Subway in Carmarthenshire

my order is not delivered the courier phoned to check the adress and i told him to deliver at my home adres witch is 86 mansel street llanelli sa15 1db but i did not recieved anything and it is marked that it is delvered .

2 items were missing from the order.

Ordered a meatball marina with extra cheese and bacon ended up with metballs not cheese not toasted no bacon with cucumber lettuce and chipotle sauce don’t like it terrible

Sub was fine no issues, didn’t put my cookies in tho, truth be told they were the reason I ordered. Why like

the sandwiches were freezing cold and one of the meal deals were missing the side and the drink.

Ordered CHICKEN bites which were just as cold as the drinks we had, the quality of the food could’ve been better, it looked like someone had jumped on it, after reassembling my order it tasted alright, no complaints on the taste. Just the cold chicken bites and the “build it yourself” sandwich

Says it's open until 9 on Google and on the door, got there at half 8, they were closed.

Completely messed up order, both footlongs had the wrong salad on them and some salad items missing, such as sweetcorn and cucumbers being added which where not asked for, wrong sauce on one of them and only 1 pack of 3x cookies out of 2 packs.

Very disappointed that in both shops you are guaranteed to have the wrong order every time you use the app. Food is thrown in the roll too, very Poor standards

Quality of the food is good but this is the second time I ordered 3 bags of the 3 chocolate chunk cookies and have only been given 1 bag. This is very disappointing and the staff are clearly not reading the receipts properly as it shows 3x 3 chocolate chunk cookies. Please take care when fulfilling orders

Multiple items missing from the order

Genuinely amazed at how bad the order was. Majority of food missing. Took them nearly half an hour to prep 3 cheese dippers and ignored the rest of the order. Went to call to ask if I can collect the rest, phone number doesn’t work, switched off deliveries so couldn’t even order the rest online.

Majority of the meal deal missing. Footlong dipper was empty inside. The subs themselves were missing the majority of ingredients

changed the time 13 times i ordered it at 13:42 and now its 15:21 and it said that my order is going to be delivered at 16:20

The woman and man working at the time were not very welcoming and did not follow my order. They gave me my footlong unwrapped and it fell apart all over my clothes and all over the table. I ate most of my food from the paper as everything fell out of the sub so i basically had a empty sub. I am not impressed and will not be visiting again and not recommending it to anyone

Missing the wrap completely, wrote a note to say 'no meatballs' but also decided to not add the rest of it, or call to ask if it could be switched to something else. Also no dips for the footlong dippers. Dipless dippers. Comes off like no-one cares.

There was no drink cookie or crisps with the meal deal. There was no waffle fries or ketchup. There was no sauce with the churro. The subs looked as if they'd been thrown together. Not at all impressed

i went in to order food a few weeks ago and the atmosphere and service was appalling. the worst part was how rude the staff were, which was shocking. i decided to order from there tonight as i was unable to order from any of the other places and i ordered at 17:45 and it’s currently 20:10 and still haven’t received my food however it’s on the way so that’s something. i am in absolute disbelief with the service and experience i’m having and won’t be ordering from there again. i hope something is done about this as i have seen many other relatable things on these reviews.

Totally wrong order. Asked for ham and cheese not to be toasted and it came toasted. Sent a sun dry with no sauce, paid for a footlong but sent a six inch. Paid for delivery but still had to use my own petrol to go to the store and get my order!!!

Subway rolls were great but the order was missing 2 items. Disappointing.

To be honest I normally found the food pretty good but I ordered 2 sandwiches to takeout and when myself and a friend went to eat them the bread was so soft it went soggy and didn’t taste cooked properly and all the filling just fell out the sandwich before even touching it, it was a mess unfortunately.

Ordered a big cheese steak melt but the cheese wasn’t melted and it just looked like a dripping mess. Garlic and herb sauce was missing and salt seasoning for my potato wedges. Won’t be ordering a subway again.

the meatballs in my footlong roll were rock hard I couldn't even put a fork in them so that ruined my food and couldn't eat it. Disgusting.

appaling service. I ordered a meal deal and the sprite that we ordered didn't come with it. Ice creams were dumped on hot food. In one of my subs I added lettuce and that had none in. Another one of my subways, had no salami which I paid extra for, there was also traces of red onion and sweetcorn which I did not order. I woild never order from this subway again, mutiple things messed up on my order.

ordered a meal deal but didn't get the crisps or cookie.

The potato wedges were completely inedible. Tasted like they were cooked the day before then microwaved. The sub sandwich was not what I ordered but also tasted gross.

Plant patty wrap uncooked!! Suppose to be warm!! Was stone cold!! I asked for it toasted! 😔

They have left me a note to say that i should request a refund for the brie option not available why still advertise it on the menu if it is no longer available.

When we were given a time & you a time b'tween & you want to find an update on ur order then they changed the time & cause they change the time you have to go by the time & we are powerless to do anything about it and when you have waited well over 30mins and you pay good money is over the price that you would pay for in shop but it's helpful when you have disabilities and your family is small and unfortunately no 1 drives. it's all you can do but when they deliver & half ur order is missing

Overpriced tiny roll, very expensive for what it is. It’s just meat and salad in a small roll. Will never be buying subway again. Waste of money!
