Subway in Lisburn

delivery, wrong drinks, food order wrong and it was cold

Tried the footlong cookie was not pleased was burnt and hard as a rock

I had the occasion to visit the Subway on the Stewartstown Road, Belfast, today @ 11.45am 13/05/24. The 2 girls that were serving in the Subway were very pleasant, polite and friendly! Given the excellent service that I was given I would like to say a sincere thank you 🙏🏻 and the next time that I am in the area I will most definitely 👍🏻 revisit this Subway restaurant. A special thank you 🙏🏻 to the staff for your hospitality and service 👍🏻🙏🏻👍🏻🤩

The employee was an absolute disgrace as they were so unbelievably slow gave me the wrong change and argued with me that it was right when he knew it wasn’t

Placed an order on just eat was charged twice never received the food after it said it was delivered have called 4 times in the last hour and yet the wont answer the phone

Stuff could do with some training customer service skills could be better

Cost me £40 for 2 meals footlong and two meatballs and only got half order 1 no drinks 2 no cookies 3 no crisps with the meals and one meatballs

Fella with all the fake diamond jewellery cares more about talking rubbish with his colleges than actually working. Pulled the subs out early, didn’t cut them and argued with another customer that her sub doesn’t come with sauce. Cheese wasn’t melted in the subs because he clearly wanted everyone out as quick as possible. The week before he was telling his colleges how he only got home from drinking at 6am and started work at 8am - absolutely disgusting behaviour! Letting your store down in every possible way.

Bad customer service! Staff was determined to not help me today! I always get a foot long with 2 seperate fillings but not 2day! Won’t be back

It's a subway, just ok. This particular franchise had music blasting from a speaker at the counter so i couldn't hear the employee and they couldn't hear me!!

Was about to order a footlong and the price came to over £10 for a standard turkey and ham, lettuce, cucumber, crispy onions and southwest toasted with peppered cheese and a drink. Daylight robbery for a sandwich... avoid. This did not include delivery either. Disgraceful. Take you custom you a local deli or bakery. Guaranteed a better bang for you buck.

Orders a platter for a wake....I phoned it in on monday to be collected on tues at 1...on arrival I was told it wasn't done...the fella behind counter started swearing and getting moody...as he was making the platter up he was he was throwing the food onto the sandwiches and stuff...Iam so sorry I took the platter tbh but we did need it for the wake...definitely wouldn't be going bk to this place

Good quick food that hits the spot.

The porpions have been cut by more than half but not the price, not sure if place is under new management, but will afect business in the long run .

Food is good but never get what I order even through the app. I ordered a sub with onion, olive and pickle and a salad with everything on it. I got a sub with everything in it and the salad only had onion, olive and pickle..

Got order wrong the first and then took to long to give the right order dumbdumbs

the staff took ages coming out from the back of the shop to serve me even when I called out. I ordered a breckfast sub and they had no ketchup for 2 days in a row. the female staff member was very not plesent at all.

Don't do wraps so no use to someone that doesn't eat bread.

Has outdoor seating, which is a bonus.

Always truly fresh bread and salad, my personal favourite store.

Great store with friendly staff. Go there at least every few weeks.
