Missing 4 chocolate chip cookies

Restaurant ignored request to remove peppers and onion, and even further did not add cheese to the sub, which is in the sub, and what i paid extra for

Asked for no salad on the subs but they sent with salad and their telephone number didn’t work so couldn’t call them to make sure they didn’t put salad on. Should read the notes left by the customer!!!

The food never arrived. The Tracker showed driver was in the street. I never saw them and they did not deliver any food or try to contact me. Now i remember why I stopped using just eat.

Food was freezing when arrived. Alongside this was drier than anything and unfortunately looked very thrown together considering it took nearly an hour to make and deliver a sandwich :’(. Couldn’t really reheat as it has salad in and wasn’t toasted as stated I wanted it to be. Next time I fancy a sandwich I’ll definitely just make my own or not order from here if this is the quality unfortunately received. Sad waste of money unfortunately

I never received my order. I need my money back. friends went home unfed. discussed.

food was stone cold. I don’t expect to be piping hot but this was like it had been in the fridge . Really did not enjoy

delivery driver was very nice and polite. He also did the checks.

One of the orders was totally all wrong therefore they had no lunch.

Had a meatball marinara, was the most revolting thing I've ever tasted. They used to taste good but this tasted like musty old bread. People in my office also complained how bad it smelt.

No subs was even toasted from the start now I’m having to put it in the oven thanks for the inconvenience

this was a month ago , I was leaving subway as I was on my period , it turned up cold , the hash browns in it were Stone cold , I was so annoyed , still am , it didn't give me a option to toast the sub or put the hasshbrowns on the side either but the worst part is cold hash browns , how is that even okay ? , this subway is literally not far from me , but I couldn't go there as I can't move on that time period.

It was a little cold but can’t fault the restaurant, only the driver. However subway made up for it by giving me a foot long instead of a 6 inch 🤣😌really good subway :(

I ordered a plant patty sub and they didn’t even put the patty in. The bread was hard and cold.

Had some issues online. Recieved a cold sub, not toasted. Was very unhappy. Went in the car back to the shop, they promptly made me a new and fresh sub. I was a bit unhappy, but they quickly fixed the issue. Thank you for the positive service.

Many delivery people are too lazy to go behind the building where the entrance is, most of them are just Just Eats drivers.

Every time I order from here, they get the order slightly wrong. Every time. Really more fool me for reordering from a place I know is so poor. Once again my sub is wrong and I'm missing a drink. The staff clearly don't care about getting it right.

I ordered my food at 10am and it didn’t arrive until 10:55am. I ordered a footlong with double cheese, double meat, lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn and red onions. I get to work at 11:20am and I’m about to eat it only to realise there’s no double cheese, no double meat, no cucumber and no red onion. I also got some cookies and that didn’t arrive either.

Completely unhappy food and bag came soaked not hot completely cold and drinks were forgotten really not happy

Food was cold when delivered, churro had no sauce and my drink was forgotten too.

The driver decided to go past my road which is less than 30 sec drive from subway, go all the way around to coop for another order before bringing the order to my address which he could of dropped on the way to where he decided to go.

Driver was rude, they delivered other meals before mine when I’m right next to the place Iv ordered from. My food is stone cold the salad is missing out the sub and my cookie is in a thousand pieces Iv paid £13 for this it’s not acceptable

honestly how thick can someone be. Is it that difficult to read an order and to put the correct sauce in the sub. asked for lite mayo and they put in sweet onion sauce which my son is allergic to

Didn’t want to put 1 star but had to put something. Didn’t receive the correct order and my sandwich was all squashed.

The lateness doesn’t bother me, however seeing the courier on the maps waiting at another restaurant whilst it states he was meant to be delivering my order is what bothered me. So the food arrived cold & I was missing items I had paid for. Unimpressed.

I have driven 10 min to subway in my lunch break and another 10 min back just to open it and find the bread was as old as the pyramids ! This is unacceptable . Also the staff there are so stingy with the fillings, soon we will get just toasted old bread!! Use to be 5 slices of ham and cheese now only 4

I'm missing the main part of my meal and the Pillock driver did like 5 different deliveries on the way to me. Pathetic.

Didn't even deliver my food. Stayed on his bike, and before I could get outside to get my food, he drove off and marked it as delivered. No lunch now and I'm not ordering from Just Eat again.

It’s fine that it was late as traffic can’t be helped but half my order was missing and that’s not on. Normally this establishment is good with delivery and food

Got ingredients I didn’t want..

Bread was stow and not much filling

Was on time however one out meals was missing and the other meals drink was missing just 1 sub and 1 side and 1 cookie how do you miss a intire meal

they missed out on our meatballs

Nachos were poor today. Cold with no more than a table spoon of sauce. Rest was just the Doritos, hence alright score. Sandwich is good as always

They always forget something! This time it was the crisps Last time using them!

Guy serving customers was using his mobile phone on speaker whilst making sandwiches. Surface was dirty from previous orders also.

Wasn’t delivered at all!!!! Driver called me as went wrong area and then didn’t deliver at all.

Most disgusting food ever. Will not order again. Have been noticing the way they prepare the food is not up to the level. Half of the stuffs were coming out of the bread.

Wrong drink, not toasted, barely wrapped so the sandwich fell apart. Sorry to the driver but I have to leave one star for you or Just Eat averages the restaurant rating out to 3 stars because their rating system is garbage. Cheers!

Missing items paid for a large ice cream got a small with no response from restaurant

KEEP sending me the wrong food. And getting a wrong sandwich is not something you notice until you sit down to eat and take a bite. Not great.
