Tasty sandwiches made to order. Very quick and efficient service

Staff don’t listen, food was rushed. Ordered the churro came soggy, chipotle cheesy bites came cold and disgusting, sandwiches were poorly made we ending up binning 70% of our food absolute disgrace will not be back anywhere near this place

Subway is subway. Staff are nice, but tables were dirty and not overly busy

This woman left me blue-balled who asked asked do I want it toasted as if I want a cold hash brown I was number 10 won’t come back

I put my order for myself and someone else through the kiosks. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed they had put cheese on the sandwich, which I had forgot to order as plain without cheese. Before they could add any toppings, I apologised and said I’m really sorry but could I have that made again but without cheese. The manager rolled her eyes at me and another staff member began to make it for me. To which I was very apologetic to her for. Once I had my order made, I collected it at the till. I apologised to the girl at the till for the error I had made. The manager stated “I don’t know why you’re apologising to her, she didn’t know what happened”. And began to laugh at me with her co-workers. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour as a manager. I have been a manager at McDonald’s and would not dare treat a customer in this manner. Not only to mention, the shop was disgusting. Bins overfilled, customers having to clean their own tables and crumbs everywhere. I will not be returning here.

Could do with cleaning tables and floor more often, not the cheapest, but food was ok

Great selection of meals and meal deals, menu always updating also my wife is gluten free so lots of choice for individual dietary needs. Great and friendly staff

Dreadful experience and will never be back in that one, staff were so busy preparing just eat orders the queue was nearly out the door, when my order was finally ready after about 25 minutes I had to wait another 10 minutes to pay as that girl was also filling just eat orders, badly organised, customers complaining and the staff pleasant enough but didn't care, I don't blame them, they were slaughtered

Lovely location very clean n tidy n lovely staff food

Everything about this place is lovely. But a few of the workers have a bad attitude towards the staff and customers as I asked for a meal deal and paid the full price but was only giving the sandwich and when i went to ask about the drinks and cookies added on a worker was being impatient and disrespectful as she was trying to get me to add 2 pounds more even though I had already paid for my meal deal and then completely refused to give me what I paid for.

Shop very clean + staff helpful

Such a disgusting place to visit, tables filthy and when staff where asked to clean a table they brought out blue roll and liquid placed them at the drinks dispensary and left them. We had to clear and then wipe down our table. Staff were unhelpful and rude. All to busy with online orders or going out for a smoke to clean and deal with face to face customer. What a dirty hole.

Gluten free sub was a winner and the establishment has seats and table's to relax and enjoy. The staff professional and helpful.

There's nothing much to say about this Subway other than it's much of the same. The food is nice, the shop is tidy and the staff are pleasant. The only thing is when the line is long during lunch or the likes it becomes slow. There is plenty of parking outside and it's easy to get to.

I love subway , but stood in here for about 10 mins , girl walked in and was served right away . No signs to say where to queue so i walked out . There was 3 people in the back , but only 1 girl making up the orders , won't be back to this 1 😡

Had foot long and would have been aswell getting a 6 inch the amount of stuff put into it is shameless . They have definitely cut right back on what goes into your sub definitely won't be back

The food was good, however didn't see one staff member wearing a face covering, face shield or hair nets.

Good, cleaning and bright. Nicely prepared food and clear to see social distancing spots on the floor. Friendly staff too which is always a bonus. Really fast service!

helpful friendly n knowledgeable...

Its hard to critique without even eating there, but that isn't my fault. Leaving the restaurant 2 hours to deliver a just eat before curfew you would expect no problems... nearly 3 hours later im wandering why the restaurant states driver assigned, yet over phone is telling me they've closed. Now the ordeal of a just eat cancellation which in itself is a nightmare, and them telling me they've cancelled my order without any notice! If your visiting the franchise im sure its fine to order and walk, but be warned of an online order, they may not fulfil it and not notify!

First sandwich since lock down.... lovely.

Subway rocks as usual. Consistency is the key word here. I always get the same thing and have done since my first one in 1993 in Massachusetts! Italian BMT With lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, peppers and chillies not forgetting the hot chilli sauce and mayonnaise. I like the new chilli and paprika bread. I like my sandwich artist to take their time when making my sub. Just saying! As a self professed miser I think that Subway is actually really good value in that it actually fills you up without having to buy two of everything!

Wherever you go, Subway is.... Subway. Good value food, prepared quickly and efficiently. Did feel the unit could do with a deep clean as floors were grubby and the tables tired. That apart, the staff are very friendly and helpful, which one does not often find in fast food outlets. If you want a decent sandwich at a good price, Subway is your option.

Staff seemed to have better things to do than serve me, as the two colleagues on shift during my last visit seemed to be greatly inconvenienced by my asking for a sandwich. Was informed I was only allowed 3 items of salad on my breakfast sub, which the alleged "sandwich artist" quite literally flung two halves of a sausage into the bread before adding 2 leaves of spinach to my partner's veggie patty sub and calling it a job well done. Sent an email through to customer service to complain and received a generic response admitting that the service wasn't great. At the time I had wanted to tell the staff in great detail exactly what they could do with their sandwiches, however due to the presence of young children in the store I decided to keep my behaviour to a family friendly standard.

Brilliant Sandwich chain, good food & friendly staff.
