Delivery driver was great, the order was wrong so she went back to collect the correct order. There was clearly confusion on what was expected as i still received a 6" rather than my foot long but, the food was still good and was compensated with 3 c

Food was made fast, workers were nice and I even got a good suggestion to re cook the sub after getting veggies for extra crisp

Asked for the item to be toasted and it wasn’t

Just been in at 12:45 (lunch time) and told it’s only what we’ve got. There was only a choice of 3 fillings, and not chicken tikka or Tuna that we went in for, no explanation why. As we turned to walk out a very rude staff member shouted BYE and laughed. I will never go to this subway again.

I love coming here. I'm sorry before walking out in a huff. I did not mean any harm. It was my fault about the sauce not server. She was doing a good job. It was just me been a cloth ears. I hope I can come back tomorrow and order the same meal. Again I'm sorry I walked out like that in a huff. It was not Subways fault.

Took an hour and 15 mins to deliver from whiston to whiston and didnt even deliver what we had ordered!

Refused to take vouchers and failed to take reward points for order. Apparently staff told by managers. Disgraceful not to have consistency between stores. Poor brand and food not that good either, and another reminder why I stopped frequenting Subway previously

When i went to this subway with 3 of my friends my friend was buying a cookie for me and my friend to share so i went to the toilet while i was waiting and after i finished in the toilet i started walking out of the shop. Before i could walk out the worker at the till started shouting at me saying i was banned from the shop and that i should never come to that subway again by the way i am child. There was another worker there who was nice to me and my friend but the other worker was giving me loads of attitude and being very rude.

There was this old man who was shouting. Nice staff and good food. Bit of a problem parking though

Crispy onions are never available morning, or afternoon… don’t bather, and they do not open on Saturday’s. The staff is friendly but service is very slow. And gives priority to delivery and if you have 30 min break… Good Luck!

Small Subway without many good parking options. It's cramped at the best of times and now only allowed a few people inside with covid restrictions. Staff are decent and the food has always come warm and as ordered so can't complain there. Pretty standard for what you'd expect!

Would have given 0 star if possible, the people serving just didn't listen to what I wanted in my order and just did what they wanted to

Subway franchise. Great sandwiches, expected cost. The server ce us generally good here. Sandwiches are made well and taste nice. Coffees are great and not bad standard. Useful location if visiting whiston hospital.

Still think they are way overpriced, for what is essentially a 15 cm sandwich.. Sometimes slightly warmed if the toaster is working.

Have been here a couple of times and has been OK, but the last time I went has put me off I asked for a coffee apparently they didn't have coffee so I said OK she said pick another drink so I got a coke and she charged me more then she went and done the next customer a coffee, I questioned her and she said its working now, they don't listen she said toasted I said no she then toasted it! Would deffo be using the other subway in cables retail park from now on!

Polite staff, quick service, almost always enough seating. I have been to several Subways across the country and world, but this one one of my favourites. I've never had any issues.

Usual value you would expect from Subway although even with an hour of service left lots had been put away (sauces, salad etc) and no coffee as the machine was being cleaned. Otherwise clean store and staff helpful.

Nice food and staff but was very surprised when they refused to serve food to a child because he had his school uniform on. I think its disgusting that a child cant buy food just because hes wearing his school uniform.

Very poor service won't be using this store again!

Coffee tastes like sewer water - 3 attempts later and it looks like syrup, staff didn't want to accept that a latte should actually have milk in it. Blacker than black coffee with a "just put your own milk in" from the manager - AVOID this one

I like Subways, but the one in Whiston is great. Always clean, fast service, and always full of interesting people. Lunchtime might see you waiting a while, but if you're looking for a good subway in the area, id recommend this one over that in Cables Retail Park

I ordered a 12 inch sub chicken and bacon, I measured it at my table...and it was 11.99cm, I was not happy.
