Great food at reasonable prices

I had a delivery from these guys from deliveroo.. and the sandwich was destroyed in transit. Deliveroo denied a refund as usual.. but I phoned subway and Chris was extremely helpful and replaced the sandwich for to me to collect, along with some free cookies! Super helpful 😊

Was in subway today and the way the woman in the black top talks to her staff is ridiculous!! Threatening to hit another member of staff infront of a shop full of customers? That’s not right. Management needs to sort this out! No member of staff should be spoken to like that EVER! Won’t be coming back, scared she will attack a customer.

Driver really nice. missing cookie from my meal deal and was hardly any lettuce. the salad that was there was mushy. really disappointed.

i came in yesterday and got a subway sandwich the blonde cashier was very attentive and polite, she was so engaging and helped me with my questions about the kids meal deal. very nice young lady 😀😄☺️

I had a bad experience with this subway. Staff don’t know how to speak and treat customers. Horrible service and very disappointed. Was a woman before me they served her in a rude way no manners . What manager does there? Is he work there or what?

I visited here today with my daughter, the customer service is terrible, talking amongst themselves and not acknowledging their customers. Absolutely no manners at all. I don't give out bad reviews often, especially as I know how demanding the catering/retail business can be, but there was no excuse for the service we received today. Order toasted sandwiches which were not wrapped properly and they fell out of my hands and it was cold as it sat that long while they conversed between themselves. Both my daughter and I have worked in the catering industry in managerial postitions and would never treat customers this way!!

Went to this Subway today 02/03/2025 was served by the rudest person Kirsty-supervisor, I am hard of hearing and Kirsty spoke to me so abruptly because I didn't hear what she said, it made me feel awful. As she is management I would expect she would know Customer care. I will never go in here again all the time this rude person works here, she needs Customer care training as she has got absolutely none

They behave very rudely to delivery drivers, like I got in the store they were all staring and one goes driver go there infront of everybody that is disgustingly stupid

My drink was not in the bag, no note made of a refund for this. Order also took 20-25 minutes to arrive

The delivery good and people that work there are very nice, but these sandwiches has not been filled with correct amount of sauce or salad, i have never ever had this less salad in a subway, id like a refund

Order was all mixed up and items missing from meal deal and cold as hail when received and salad box was over loaded with lettuce and base was soggy even with no sauce

So many things wrong with this place. As others have said the staff are extremely rude, especially management. The food is nothing special and they make you wait even when it’s not busy. And for some reason they don’t turn on any vents in there and it’s 30+ degrees in the restaurant. Avoid at all costs

The 6 inch sub was falling apart, i ordered diet coke recieved regular coke and didnt recieve the free hash browns when spending over £20 my bill was £30

Half filled, solid bread at the ends not even a half arsed job when making these anymore, the steak is so sparse it was only in the middle of the footlong, subway has really gone down hill! Put toasted subs in a bag with cold bottled juice 🙄 over priced and won’t be going back.

Subway sent me a meat sub when I ordered an extra tuna sub. I never ordered jalapeños and they added jalapeños inside my sub. Terrible service. I have ordered several times from this restaurant and they always mess my order up.

Unwelcoming completely empty and was not allowed to put my shopping cart not inside but not even in the doorway so I left no one fancies this horrible food it's only practical when you go shopping well I gues not anymore

There is a very rude staff with black hair. She treats the drivers badly when they go to collect the order.

my driver got here and told me the shop had taken 45 minutes to make my sandwich he looked terrified if i was going to shout at him and it wasn’t even his fault no one should be put in that situation ever

Member of staff, possibly a supervisor "Kirsty" abrupt and unwelcoming to a certain type of customer while also openly disrespectful to a colleague, shaking her head at him when he did one simple thing "wrong" (wasn't a massive issue and was more pedantic Kirsty!). Seemed to favour another colleague. Who needs that in an underpaid role?! Otherwise I thought the male member of staff provided a good service, not a good image for the brand.

That X-Spicy Chipotle Southwest sauce has a fair kick to it. it's good though

My daughter bought two baguettes today, one for me and one for herself. They were chewy and stale. Unacceptable!

I was in a side to order some thing but there behaved horrible.. Any ways their food was worst. That Subway, Tesco Danestone, Unit 5 Laurel Drive, Aberdeen.

Always a problem when ordering, items missing sandwiches not made how ordered. Then you have to report but if ordered a meal deal you have to report it all missing, bit of a joke really! should be able to report the issues and not just the whole sandwich! not the best subway in Aberdeen! Remember now why I don't like ordering from here! Doubt I'll be back!

ordered philly steak footlong only filling was salad 1 slice of steak. last time i ordered this it the bread was over flowing with steak. not worth £10.60

The food was cold. Part of my order was out of stock, so instead of calling to see what I would like instead or taking the initiative to replace it with something else, they just missed the item out, even though I paid for it.

Horrible, sandwich tasted strongly of a cleaning solution, drowned in jalapeño, not much sauce, after two bites it was binned, my dog wouldn't eat it either probably due to the smell of the cleaning solution, shame as sandwich's are normally good

My order wasn’t delivered. I phoned the shop the man said sorry and he could see my order there in the shop. I had to contact just eat. I did. Weeks ago. I’ve still not heard back about what’s going to happen. A £50 order missing.

Rude staff. Attended on 17/12/2023 for lunch service. Not only staff wasnt paying any attention (had to repeat 3 times) he also made his own rules

All Food was cold. Our 2 x submelts were stuck to the wrapping paper so had to pick paper out of our sandwiches.

Has browns were freezing, the sandwich was squished. The driver was at the restaurant for ages before our for delivery , not sure why this took so long Not enjoyable at all

Poor quality not worth the money

Food arrived on time, delivered by a very pleasant person. Food was look warm on arrival, not sure hot sub's hold their heat for that long. Everything tasted nice, first time trying a wrap and the crinkle fries, would have both again.

Rude and clearly racist staff. The stores empty. There was a couple sent with the sandwich and one other person waiting in the queue. I had previously bought some clothes from Tesco's in a trolley which I'd paid for and I was really shouted at by both the manager it seems and a another member of staff to say that I can't bring the trolley in here. I need to leave it outside so you're expected to leave outside the shop. More than £200 worth of items for someone to steal the store was empty. There was no one else in there. Apart from one other person all I wanted was a coffee. It was clear it was made an issue because of my complexion but it was fine. I and other people will take note and Subway will just lose out on the brown pound.

They mocked me when I asked for my order

They put sauce on my ham sandwich when I tryed to get HD of then they did not respond. This sandwich was for a autistic child so no way they would eat it even if i scraped the sauce off

As usual items missing!! Never had a complete order yet!!
