Subway in Great Yarmouth

Garlic bread was cold and hard

Delivery was quick so can’t fault that. But the food was cold and tasted dry, like it had been left out in the sun. Subway isn’t cheap anymore and the quality has gone down.

Staff were rude. I got a cheese and ham sub with only one tiny slice of cheese, mainly just dry toasted bread.

My sub was missing all the salad except cucumber!!!!! I should have had sweetcorn, red onion and lettuce.

The driver picked my food up at 12:50 it got to my house at 13:20, I spoke to the rest who confirmed when it left but my food is feeezing cold and that’s not acceptable when I paid almost 40 pounds

He was driving up and down the road when I was standing outside bc he called me and said which one so I came down then drove up the road when there’s a parking space right outside my house

Took an age to get here over an hr . When it got here bread was hard and the wrap was cold

very nice but the dips were missing from the order, bad quality control before leaving

My sub has come freezing cold and the Fanta placed right on top of my sub and now it’s bone cold

the food was burnt and cold the waffle fries were mushy and cold and just eats dealing of this problem was abysmal

The driver didn't leave the restaurant for over 10 minutes. My food was cold

food cold, not enough brie in baguette to be able to even taste it. So disappointing after ordering same yesterday when meal arrived nice and warm. Cheese balls not only not warm but cold as if they've come out off a fridge. Totally disappointing. Probably didn't help that chilled bottled drink was packed with meal!!! But feel it is a total waste of money because most of it is not even edible. Do you issue refunds? you can have most of the food back. I've not eaten it.

Order was not delivered it states that my order was delivered at 15.00 it is now only 14.54.i never received the order.

Ordered a footlong sandwich and got sent a 6 Inch

where was the salad in the other sub , what a disappointment

EVERYTHING was cold. so cold the melted cheese has hardened. The baguettecwas hard. meal not eaten.

Unfortunately the sub arrived squashed flat and was cold I thought that as it was a melt ( a hot/warm item) it would be by in an insulated container instead of a cardboard tube. Little disappointed 🙁

Very rude behaviour of the staff working on 20 sept and that’s male staff during afternoon. The food of subway is best but the staff at this branch specially the male staff working on 20 sept did behave very rude while was placing order. I would never recommend to go there now to order my sub.

Wrong bread, not toasted and no cheese

order was wrong. asked for cheese and toasted, was tosted but no cheese. delivery driver was prompt.

Waffle fries that I ordered with the sub were cold, probably because they were put in the same bag as a cold drink. Other than that, food was tasty

Driver was so rude, didn’t even say hello or goodbye!! Just threw me my food and left.

Absolutely delicious. I was always nervous to order from Subway due to the packaging but the food arrived in a lovely box and bag and was very well presented. Food was very fresh and tasted delicious. My new favourite take away.

The problem was the driver, he was disrespectful, rude, he couldn't find our address even tho we explained several times on the phone, he had ago at me because I did not meet him at my local shop? Swearing and shouting.. Embarrassing me infront a car park full of people making me feel vulnerable and uncomfortable.

Food was missing items from it. Delivery was fine

Meat was cold on salad.. expected a way of asking for it to be heated like when you're in the shop. Won't order online again.

Ordered a foot long s/w with lettuce and other veg but aload of tomatoes were put. Seems the person preparing it was blind to the request.

Took a long while to arrive considering only a 5 mins drive away. Food arrived cold and messy. Not a great experience

Extremely rude driver. Refusing to attempt to find out location. Husband on phone to driver got 28 minutes to explain. But still refused. In the end the site security guard delivered it to our caravan. Husband could not go to collect from reception as babies were asleep in bed. Not happy. Good cold and soggy after wasting so much time being a stubborn rude driver.

Food was clearly thrown together with barely any filling & order time was delayed, it was delivered on time but in the delayed time which meant it took an hour to get a subway which is absolutely ridiculous.

The footlong was not wrapped properly and was loose in the bag.

the garlic bread was freezing the same with the teriyaki chicken 6” sub I asked for toasted so it should be warm at least but was just freezing cold

All good good apart from chicken tikka sub had tomatoes in and didn’t ask for them and I’m allergic

The driver had opened the bag.. not wanting to eat this food just incase something has been put on it.

Hardly any chicken and bacon in my sub and it wadnt very warm. Delivery time slot said 35 minutes and order at 10:37 did get order till 11:22

I left a tip and a message not to ring the doorbell as the baby was asleep and the courier rang the doorbell. I won't be giving a tip in advance again. Very unhappy

Ordered at 15:32, with delivery ETA of 15:52. to 16:10. Order arrived at 16:58. The order was incomplete. Only the 2 subs were delivered. No cookies and no crisps. I would like these refunded please. AWFUL SERVICE. Thanks

My bah was open my nachos was destroyed and burnt and sub was wrapped bad and smashed to top of box

Asked delivery driver to not knock on the door and leave the food hanging on door handle (as they have previously done this for me before as have a reactive dog) however delivery driver proceeded to bang on the door and go round and look around into my kitchen window. Appreciate that the cannot always leave it out however I had requested it and also do not appreciate them looking through my windows. Food was great though

Food was fine, but you guys are so tight on the cheese and jalapeños.. ordered nachos and hardly any toppings, feel like I’m just eating a bag of crisps! Hardly any toppings on meatballs too

Not happy with how long we had to wait I ordered at 12:40 and it said 25-30 minutes only received order at 13:20 and for how much I paid for my subs there were hardly any ingredients inside. Paid for chicken and extra for bacon and there was hardly any of it.

Considering I only ordered 1 sandwich took forever and was stone cold and the wedges hadn't even remotely been toasted disgusting, Complete waste of money

Don’t know as the app glitches and instead of a delivery it was a collection which I couldn’t collect so it’s still at subway

The deliveries I had to make to get my order completed cost me an extra £18.54 so I’m not happy with just eat or subway

The order was delivered on time but they had put barbeque sauce instead of sweet chilli sauce so I ended up ordering 3 times to get the delivery correct

It was really good still think you should bring back honey mustard was a bit pricey for what I got but overall really great

Order not complete, tuna & crispy onions missing from tuna salad, so basically just a salad. Subway in gorleston high street couldn’t give a toss, passed the buck onto Subway.

Delivery driver was very annoying he knocked door then seconds later knocked again then rang bell , I have issues with mobility ,they need to allow people time to get to door .when I spoke to him about that he started to walk away with food
