Subway in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

If I could give a 0 for service i definitely would, many things to complain about, staff members do not change gloves when doing sandwiches people could have an allergy to something and you have touched it then touching the sandwiches your making, I always get my blue light discount and went in today and they denied it (apparently they don’t accept it, but I’ve used it plenty of times before) didn’t even offer me a bag I had to walk out with loads of food and drinks in my hand I mentioned do I not get a bag and was completely and utterly ignored,, this is the worst service I have ever had.

I asked the guys seperatly to change their gloves due to me being gluten free. They did but proceeded to swap between non GF break and my salad

Really dire quality for a subway - staff have been working here for years and yet are the slowest sandwich makers in the land. Take a ridiculous amount of time to serve a customer - meandering around doing odd jobs when busy, randomly swapping positions on stations to ensure it takes you the longest time possible to get your food. Waste of money and time. Every portion is budgeted and stripped to the minimum.

Very clean outlet, served by friendly, patient staff who are able to suggest different fillings to the food. Fairly priced, too.

The delivery driver was rude and did not say anything at all just handed food quickly and walked away.

subway at HARDWICK you have achived an own goal - I will never order from you again!! my plant patty salad is horrendous! the patty was uncooked/heated so gooey. you put such a large amount of lettuce, and was sparce with the other paid salad ingredients. ypu seem to think a massive box of iceberg lettuce constitutes a salad. train your staff better than this. I worked in subway long Sutton 6yrs ago so I oniw how orders are cooked. you staff has been REALLY MEAN with other ingredients

waffles were so so soggy and horrible no sauce either. nachos incorrectly prepared. churro was soggy too. complete disappointment and waste of money

Date of Visit: 29/05/2024 - This is the 2nd time my wife and I have been to this particular Subway, and I must say we’re ***VERY IMPRESSED*** All the staff are lovely and very customer-focused. The Tuna ‘Foot Long’ and Cheese and Tomato Pizza I had were ***EXCELLENT*** and the ‘Cookie Deal’ is great value too ! I personally believe this Subway is better and the food is more well-presented than other Subways we’ve been to in the past. A very ***WELL DONE*** to all the staff, and we shall definitely return - Thank you for your service :)

missing a pot of meatballs but rest was okay.

Order missing a lot items and one sub was warm other one was cold. Never ordering again from here. We paid money for this meal deal which came without no drink no sides at all plus wrong size

our food was late and cold she took on 2 delivery’s at once from 2 different restraunts and having to wait an additional 30 minutes when the carrier was 10 minutes from us but took on the other order before ours which was out of the way from us.

Almost completely different to what we ordered with random things added and stuff we actually added not there

Couldn't have asked for better. The young men serving were friendly, polite and helpful. Excellent all round.

Food didn't appear toasted which was requested. The nachos tasted off, sauce didn't taste right at all and crisps stale taste

Good subway, it wasn't busy when I went at around 3pm. The vegetables in my sandwich tasted quite fresh and the establishment was clean and tidy

Delivery driver turned up with missing item. Was very rude and just walked off when explaining missing item. Restaurant was abysmal, rang to explain about missing item and said could get it to me in three hours. Absolutely disgusting customer service from both sides. Will not be using them again.

It was at lunchtime ,busy and loud. Difficult to hear what staff were asking. Not very clear when responding a question. Not impressed with standard of food, a bit sloppy.

Went to Downham Market and missed Middleton

Went in just before closing time, the lads were trying to get all cleaned down and ready to close. But more than happy to serve us still. Three very tasty subs. Low atmosphere rating as it was empty, last knocking and the lads were cleaning and mopping etc.

Food turned up cold with no cheese on it and definitely not toasted

Ordered a meal deal and they missed out the drink. I asked the delivery driver where the drink was - he didn't care. I called the restaurant and let it ring for 2 mins (3 times) and had no response. Not exactly thrilled.

overpriced for just a sub sandwich, toilets looked warn down as well need a little attention towards the toilets as dirt/mould growing on wall near door

It's a shame really as this subway use to be a very nice place to eat. When entering today I walked up to the counter to find a sandwich on the other side covered in flies. One of the workers then processed to continue making this sandwich for a collection. I told the worker what I had seen and he just shrugged and continued anyway. Definitely won't be returning to this subway and will be emailing the company also. STAY AWAY IF THIS IS THE SERVICE THEY ARE DOING!!

Ordered the heavily advertised in the store tastes like beef (not actually available apparently) then the tastes like chicken (not actually available apparently) then the meatless meat balls (not actually available apparently). Then the staff smuggly said "guess you will be having the vegie patte the rest ain't popular enough" if they are not on sale they shouldn't be advertised in the store. On top of that service was very slow and staff needed to be repeatedly told orders throughout not just my order.

Poor quality food, order instructions not followed correctly. Staff are rude and utterly disgraceful. Offered no solution to the problems we had with our order. Therefore will not be ordering from here again

Subway as a brand always produces a good product in my opinion and the staff here are pretty friendly. It's always clean from what I can see and it's a nice pace to just sit and have a meal, can't fault it really.

Very stingy with salads on subs and made nachos with practically no cheese and salsa worst in Lynn by far

there was too much cheese and most of the cheese seemed to be pretty greasy, and somehow the nachos were really dry. i don’t usually complain but this dish wasn’t very enjoyable for me.

The drinks where wrong, we got normal Pepsi and a tango cherry delivered? My tuna subway was cover in some sort of bbq sauce, although you can see I didn’t want sauce and the whole thing is cold. Honestly awful food service

Restaurant offers gluten-free bread but no options on Just Eat for it. Attempted to order gluten-free bread but note was completely ignored.

Absolutely disgraceful why do you order the salad for your sub does that include just one piece of each salad like one piece of spinach and one piece of lettuce one piece of pepper? Everything arrived cold I had to reheat my food because subway was unable to deliver actual warm food I wouldn’t even mind if it wasn’t boiling hot but the fact that it was freezing cold! It was a mess and definitely not worth the price in fact whoever made this order could not be bothered to make it.

35 minutes late which meant I was overtime on my lunch break, and the nachos were cold and chewy. Completely inedible. Such a shame because last time I ordered them they were fine.

Order was placed at 2pm, for delivery at 16.30, estimated delivery time came and went, then the delivery time was changed to 16.59, that time came and went, when the meal was delivered the driver ran into the garden threw the bag onto the doorstep, lightly tapped on the door, this was seen via the cctv camera in the garden, the bag laid in the wet, food was cold, order incorrect, half the items were in the order, no salad, wrong sauce good job no one is allergic to anything, will not be using this particular subway ever again, disgusting service, disgraceful attitude, only interested in getting your money, use at your own risk

No Crisps or cookies, one footling missing, wrong drinks, sent potatoes???

My potato crispers were lukewarm but the sub was cold. Wrong crisps arrived also but couldn’t seem to report this.

My packaging was all wet like something had been spilt or rain had got out it and it made the food cold

Really fancied some thing different and subway was mentioned, we went and it was clean at first sight. We ordered our food I had a spicy Italian and my daughter had a ham and cheese sub. It was daughters first visit and she's rather fussy but the server was very patient with her and helped her choose. The food was as always lovely and the server was fantastic.

Just so handy to pop into when taking a break from shopping. Endless choice, friendly service and reasonably priced.
