Subway in Ealing

Both footlong was extremely dry,even though I mentioned to put 2 sauces. It wasn’t added at all.

Turkey dipper snack expensive for what it was. Meatball maranara didn’t have maranara sauce this time for some strange reason? The breakfast sub was good.

I ordered sandwiches using my rewards, but they refused to make my order. They said they had an issue with their till, but were still receiving online orders. So, I ordered again using the app while in the shop, and they received the order in front of me. However, they refused again and said they couldn’t process my order. When I asked for a refund, they refused again and told me it would take 24 hours. Don’t go to this shop—it’s dishonest and has poor management. If I don’t get my refund, they will definitely face action from Subway. Subway, please don’t give franchises to such dishonest and poorly managed stores. If this is how they operate, why offer rewards at all? Stop that frustrating process. Once again, they’ve shown their poor service. Now they can’t refund my rewards. Yesterday, they said it would be done by today, and when I called this morning, they said it would be processed by the evening. Now, they’re saying they can’t do it again. Can’t you escalate this to Subway? Is it my problem if they don’t want to serve customers properly regarding reward points? If Subway doesn’t take action, I will definitely pursue legal action for my points. I’m not going to let my points go to waste over this terrible shop.

Great communication from driver

Food was ok, however if there was cheese in the sub it was hiding!

Ordered 2 tuna baguettes. Couldn’t see any in there. Was a salad baguette.

On Google it was showing the shop was open and drove all the way there for it to be closed. When I called them they picked up the phone and said subway, I asked are you open, the guy said ermmmmm no. What was the point of picking up the phone if you're shut 😂

I often visit this subway and i like the way the staff welcome me with good smile. Also, the staff maintain appropriate hygiene and serve me everytime i visit.

This is our first subway takeaway. We had the new garlic cheese steak sub, it was delicious. We had a portion of hash browns which were warm and tasty, we had a portion of regular wedges which where cold and lacked flavour, you don't know till you try

My meatballs were so burnt they went solid and I couldn’t bite into it.

I visited the outlet during very busy hours. However, Dhruv, the store employee managed my order well and made me a delicious sandwich. This outlet was very clean as well.

Ordered a foot long chicken tikka cheese toasted with cheese & salad on hearty Italian for my daughter. Staff friendly & polite. No queue when we were there around 3pm.

It was very nice and fresh, service was very fast and was ready within a minute.

I am not happy. Worst customer service ever if something goes wrong. They are not customer friendly, nor customer oriented. Their till register doesn't always work, so you may end up paying money for sandwiches you won't eat.. There are many other restaurants around with ten times better service that treat customers with respect.

Everything was fine but the nacho chicken bites was moist and dry.

Useless location. The scanner works so you’re unable to collect or redeem point. Joke ting Rasta.

They arrived toasted when that wasn't requested. Also, usually I get a different sauce per 6 inch sub but this time, both were the same flavour. Was still eatable though. Thank you.

Worst subway ever.. 1. Once they know that you will use one of the Subway promotions they start treat you like you are nothing and try to push you to buy full price, and make it difficult for you to use the offer. This happened on 2 separate occasions, it's like a resturant policy! 2. Food is not fresh. They are not very busy so they don't have much stock. And they try to use the stick they have for customers who are not using subway promotions 3. Some of the staff are rude and treat people like nothing! 4. One of the rare bad subway that you will ever go to. Don't recommend it!

This Subway in northolt has an amazing staff named Malroy. He was on his own and was preparing order for takeaway as well as delivery drivers, yet his customer service was amazing. I hope this feed back reaches to him.

I advice not to got to this place. I asked for water and the worker gives me a used cup he drank water from 10 seconds ago. Their is something called hygiene and that was absolutely out of order.

Hidden away opposite Northolt Station, lovely man behind the counter and the same food at every Subway.

the opening hours are not 7am but 7:30 and you will get loads of attitude if you ask why they advertise wrong opening hours of god forbid imply that they are late. Never going back
