Subway in Coleraine

Very nice staff, one of my cookies was cracked so one of the staff gave me a free one. Without me even asking

Lovely fresh ingredients as you would expect from subway but staff are not warm and friendly.

Always love Subway, but the prices for a sandwich are getting a bit mental...

This is the best place to get a gluten free sub for my fellow celiacs out there. They defrost the bread so its only being cooked once and actually doesnt taste like a block of cardboard. It is £1 dearer than the other ones but im happy to pay if i can get a decent gluten free sandwich. Staff are super cute and friendly too.

Place was very clean, worker was very kind and made my order perfectly.

It's Subway. Unless you're a novice, you know what you're getting. Uniformity. Despite the many possibilities, I always get the same thing. Italian BMT with cheese on multigrain. Toasted with jalapeños, olives and pickles. Chipotle sauce. Does the job every time.

Subway is Subway, great for a quick snack made to your own tastes. This branch has very pleasant & helpful staff.

Love subway but this one is best for takeaway only, the seating area isnt that great, too small and a little cramped* . (*Railway Road Restaurant) Friendly service but prices higher than both the Ballymoney branch & the other coleraine branch! That would be understandable, if it was a larger outlet with something extra on offer but it's tiny & a tad cold in there!

Such a great meal to have and not too filling and its not as unhealthy as other take aways or restaurants out of 10 i give subway a 11 out of 10!!!

I have always loved the subway in Coleraine ,but I was in other day with friends and ordered my subway the 2 guys that took our orders and made the salads for us were really nice and friendly but when we got to the counter the guy who was behind the till was abrupt and rude as I did hear someone call him Andy ,totally put me off subway the way he spoke to us it seemed like he didn't want to be there not our fault man.I work in a cafe and was always told to be nice to the customers which I am but he needs to learn some manners or he will drive customers away that is subways only downfall. I have to say the salads in there are amazing very filling and a good mixture of salads etc I had the chicken salad and it was lovely and a wide variety of sauces to accompany the salads.

Same food and service as most others , but need to sort out the toilets as the are very dated and filthy

Service prompt staff friendly food always 1st class

They do the usual range of subs and salads here, with lenty of options to choose from. Downsides: there's no accessible toilet (the toilets are upstairs and there's no lift) and some of the staff could be a bit more cheerful when interacting with customers.

I cannot fault the staff here in any way. They are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The selection of breads and toppings is fantastic, I've seen smaller selections at bigger Subway stores so this was a lovely surprise. The only thing that lets this Subway store down is the hygiene and decoration quality, the toilet upstairs was unclean, there is black mould growing on the walls and ceiling in the stairway and the upstairs seating area, and there is condensation trapped in the windows upstairs. Definitely needs remodelling, but this is no fault of the staff there.

Personally I don't understand why the £3quid deals where done away with. And it's so confusing... Make a meal for 4.09 but only in selected things.. What would have cost 6 quid now costs 9.60. Honestly it's not great...

Not impressed with that one, charged full price for a coffee with a meal. When I ordered was TOLD it came with cookie or crisps, I hadn't ask for meal deal. I informed them only wanted a coffee, but was TOLD again they came with it. Currently on a restricted diet, can't eat a lot of things.

Always had a good experience in store and the store is always kept clean.

Its busy especially at lunch time for good reason, good value freshly made sandwich on the bread of your choice and the way you want it, whats not to like??

I love a subway sandwich. And the service here is usually spot on. But today before ordering I took my 3 year old to the toilet. Put me right off eating here. Was dirty, smelly and hairy. Won't be back in a hurry.
