How is this place still open! The staff clearly don’t have a clue how to make a sandwich I won’t be going here again it’s just run by kids

Just been for the nachos after seeing them on right guys, to find this shop run by unhelpful kids the shop wasn't the cleanest of places ,the customer service was none existent I had to ask for my box to be opened again to add some sauce which I wasn't offered, the girl was just miserable and mumbling, won't be going to this shop again...

Absolutely horrible experience, I arrived at 16:45 (4:45pm) when it says online that it shuts at 18:00 (6pm) I tried to order a couple of toasted sandwich for my children. I was rudely informed by the young female that the place was still open but if I wanted a sandwich toasted I should have came earlier as the toaster needs cleaning before they shut the place. I queried the time it takes for them to clean the toaster and was basically met with if I didn’t like it, I could leave. I won’t be returning, lucky for me the one in Widnes town was open and they served me with no problems and a smile. I would recommend the owners do some training with staff (this young female in particular) about customer care and general manners.

Terrible francaise with appalling customer service. Run by kids who are very rude. 2nd visit & oven is never working. Subway in town centre is far better & staff are much more friendly.

The coffee machine is constantly broke/ the staff can't be bothered making hot drinks. Why bother having a machine when its constantly out of order??

Called into this cafe for quick lunch ,great service and food ,the sandwich was fresh tasty and yummy, the staff where very friendly, we will be back thank you
