Subway in Sheffield

The hijabi lady who conjured up my steak and cheese today was 10/10 it was so different to the normal ones literally made my day thank you 👍

I recently visited Subway and received outstanding service from an employee named Adnaan, as indicated on his badge. He meticulously changed his gloves to prevent cross-contamination with gluten-free bread, showing great attention to detail. His polite and professional demeanor made the experience exceptional. I was very impressed and will definitely return because of his excellent care.

Food and the service were great but the temperature in store was unbearable for customers. It’s a wonder you have any staff let alone customers if you let them boil in the most uncomfortable restaurant in Sheffield

Terrible. They don't take actual cash! I literally had the money in my hand, ready to pay and they wouldn't take it. I don't want to pay with a bank card, I want to pay with actual cash. Shame on you. Another customer lost.

I haven’t really got a lot I can say about this to be honest. I love subway. This is a pretty standard and typical subway sandwich shop. I ordered my usual subs and took them to eat out. The service was pretty good, but a little slow, only reason I mentioned this is because it wasn’t busy at all. But the food was great and enjoyable.

Staff thought I jumped queue even though they missed me so I didnt get served initially until I complained, then accused me of queue jumping and stated I had to go to back of queue, then tried charging full whack rather than applying the offer that was on. Shocking customer experience. Time of experience 15:40pm 17/09/2023 And to top it all off got home and it was the wrong bread

Left my sandwich to go cold and wasn’t even allowed to pick out my own toppings on the other one

Staff seam to be asleep, tables were somewhat clean but a male staff member flicking bits onto floor explains why floor was dirty. Toilets were filthy and sticky, feet marks up the wall.

The service is appalling. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable. And the young girl who was serving me snapped at me. The 2 girls serving were obviously not communicating with each other leaving the customer to ask questions and when I did they snapped at me. And after all that the meatballs in my salad bowl were ice cold and I had to warm them up at home. These girls need to be fired. Unacceptable service. Absolutely appalled.

Really friendly staff excellent service

I’m sure they shouldn’t do this but nearly 1 hour before closing they didn’t even let us sit at one table a group of 4 of us. Surely their management wouldn’t approve of this? They obviously don’t want to maximise their money intake. Seems like they just wanted an easy close although they had a full hour to clean one table- 8pm 10/02/22

Best subway I’ve been too, very friendly and helpful, good amount of meat and cheese.

They Forgot one of the sandwiches on my order when ordering through the app and then once I’d been back to get it, we realised only one of the sandwiches they had made was correct...

Toilets smelt horrible and tolite brush was discusting the guy who was sweeping swept the same spot for 15 minutes. The staff was rude and had a attitude towards us and didn't tell us that we had to pay for salad separately. Table wasn't clean even thought the shop was empty. We won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone else.

The staff are always professional and polite. They do upsell there other products which I believe to be the mark of a good service.

I love subway but will never order again as a didn’t get half the things a ordered for delivery half of the salad and cheese not in the sandwich the crisp and drink was not what a wanted when I tried ringing to complain they kept hanging up

Always good. Never had any issue. The place can be quite busy at times but the staff are efficient and the salad is always of a good quality.

Always like a subway. Good quick service even on a sunday when the staff are hungover or cant be bothered to be there. Just the music was too loud to have a conversation if there with friends

It's Subway, you know what you're getting. Italian BMT, cheese & toasted, jalapenos, lettuce, onion, mayo. Delicious! Decent service and venue too.

Had a bbq chicken sub today, never again there was too much sauce, really sloppy sub 😔.. Usually enjoy my food from subway

What you would expect from a Subway.

Had a wrap and for some reason it was constructed in the weirdest way which ended up in just a mess of food in a bundle! It made no sense as to why the server had chosen to do this, but I basically just ended up with a soggy mess on paper 🙄 Didnt taste good either (the chicken tasted like poor quality). Wouldnt have this again, which is a shame because I've enjoyed the Subway good I've had before. Maybe better staff training required at the Centertainment branch...

Fast service and great location for a quick bite

When i walked in it wasnt busy yet most of the tables were dirty also the floor.....staff preferred to stand and talk rather than wipe tables and sweep floor......i wont rush back to this branch.

I love subway, I love the choice and options they have available and you can construct your own sandwich which is perfect and individual to you which I do appreciate. I visited this subway on Tuesday 2nd July and it was a warm day so I can forgive the temperature of the subway itself being hot. However on this occasion there was a gentleman and a lady working on shift who just didn’t seem happy to be there, grumpy and they didn’t seem to be bothered. My friend was struggling to see what options of sauce to put on his sandwich and the staff didn’t even try to help they just stood and watched as he struggled. I love subway and I don’t like being overly critical but we left feeling sullen about the staff that worked there. The sandwiches themselves are always great and fresh but it just left us feeling slightly irritated.

Cheap and cheerful. Nothing special. If you plan on sitting in music is a bit loud for conversation.

Top choice, however staff sometimes leave something to be desired 🙄

Go here every time I am at an event at the arena. It's a lovely place to socialise, and the food is great! The staff are really helpful and kind as well

The subway is okay but the music was too loud for the sandwich artists to hear me order.

I was over charged and had to call for a manager because the assistant was rude.

It's OK, bread at this subway always seems over cooked, and also this one is a halal subway so the ham and bacon are both turkey substitutes, it doesn't taste right!!!

Good menu choice of typical fast food. Bread was like paper but the fillings were tasty. The children enjoyed the treat.

Fresh, tasty subs with a wide variety of choice. You can be well-behaved or naughty from a food perspective and there will be something for you. The sub of the day choices are very reasonably priced and offer good flavours. The salads are excellent too and using the Subcard or app to pick up points helps make eating here even better value for money, although prices are reasonable anyway. Have always found service to be good.

Had a delicious wrap, have added more tables and chairs inside, nice and clean and staff were friendly, nice fresh sub for lunch is hard to beat!

Had one of the new rotissory style chicken wraps, very expensive at £5 with no drink included. The wrap itself is roughly the size of a 6 inch sub but nearly twice the price. The wrap itself was soggy and very salty to the taste. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Pricing is the value subway standard, no extra charges for salads, etc. Portions on point too, no shameful skimming at this outlet.

I don't think you can't beat Subway for a quick lunch. Fast service, friendly staff and value for money. The subs are made to your specification. The breakfast menu is good too, I just wish they open earlier at 6am.

I visit this branch occasionally, and the food is really good. Last Friday, I made a big order on phone for a meeting(just the night before the meeting).the order was 8 different platters, loads of drinks, crisps and cookies The service I received was beyond expectations. The staff were very polite and patient. I even made changes and addition at the last minute and they accommodate it. The delivery was on time and the feedback about food was great(5/5) Thank you very much for your professional service

Disgusting service! Bad attitude all through serving me and as I went to do my drink some girl was sat on the counters talking. Not going back.

No bacon, no chicken and bacon ranch melt. Should state this clearly outside but doesn't. Also no Coffee, which is apparently temporary. I won't be going back to find out.

The staff are rude and one overcharged me and when I told him he'd overcharged me he told me that I didn't know what I was talking about, so rude and clearly in need of training and discipline.

Came in to get some sandwich and realised the server was rubbing the serving surface with his gloves. I asked him if he could change them ie the gloves but he wouldn't.

I like subway and have had no issues using this one.

Open late which is a big plus. Delicious subs!

What kind of sandwich shop in England doesn't sell bacon? I find it offensive to be honest. Not only has this subway store lost my business, I can honestly say I will never buy from any of their stores again!
