I almost fell for the recent negative reviews, but I'm so glad I decided to check it out for myself! The Subway in North Finchley is a fantastic spot for lunch, or even brunch. The environment is welcoming and clean, with great signage promoting their 'eat fresh' mission. And let me tell you, the food is fresh and delicious! I tried their hash browns, and they were a tasty addition to my meal, perfect for breakfast. Definitely a great place to grab a bite, and I'll be coming back regularly. Don't believe the bad reviews – this Subway is awesome!

I really love Subway because it is a healthier choice for me. I like the atmosphere is very nice, The staff is always friendly and eager to make sure you get what you want. I ordered a spicy Italian salad and it was very good even without the bread. I like that they make it the way you want it and for someone who’s watching their weight they have a lot of great options to. Choose from. I love all their fresh vegetables and their local wraps if you don’t want bread. I like the fact that if I want to sit down and eat I can in a clean establishment, But food is spot on!

Portions are very stingy compared to other subways. I repeatedly asked for regular nachos, and I scanned my points but the worker said I didn't have enough, and refused to cancel the order when I asked to rescan the points. Then she forced me to pay for the order, and charged me for a large box of nachos even though I had repeatedly asked for a regular box. When I opened the box there was hardly any salsa but there was a huge chunk of lettuce in there so I'm concerned about the hygiene of the store.

I have visited this subway twice now over the last month. I would definitely recommend eating elsewhere. IF YOU GET A SUBWAY EXPECT BREAD. Toppings are treated like a luxury here. I asked for olives - they gave me like 4 across my footlong sandwich. All toppings are treated like they are made out of gold. Please do not waste your money here there are many other places that do proper sandwiches. (like Haida sandwiches near the foxtons)

I've purchased from numerous Subway outlets, and this one sinks to an abysmal low. When I ordered a footlong BMT, the stinginess with vegetables was appalling. We're talking about a nearly £10 sandwich here - it's not unreasonable to expect a decent serving of veggies. Their audacity to warn about extra charges for additional vegetables is a slap in the face to any customer. If I ask for more than a measly six pickle slices in my footlong, it shouldn't be a big deal. Their blatant profit-mongering is off-putting. Moreover, their skimping on meat is inexcusable - I'm well aware that a standard footlong BMT comes with 4 slices of ham, 6 of one type of pepperoni, and 6 of another. Yet, they had the nerve to try and shortchange me with 5 slices of each pepperoni. This isn't just about toppings - it's about principle and respect for customers. This location's service is a stark, negative contrast to the Subway standard. Absolutely unacceptable!

Subway is famous for fresh vegetables and in North Finchley branch if you ask for anything they put it very less than normal for example if you ask for onion they put 1 tiny bits of onion and if you ask for more they put another tiny one and they act like it’s a lot but at the end you can’t find any vegetables in your sandwich. It’s a second time I’m coming here and it’s really disappointing.

Subway's standards have deteriorated; the sandwich maker literally counted 🙄 the number of vegetables, olives and jalapenos in the sandwich; this is not to be expected from Subway. In addition, no appropriate sauces were available, and mustard sauce was missing 😣. Very dry sandwich completely turned me off. Most shocking was that the sandwich maker touching the cash machine while making a sandwich absolutely no Food Hygiene 🙄🙄. Never coming back...😔😔😔😔

I still can’t believe what I saw today: the person serving me was wearing gloves, then got my payment in cash without taking off the gloves. I couldn’t believe he was going to carry on making the other sandwiches without changing his gloves, however, he did. Very good service from the 2 ladies working here today. I went in with vouchers and they explained that they weren’t valid in that specific store, but they explained their deals and helped me get something that was almost of equal value. Only 4 stars as the salad filling in my sub was quite stingy. I asked for ‘a bit of everything’ and I think they took it literally - ie. a small sprinkle of each thing - that’s not what I meant 😅 I meant I was happy to have all the salad. Anyway I would definitely return, due to the great service provided. Premises was clean and food looked fresh.

Absolutely awful service. I came here yesterday for lunch and three staff members were all standing around the till while one customer paid, so I stood there for ages waiting to be served and considering leaving. It took so long for a staff member to finally take my order, even though he'd been glancing at me reluctantly for at least a minute before. The first thing which shocked me was the man serving me kept sniffing and wiping his nose on his sleeve, displaying very poor concern for hygiene. I had to repeat the bread I wanted at least 6 times, and then I had to repeat that I only wanted a 6-inch at least another four times. Then when I asked for the fillings, he told ME to tell him where they were (I was asking for the TLC, veggie chicken) and I did not know which was regular and which was vegetarian, so his manager had to come and point it out herself. The fillings were also extremely stingy. I was then offered a meal deal, which I accepted, so when I was asked what I wanted in that I said the chipotle seasoned crinkle wedges. The lady who was now serving me said okay and didn't mention that this was not included in the meal deal, so when I went to pay I was shocked at the price, but THEN she told me she had forgotten to charge me for the drink I got, which didn't sound right but she insisted, and then charged me another nearly £2 for a small drink. I'm sure I was overcharged massively but they don't display their prices in a clear and easy way at all. When I asked for sauces the man couldn't even find the ketchup without me pointing to it for about 30 seconds, and I asked for that to dip my wedges in, and chipotle to put in my sandwich, but they almost got it wrong and I once again had to correct them, which was maybe the sixth time at this point. I have also had regular size wedges at another branch before, and it was a box full of a generous amount and lots of seasoning which is included in the item as default, so you do not have to ask for them to season the wedges, but I did anyway just in case they forgot. What I was given was about six sad-looking, limp wedges, absolute unseasoned. Finally, upon phoning up the branch later that day and asking for information on prices, employees who had been on shift that day, and who the manager was, it took what felt like hours to get the employee on the line to give us any information, as she seemed to not be able to answer even the most simple questions ("who is the manager/duty manager?", "what is the price of your wedges?", etc.), and she took a long time and lots of very very simplified questioning to reveal that she was indeed the superior on site at the time. A completely unacceptable service experience, and I was well overcharged. The staff also need to be retrained in hygiene and following very basic instructions. Won't be coming to this branch again and I'd recommend nobody else does.

Used this subway store twice and twice the service and sandwich have been well below par. Wouldn’t use this Subway again. Wouldn’t recommend either. I would avoid using this store totally. Staff skimp on ingredients, this included the main filling and salads. I can only assume this is to either save money or for a free lunch without stock missing. This is a review as a trainee. I was looking forward to work here but there is a lady called 'JULI' as I know her as but some call her 'ZORA' is the store manager who did not have the right attitude towards me. First of all the training period is unpaid & her english was not well spoken which created a lot of confusion in my training time. A lot of miss-communication with other employees, there were more instances too but I don't want to make this a long post. I believe the employee is successful only when the manager has the right attitude towards someone who is fairly new where small mistakes are likely to happen. Sandwich prep is clean but some ingredients were not fresh for example the lettuce was brown coloured in areas . The reason for the 2 stars is due to that and also the drink station . I feel 2 stars is generous as I started to pour my drink into the cup and noticed a fruit fly on my cup . I picked up the cup to investigate the drink station and as soon as I did a swarm of flies flew everywhere . There is no need for this to happen if it had been cleaned regularly but unfortunately it wasn’t . What scares me more is we are in a pandemic and basic cleaning is going a miss . Hopefully things can improve .

Visitamos Bank Food & Drink en Mill Hill anoche para la cena y bebidas. Un lugar súper impresionante, interiores impresionantes con una sensación del West End al lugar. Un gran menú, a cargo del chef Tony; disfrutamos de una selección de entrantes y tuve el solomillo para la alimentación (mi foto no le hace justicia, así que no postear!). Gran comida, servicio excepcional y hospitalidad de Armando y su equipo. Sin duda vale la pena visitar para una noche especial cuando no quieres viajar a Londres.

Decided to stop here with a friend to use my tastecard. The place was busy but a nice atmosphere. The staff are attentive and the food was delicious with great cocktails to finish the meal off with.

You should look after beter your customers, I'm a huge fan of gails, however this specific branch is a nightmare in terms of deliveroo. They don't manage what they have or not, I've orderer several times, and didn't receive everything, however still kept available in the system, they don't try call us to fix the mistake, just send without it. Is so frustrating when you have a short time to do your breakfast and you don't receive what you order spending more money with other order in another place. Just doing the review here, because I wish you could increase the range of other gails as I had before the golders green one, it was way better than this one. Otherwise you'll loose a regular customer. I hope you can manage better this branch. Update: it's been a while since they're cooking fresh instead to dont send the meals. Coffee isn't the same standard as gails, but it's a good improvement though.
