shocking and not even an apology for the late service.

asked for onions on both we got a slice each! kebab had 6 slices of donor and chips were hard !

My mum ordered food last week from the hungry house for me, her and my partner, she got 3 chicken fillet burgers and when it came i opened mine took a bite out of it and the chicken was pink it was not cooked, my partner rang them up they said the delivery driver will come back for it within 20-30 minutes and also get a refund so we waited on them to collect it, but noone came for it to take it back to the shop the chicken fillet was still in the house the next day and still no refund. We have got out of here a few times and it was always good but after that it has put me off.

Absolutely disgusting place wee blonde haired girl cooking the food her hair dripping every where then she takes out a hairbrush and continues to brush her hair ar the counter

Sadly we have orders here lots but the delivery time was not met. We called the shop and they reported it would be 15 mins but the order had not arrived we had to call again. The order arrived much later

The food took 1.hr 50 mins to get to the house on a Wednesday night. Food could have been a lot warmer as well. No sorry or anything

Ordered online was told 8.15 for delivery, 8.25 came no delivery rang them they said it would be sent out within 5 mins waited another hour before food arrived. The food was poor we had food missing, ordered a burger with onion tomato and mayo on it never recieved any of that on it. I would absolutely avoid this place its a shocking service.

Arrived over an hour late food was cold so had to reheat it. Normally food is lovely and on time, however was disappointed tonight with service.

The delivery girl is a joy 5 stars x

40 mins late, seems to be a pattern for the orders being late and each time we ring up to see why they say ‘we’re snowed under’ maybe time for more staff or else less orders.

Made a order over the phone for collection, was told 20minutes, arrived in 25minutes later - no food ready. 2 walk ins - both ordered & received their food within 10mins. Finally received my food 30mins after arriving which was 55mins after ordering my food. Disgraceful wait times

can't believe I payed £9 odd for a kebab. there was more chips then steak. wouldn't order again . very Disappointing

Almost 2hrs to wait for food tonight. Every other time has been 1.5hrs or more. Food is never bad but the waiting time is shocking. Maybe a good idea to hire extra staff to cope with the demand.

Wrong order received, I ordered the family meal deal 2 and I received the munchie box which is a massive difference in price and not what I was looking for. Plus the order was nearly an hour late. Not happy, absolutely terrible customer service. Will ring the shop tomorrow and complain in person

Order was due to come between 6.55 - 7.10. Order don’t come until 8.25, 1hr 15mins late. Did not get to eat as had to work night shift at 8 and had to get my parents to pick up at door.

Ordered a family deal the delivery was that late the food was freezing and ended up in the bin. So tbh I would give them no stars disgraceful.

I ordered a fish supper and the fish was nice and crispy and the chips were also good

Had ordered food on app to be told 7.10pm for food. 7.10 came no answer. 7.40 started ringing for my food to no joy. No update or calls. When looking on app it said that they were taking pre orders. Food finally arrived 2 hours late. And still.wont answer phone. I no they can be busy but at least answer the phone. When i messaged on fb was told that they were unusually busy for a tue night. I think this is very poor sevice that they can't even answer the phone

I rang for an order to be told 45mins which was fine as I know they can be busy, but 2 hours later my food arrives and is cold, they had my number not even a call to say that they will be running late, don't take orders and promise a time when you can't deliver on this, will never order from here again.

Good delivery was around 10 minute early. It was delivered without the drink that comes with the kids meal. I could’ve overlooked this but the worst was yet to come. My brother it a very picky eater and complained that his chips tasted weird. I didn’t think much of it until I tried my gravy chip. It was inedible. It was as though someone has opened a bottle of vinegar and poured the entire bottle on them. There is no option to add salt or vinegar but it should not just be poured onto someone’s food. Both meals ended up in the bin.

Food was good but order the boneless box with gravy. The gravy was missing from my order. Rang them up about it. Say it will be 30 minutes to redeliver it but been waiting over a hour still haven't came.

This restaurant is truely inspiring the queue is as fast as my granny’s electric wheel chair when your chips arrive u will be clean flabbergasted they are mental really warm aswell the only bad thing that has ever happened is when eugene wiped his greasy pimple arse with a burger bun sincerely yours James

Food was cold we could not eat it it. WAited 2 and half hours for food £29 for food we could not eat. First time ordering at this restaurant and it be our last!!!!

Food arrived over an hour and a half late and was completely cold on arrival. The order was ‘marked’ complete before the food had left the chip shop and almost 50 minutes before the delivery arrived. So, either the chip shop is marking the order complete before the order is ready, to stop performance issues with just eat, or, the delivery driver is playing games. Either way, I won’t be ordering from them again, and I will recommend others do the same. Wish I hadn’t bothered.

Food is really good and was lovely and warm but delivery times not the best. Ordered at 17.55 and was 20.10 for delivery. Would still order again as food quality is great.

Food was lovely, delivered on time. Unfortunately there was 2 things of popcorn chicken ordered and only received 1 and there was cheese missing from burger.

Best food I have ever had in my life, I heard someone shout "Put down the knife" but I assume some drunk person just wondered in there trying to get free food, I know the staff would of handled it with no problem, other than that top-tier restaurant

The pasty supper was so filling it came 1 pasty and 2 chips Mind blowing experience. I would highly recommend this wonderful establishment. But had some trouble finding it as the address took me to some random House.👍👍

Ordered at 17:15, arrived at 19:40 2 hrs 25 mins Chicken kebab box wasn’t sealed properly and top half was cold Ordered a Pastie Supper with 2 Pasties that cost £6.00 and came with a small handful of chips, poor small portion size for the price Would not recommend unless collecting

A mind blowing experience, the menu speaks to me like a modern day Shakespeare. The waiting time is phenomenal as fast as turbo the snail. I recently used my cash for financial purchases to retrieve nutrients from this fine establishment and the results were prominent and distinguished (mind bogglingly substantial) I brought my daughter along with me and now she wants to visit every single day she will lead a promising career here some day I can’t wait to see here making chicken when someone orders chips . Ps this is my daughter she would love to be your mascot ( picture below )
