Good Taste in Aberdeen City

Usually food is really good, but this time was a big miss. Duck tasted old, like reheated from the previous evening. Pancakes were stone cold, fresh from the fridge. Satay skewers didn't taste right either. Other started was tasty albeit drowning in soy. Shame as food is usually great, but was quite disappointed this time. 😕

Driver followed instructions and we were given forks that we asked for. The food was lovely!

Delivery was over 45 minutes late and food was cold.

As always the food was excellent, piping hot and delivered in about 25 mins (to Cove) Consistently the best Chinese food this side of the Dee 👍

ordered around 9pm told be here round about 9.50 then changed time and finally arrived at 10.15. food was good and was still piping hot so that was good

We opted for chicken balls and sauce they were nothing special , chicken curry was really watery good flavour , our order was wrong we ordered rice and sauce got chips and sauce , noodles weren’t the greatest either bit mushy after reading reviews I thought I’d try this place definitely wouldn’t order again only reason I did our normal one wasn’t open

Good Taste never fails in quality and potion size. Chicken balls were light , crispy batter, chicken & blackbean sauce was very tasty and the noodle and chips were cooked to perfection, chips were juice and crispy, not greasy at all. Food came early and all dishes were still very hot. 10/10. Best Chinese in Aberdeen

Usually fast delivery, but unfortunately this order was delivered about 30 mins after it was marked as delivered. Approximately 90 minutes after the order was placed.

absolutely disgusting service. Will not use again. Ordered online, website stated 45mins. Over one hour later, called for update and told on way. A further 20mins later called for further update and whilst waiting driver arrived. Was told "driver took 3 orders" and "other people order too" as well as "website always says 45minutes" followed by "what do you want? your food has arrived". Sorry but just lost very regular customers. Shame cause food always really good

Singapore Noodles dry and spicer than what we're used too again could be warmer as prefer not to reheat . platter and duck enjoyable

delivery took over an hour & the food quality was quite poor. Very unusual for here as food is normally very good.

Food lovely as ever but ordered extra to get Freebie Fiday deal and never got anything extra apart from the usual small bag of prawn crackers which i always chuck in the bin.

Really disappointed as been here before for Thai curry but this time it had mushrooms and I’m extremely allergic to them so unable to have the main dish. Chips were also overcooked.

Order wasn't ready at the specific time given but only had another 5-10 minutes to wait. Food was good, ordered the salt & Chilli mixed box. Would of liked a sweet and sour sauce but none was included.

We were waiting a little bit longer for the food because of the traffic but everything was absolutely amazing and tasty. The portion of the is huge we were three of them for the orders but we were not able to ate just half of them of the portion of the food. Definitely we are ordering more in the future. Very good chip shop food was lovely

Delivered an hour earlier than requested when we couldn't eat at that time. Delivery driver was very rude when I pointed it out. Good taste excuse was they get busy later and so sent it early. An hour is unacceptable when it was ordered in advance so that they could plan it in. Very disappointed

I love getting food from there but with salt&chilli chicken as much as I love that taste I feel like there is not a lot chicken for price of 6£. To much flour so it would be nice if biger pieces of chicken will be used next time.

Food delivered early and piping hot . Best Foo Yung I’ve had in years , and chips could have served 4 . Spring rolls and soup excellent . Not to mention huge portion of free prawn crackers , terrific .

wow now this was the most disappointing takeaway we had in years. our stomachs have been sore for past 2 hours! it felt like the cooking oil wasn't fresh at all. my roasted(??) duck was awful, with fatty uncooked skin on and curry tasted like it's been whipped in few minutes from cheap powder, absolutely awful. Thai wings had a weird aftertaste-again it may be old oil's doing! this used to be a fine takeaway, but won't order again

Don’t really appreciate the delivery driver knocking on the door and walking away. Leaving our bag of hot food in the snow. Of all the times to do it, when it’s snowing. Poor from him.

Always order from here as it never lets us down. Food is hot on arrival, delicious and speedy delivery. Recommend their salt and chilli Chips and the salt and chilli shredded chicken.

Popped in to get something to take to work,first time here.Shops tidy enough service was ok so no complaints there.Ordered the turbo rice and it was ok nothing special but nothing to complain about,just another middle of the road Chinese takeaway…..does what it says on the tin sort of thing.

La salsa es tan líquida que necesitas una pajita, no un tenedor. Es insípido en su mayoría todas las cebollas grandes trozos. No es verdadero pollo o carne de res. La primera vez que fui allí y, definitivamente, la última cada uno en el contenedor fue tan malo. También ordenó en línea cuando llegó la entrega, tenía un recibo para cobrar el dinero cuando ya se había pagado en línea. La forma en que su msn habló no es la primera vez que esto sucede.

Acabo de regresar de vacaciones y mi esposo decidió que quería llevárselo. Nos decidimos por un chino y desde entonces hemos utilizado el buen gusto y lo hemos disfrutado. Pedimos pollo chow main y casa especial curry verde. Diré que el pedido llegó antes de lo indicado y que el curry era encantador, pero mi esposo dijo que el chow main era lo peor que había probado, lo cual fue muy decepcionante ya que estábamos ansiosos por la comida. Esperando que fuera solo uno.

yo compré Arroz frito con huevo (ok, no más), fideos con brotes de frijol (ok), Ternera con salsa de Szechuan: solo probamos los chiles, la salsa no es muy buena. Cerdo asado con salsa satay - salsa satay acuosa, rebanadas de cerdo asadas secas (mi culpa al elegir el cerdo asado, debería haberlo hecho). En resumen, muy decepcionante y no es lo que esperas en 2019. Muy concurrida el sábado por la noche, por lo que debe haber un montón de gente que lo encuentre lo suficientemente bueno.

Absolutely Amazing. Salt & Chilli chips - beautiful, crispy outside with a soft inside. Peking Duck portions are spot on! Each dish has been fresh and cooked perfectly, beef/chicken, green pepper & black bean has a great kick! S&S Chicken Balls portion is insane, they taste too good to stop yourself 😂 You won't be disappointed!

Pedimos su comida fija para 2 personas (en el medio del rango uno) cambiamos uno de los platos sin costo adicional, lo cual fue genial. ¿Había suficiente comida para alimentar a cuatro de nosotros y todo estaba cocinado a la perfección y extremadamente sabroso?

Received my order and there was so many issues I straight away had to phone them. Starting off with the fact that parts of my order where missing, the food was stone cold and the worst part of all was the quality of the food. Was clearly all reheated! The chicken was Brown and rock solid! The Ribs where all cartilage and bones. The prawn toast was wet with very strange taste. After two bites I was aware I was not eating any of this nor where any of my dogs. When I phoned to speak to them it was clear they have no idea how to run a store. Called me a liar and refused any refund what so ever, even when I said I would drive there to provide all the food back to them. She claimed that no refund could be done as no manager there so I suggested that she refund tomorrow when he in, to this I was told now they don't do online refunds. I repeated that I would come to the store with all the food and show them and still told point blank she would not help me in this refund and if I had a problem I could contact just eat? A very wasted 10 minute phone call to a very rude and arrigant person who clearly playing dum to hold on to every penny of a struggling business ran by a "Chef" in the hidden background. To this hopeless effort to resolve with them, I did contact Just eat and was offered half my money back after another 10 minute phone call. I also think this is shocking that Just eat do not enforce a full refund. Leaving this place to keep serving awful food and incompetent service, without any lawful refund policy that every other company has to follows! Not to mention that Just Eat, as part of there call chat at the end, they asked me to leave a review and hung the phone up before I could! Avoid, avoid, avoid please too many other places to get great Chinese food, don't be fooled like me!
