The best cod supper I've had in years. Can't rate it highly enough.

Ordered placed at 1655 and arrived 1810. Entire order stone cold apart from the drink which was warm.

Don't know why i buy from the cresent the brothers are stinger and a rip off i ordered a large chip ha more like a sample worth chicken burger was soild as usual there price's are sicking cheaper getting a domino's Avoid all the crescents

Ordered to collect via an app. Notification order was ready, went to collect ignored for ten minutes. Eventually asked for my order said i was here to collect, went to look for my order no it isnt done come back in 15 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later got order. Food was tasteless compared to other chippies. Staff need to acknowledge customers, and apologise when they forget or mess up your order!

First and last time ordering from here! Half the order missing, when I called them they had no interest. What food we did get was awful

Chips were cold and soggy, chicken was partly warm. Only hot thing was the packaging

Food was delivered over an hour after ordering from a mile down the road and is freezing cold! Very disappointed.. I should have skipped just eat and went to the chippy myself!!

Cod was overcooked and very dry which could be overlooked had it not been so expensive. Expected more because of price.

I used this place for years , unfortunately tonight was a letdown the Mexican burger was not Mexican and the fish was very greasy

Used to rate this chippy but as of late the service has gone downhill.. waiting times are poor. Stood 15 minutes waiting to place order then a further 30 minutes.. just for 2 fish suppers. Seems to be phone orders and just eat orders take preference over people standing at the counter as there was only 1 girl taking the orders who in the space of 45 minutes handed out 3 orders! while the other 3 where in the back and 1 guy (Karl) on the pan. Used to visit this place often and support this local business, but tonight was enough.. grub is good but not worth a long wait Disappointed

Portion size has got a lot better, one of my cod bites was actually a battered mushroom after the initial shock I enjoyed it equally as much as the cod, tartar sauce was beautiful & fresh, onion rings (half portion) very generous, will order again 🤍

I do not normally order meals, but portion size was ridiculous and not worth almost £10 for 2 sausages, a scoop of chips and 4oz curry. Food is tasty but value for money is low. Would have got double the amount ordering seperate.

Wrong order and apparently can’t redo my order!

I'd honestly say I've had out of here around 30 times. Today will be the last. The last few times it has went downhill abit but I tried to keep faith in it bur today I ordered a sausage for my son and as far as I can remember you usually get around 10/15 chips with it. Not no more. 2 chips. TWO CHIPS on a sausage. The gravy chip for my daughter was flooded and soggy and my burger was tasteless. Shame for what I would have regarded as the best chippy around a few months ago

Staff don’t know how to listen to an order chicken burger toppings wrong waiting 45 mins on a walk in order other people served after me frequent flyer but won’t be returning for the foreseeable! Staff are rude when there in the wrong

I had to go down stairs and collect it from outside my building it’s meant to get delivered right to my front door won’t be ordering again as delivery drivers are supposed to deliver food

Very poor. Ordered two fish and a chip. Both fish were obviously re-fried, left over from yesterday I suspect. Chips weren't much better. Nearly twenty pounds wasted as most of it went into the bin. The pictures say it all.

didn’t deliver all my food missing items from order only got 2 of something that was ament to be 4 and only got 5 chicken strips when it was ament to be 6 and forgot my curry chips and not answering the phone when i ring

Onion rings were so cripsy, burger was great, and food was delivered on time...all as usual. The only downside was that chips seemed different - portion was a lot smaller than usual and not as crispy. Not worth the money paid if I am honest. Dunno if you've changed something, but change it back if you have

I ordered a bottle of diet Coke because there isn't much in the cans. I only got a can. Just smacks of We Don't Care. I want my money back.

Chicken was a very small portion for the price. It was also cold along with the cold sauce. Chips were warm but have of them were ends with no potato in them. Sausages were burnt. Not impressed

Definitely a lazy delivery driver wouldn’t come up to door had to go and collect it from his car luckily I was hungry

Delivery driver actually argued with me about what house he had to deliver to. Went to wrong house, the house had a street sign outside it, which wasn’t the street name on the delivery. Ignorant driver, not the chippies fault but just eat, employ people with manners and common sense !

Part of my order was a kids goujon meal, I received a pasty. Order because we where out and didn't make dinner and my child doesn't like pasty. Caused a whole drama because order was wrong. It seems Iike anytime I order there's always something wrong.

As usual the food was delicious. On this order there was 1 item they could not send and a lovely gentleman rang and apologised and asked if there was anything that could be added in it's place. The Crescent is definitely our favourite takeaway.

The guy was friendly and the food was really hot.

I have ordered from here now 6, maybe 7 times. Whilst I enjoy the food, and order from here because of the tarter sauce, they have now left items (either the dips or drinks) off of four of these deliveries. Will not order delivery from here again. Have requested refund of missing items, only received once

Items where missing from orders and the chips on both orders where undercooked, I have already requested my money back so I hope to hear back soon

I didn’t receive the order , ran to the chippy quickly before they shut and they said the driver collected it , however never delivered it to me !

Cant comment on Food as it didn't arrive even though the app says delivered at 18.35pm. Was told to take it up with Just Eat who emailed to say they would be in contact within 48 hours

The food was good from the Creacent as always… but I had to drive 2 miles to meet the delivery driver as they couldn’t find my address…. Food then was cold and had to heat up… what’s the point in getting a delivery from just eat if I have to drive and pick up my order from the delivery driver?? Not my first complaint about just eat and never have got any feedback or answers to my queries …. Just a bit embarrassing when you order a delivery and you have to drive to get your delivery 2 miles from

Two generations my family used this business the service is strict but professional the fryer is a gentleman food and anything in-between is second to none

Waited for 10 minutes to place my order (no queue) just ignored. I then waited 20 minutes for order to arrive - fish over cooked and burnt at ends, chips okay, onion rings were good. Sorry, not worth £13.50 and cash only as payment. I won’t be back. Sorry Carl 😖

Absolutely disgraceful service. Missing 6 ITEMS from our order.. when we rang, they told us that they can't deliver the missing items even though confirming the items are sitting there.. told me to request a refund from just eat instead.
