ITEMS MISSING AND FULL SUGAR SOFT DRINKS SENT WHEN ASKED FOR DIAT!!! Food items was missing and full sugar soft drinks sent I called the store to see were missing items were to be told we are very busy we are sorry and we will send it next time. Just not good enough. 2 out of the 3 people eating are diabetic requiring food now not next time!

Order can within 15 minutes of placing the order. Very packaged, tasted lovely Thank you

full sandwich wrong no bbq chicken melt - came with chicken and sour cream sauce. not happy at all, all sandwich's freezing cold

Food was cold and item missing

Never seem to get everything I have ordered - this time a whole sandwich missing. It shouldn’t be this difficult!

The chicken in the tikka salad was cold. I asked for it to be warm. There was no cheese on the sub. Again this was requested. The food arrived really promptly

meatballs dry and cold wedges cold and not cooked properly, had to put them in air fryer no sauce for wedges really poor

Absolutely a disgrace all cold and not right things on them waiting for my refund

I'm not sure Subway would be happy with the sandwich delivered! The bread on my sandwich made up 3/4 of the sandwich hardly no filling or sauce!

awful food, crinkle chips where not cooked, cheesy garlic bread had hardily any cheese or garlic might aswell of just sent bread. tuna sandwich was nice, the positive was that none of the food was missing

No onions no cheese on not as described

I had barely any veg on my foot long so it ended up being loads of bread with little filling. The ham was placed in the crook of the sandwich so it was only on one side as I ate it and there was no sauce on it. The other sandwich also had no sauce and was missing the cookie that was part of the meal deal so we paid more for missing items. I had crinkle chips which were in a bag rather than a box so they were soggy and not nice. Overall I'm really disappointed this time, I barely ate any of my food and the whole order cost over £20. I'll be using the other subway stores from now on if this isn't fairly rectified. I usually expect to get a good result when using the elk mill store

Food was thirty minutes late and one sandwich was missing completely along with a packet of crisps, tried to ring the shop several times no answer. Terrible experience.

Had loads of takeaways from this subway. But unfortunately this one didnt match there normal standard. Hardly any sauce on the sandwich the salad was sparce and even bread came wrong. Either new staff or was rushed

Good selection of food. A favourite of my grandchildren. I don't usually choose Subway if I'm looking for something quick to eat, but my grandchildren wanted to go. Although the "foot long" was palatable, I found it quite alarming that the staff take money at the till whilst wearing the gloves that they are preparing your food with. The tables were messy and hasn't been wiped from the previous customer. There were no napkins available, we had to ask at the counter. On the plus side, they're is free parking. A play area just outside for young children and we didn't have to wait to be served.

Delivered on time, friendly driver. Very nice subs only problem NO CHEESE on any of subs ordered.

Food was as as good as you can expect from Subway (always tasty) Service was absolutely spot on. Rob was really polite, really helpful, super efficient AND saved us money! He upgraded our visit from average to great!

Been to this subway a few times now, this visit deserves a mention. Food was good, freshly prepared as always, air conditioning was nice and cool on the sunny day we visited and the place was clean. We were served by Robert who was great! Very polite, well mannered and Efficient! Didn't keep us waiting, brought our extras to our table, even saved us money, pointing out what we'd save with a meal deal each AND combining our cheese bites into one larger portion 👍🏼 Cheers Rob, hope you get employee of the week (or whatever subway staff get for excellence?)

Lovely delivery driver, very polite. Food was nice and warm. First time being able to order the breakfast. Will definitely order again.

Quality of sandwich was poor. Bread was dry and content lacking. Salad box not very fresh very little variety. Chicken tikka wrap was warm (had not asked for warm) and very poor quality.

It was nice and the food was perfect as always 👌 but the staff would've been a little nicer, a little smile would make the customer's day.

1 lot of hash browns with hot sauce and a plain sandwich did not come.

Arrived on time but delivery driver didn't have great customer service, back to us at door handed bag over without a word. Sandwiches were fine but subway has got really expensive. All of the hot sides were shocking to be honest. All cold, missing sauces and the new cheese bites are daylight robbery the cost of them for what you get is appalling. I used to really like them but the last few subway orders they have been bad.

ALL FOOD WAS STONE COLD (MEAT FEELS AS IF IT'S NOT LONG COME OUT OF A VERY VERY COLD FRIDGE). Missing items. How difficult is it to get an order right? Clearly very difficult here.

I have ordered a few times now and everytime I have got it the order has been wrong I have not had a single order that has been correct

Order wrong and all over the place

The driver didn't follow the instructions given in the special instructions box and he was park2d outside the hospital fountain area. I was on the phone for over 15 mins trying to guide him and then when he reached the building he said he will leave the food outside on the bench. You cannot do that, it's a hospital, patients are always ina nd out on leave and smoke breaks and they may take his food , which we cant fight back for as they arent well. I was really disappointed on the attitude sayin it's been over 1 hour I'm trying to find this place and deliver the food.

Didn’t put my drink in and got my order wrong, no jalapeños and no tomato sauce on pizza slices

I was very upset they gave me the wrong drink no pickles in my salad and when it came it was all pushes to the side

Food is the same as every other subway but the shop is dirty. Asked the staff to wipe down the table for us. It was quiet and the staff were stood about. Cleared our table only. The floor and seating was covered in food and dirt. They went back to standing around instead of cleaning up a bit.

Absolutely useless service. ...Forgot items and the reply I received was, 'Sorry, left them on the side. No drivers to get it to you.' ...So one person in the household has to go without?! ...Never ordering from here again. How hard is it to check the items through the order recieved when bagging up?!

Every time I'm ordering from this subway, I've never have the sandwich I've asked. I've asked for extra cheese, there is no extra cheese, corn has been added without my permission and the sauce was missing. I'm always disappointed.

The driver couldn't find the street an when it did get here 3 of the subs had wrong things on them including sauces an other things hadn't been added even though it is all printed out

They missed out a 6inch sub and sent me one full footlong and one 6inch very upset waste of money and delivery charges

Nice basic fast food shop with tables. Tasty, wholesome, filling and cheap subs. Very good. 🍏🐶🍵 Now serving vegan and other new treats. 🍞🥓🍛

The wedges were pretty soggy - very disappointed and they sent the wrong crisps - I can't eat the ones they sent. Another disappointment. Delivery was good and the delivery man friendly.

Half the veg in the salad is soggy and not fresh at all. Chicken is tough and chewy. The sub was cold and soggy with the cheese stuck to the paper.

Missing cheese on the sub i ordered (which i picked) and no onions (which are listed in the sub description - steak and cheese), no sauce with the nacho bites. Bit underwhelming to be honest. Is it that hard to read what comes through on the order?

No care taken with the order. Salad on the sub was all wrong and just slung on with copious amounts of ketchup . Salad bowl was rubbish compared to the other local subway. Everything was just slung in .

Salad missing items, sandwich on wrong bread.

Do not go to Elk Mill Subway. I ordered a meatball marinara on white bread with bacon and cheese, and a chicken tikka on seeded bread with onions and sweet onion sauce. I got a meatball marinara with sweet onion sauce, onions and sweetcorn, and a chicken tikka on white bread with bacon. Never going here again, will stick with Royton Subway.

I have phoned the restaurant to complain a d have been totally shocked at the aggressive manner I was treated I'm a 70 year old pensioner and I was told to check my order am I blind and go away wow

No cheese on either sandwich and I paid for extra. No sauce either.

Me and my father came in to an empty store and ordered the Tiger Pig Sub meal deal, on completion of the order they missed out the side of seasonal crisps and after much reluctantance the staff members got us another set. See the below picture of what we got offered but they were very bland tasteless and not worth the value for money.

My ordrer arrived with 4 items missing. I have not been re-imbursed the difference. Subway wrote on the receipt that they tried to call me but I had no missed calls. I am missing £5 of items from a £30 order. Very surprised at the poor service and will not be ordering from this branch again.

Asked for walkers cheese and onion crisp, got quavers instead and considering the amount for delivery and service charge you would at least expect the staff member to get the order correct!

Food was good however selected extra cheese on the 6 inch sub and was hardly any cheese on the sub paid for extra cheese and was let down by the team at subway on this occasion I know its only cheese and its a small loss in Money to my self however this adds up if every customer expirences this
