I recently had an unfortunate experience with Manpreet, one of the staff members during my visit. I found her to be quite rude and unhelpful, which really put a damper on my day. When I asked a simple question, she responded with a dismissive tone and seemed annoyed that I even approached her. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is not what I expected. I hope management addresses this issue, as it can really affect customers' experiences.

I have been in there 3 times and it’s been the same worker (never bad experience when he isn’t there ) didn’t get his name but the first time he said pizza slices didn’t exist when they do, then second time he was rude and said it was closed when it was 10 mins before closing and their was no close sign. Today I thought id give it another go he did the pizza and dropped the cheese on the surface picked it back up put it in the oven took it out cheese was not even melted. THEN asked if I want it heated again DISGUSTING 🤮

We come here often, staff are really friendly and approachable. We had Adina serve us today and she was helpful and attentive. Always great customer service from the whole team, cannot fault anyone - we love coming here!

First time using the app to order my Subway. Put the wrong order time so went to the store expecting to be told to wait and it couldn’t have been further from the truth! I was met by the lovely Adina who said it wasn’t a problem and started on my order there and then. She allowed me to change my drink and crisp choice (as the app wouldn’t allow me to). Excellent customer service from Adina and would absolutely recommend using this store instead of others near by. 10/10!

Disappointed. I was told I can not sit down and eat in because they close in 1 hour and already mopped. I had to sit outside in the cold and eat. Also no smile or thank you from the server
