Missing 6 cookies from my order

The sandwich had things i didn’t even ask for in it and i ordered 2 cookies and received 1 I ordered the sandwich with ham cheese lettuce and tomato with southwest sauce and it also came with sweet corn and onion

Prob no house number. Called told them no.57. Called again driver didnt see note with number didn't deliver. Dean from subway went above and beyond he drove the delivery straight to me himself. Outstanding customer service and quality brilliant.

ordered a footling and it didn't come had to go on and order another one so I was down the money twice

Delivery was not received and it said it had been delivered, subway said they made the order but the driver did not deliver it. We waited over 3 hours and nothing received

Order arrived, gave the code and when I checked the food it wasn't my order. Was for someone else entirely. Called the shop and explained this and person who answered said I need to reorder and contact just eat. Really poor service

Food was ready collect but stuff was missing and the water came half empty

Ordered a side of meatballs and they where freezing, cheese not melted and the sauce was straight out of the fridge, sandwich was stone cold in the middle!

I paid £4.58 for two bottles of 7up zero and I haven't received them I did ask the delivery girl if the drinks were in the bag and was told they were but I haven't received them. I would either like refunded or id like them delivered

Ordered a foot long cookie and was sent 4 cookies in a bag. Subs were fine.

The cookie didnt even fill the footlong tray,and it was brick hard. Called shop and voicemail with message box filled with messages so cant leave one.

Only thing wrong was no sauces and no carameal dips for churros apart from that was lovely

Chicken tikka 6inch arrived with no cheese even though I paid for it

order was missing items, this is the 3rd time this has happened to us and when you try and ring the number doesn't work

Order was repeated twice couldn’t cancel plus missing parts of order still have other parts of order not opened need refund asap

I paid all that money for 2 subs asked for turkey and cheese in them thats it. Subs barely had any cheese. Worst subs I have ever ordered or bought from store. Really disappointed

Orders 6 cookies only got 3 and ordered footlong heart Italian and they sent 2 6ninch in some rotten bread! Nearly a 40 pound order

just wasted £30 to get the wrong order which was literally nothing compared to what i spent. Do better honestly how hard can it be to deliver the correct order

Little turkey or south west sauce. Over all very poor, only positive was delivery was quick and efficient.

Last week I paid for a footlong and got a six inch and today I didn't get the cookies I paid for. You can't get them on the phone

the foot long we didnt want red onions and they put them on. whole thing had to be binned. why cant people read. its not difficult

Subway Whitehouse retail part is by far the best staff and for some reason there merry chef is better too. I drive past other Subway stores to come to this one.

This order was put through twice. The website said the crisps weren't available and took me back to checkout so I chose a different packet and ordered again and I've been charged twice. How do I go about getting a refund? I only got the order once

After subway being very overly priced they haven’t gave me my double chocolate cookie! Could of gave me a replacement and I’d of be okay. But at £1.19 a cookie I expect one to be there
