Room and service was very good but breakfast was a little disappointing, as if it had just come out the freezer about 20 minutes ago and microwaved. Wasn't awful but not great

This is a great premier inn. Was better before the restaurant closed down. Staff friendly. Good with kids. Will stay again.

Raised a complaint with feedback review. Not heard a word until now. Room had a damp or mould smell either from carpets or somewhere. Dint smell nuve at all. I got 10mins to 3pm since I travelled from Nottingham, and asked ti cone back in 10 mins to check in. Next day morning fire alarm kept going off since 11.15am nearly throwing me off the bed. We were notified of the fire drill if it was planned. Unless another tactic of Premier inn to wake up the customers before 12pm. Felt more like in a hostel. No water bottles in the room. Which is pretty basic. Nothing Premium about Premier Inn. You should have same standards across your chain. That's what a brand stands for and promises. Let's see their feedback least now.

Premier Inn rooms are fine, they're straight forward and perfect for working away. The staff are fantastic as always. Removing the restaurant and reducing the menu so drastically for "the social" is a terrible decision. Cheaper to operate but the food is just so dissapointing now. Really low effort from whoever put this idea together. Food is tantamount to ready meals dished out and made fancy with nice plates and a few sprigs of rocket dropped on top. The curry is just sad, supermarket homebrand sauce is a close match. It was served with microwave rice. No naan, no mango chutney, no popadoms. Fish and chips. Oven fries, tartar sauce and a soggy battered fish . No vinegar on site. Pizza choices include cheese, or pepperoni. You would think this is a safe bet to avoid meal time blues after a long day. It isnt. ALDI do a pizza for a solitary pound that tastes better. Pasta dishes are what you would expect when microwaved. No garlic bread. The kitchen and menu has been designed to allow anyone to operate by simply putting orders into ovens or microwaves. It is open for all to see the meals being cooked exactly how we would cook at home when we cant be bothered to put actual food together. Bring back real kitchen staff. Put burgers and steak back on the menu. Breakfast still good.

Breakfast is shocking unless you order it to be cooked fresh.

If I could give this premier 10/10 I would!! Could not recommend any more, Adele and Julie you deserve a raise and the lovely blonde woman last night who helped ❤️ I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist with any inquiries truly set the tone for my stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to promptly addressing any requests I had. It's rare to find such a dedicated team that genuinely cares about their guests. Overall, I highly recommend Premier Inn Huyton to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. With its friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and great location, it’s a true gem. I can’t wait to return for another visit! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very disappointed as stayed in a much nicer one recently. We stayed here on Saturday night as a treat for my kids. The place is a building site, not a major issue but the carpark was chaos in the dark. The room was clean but a bit shabby I.e. dirty chair, stained carpets, tatty walls etc. not the expected Premium Inn quality!

Friendly staff, happy to help, easy to get to, perfect for what we needed. Standard premier inn... Breakfast was a little lacking compared to others I've stayed in but the wait for cooked food was short.

Usual Premier Inn stuff. Clean room, easy access to the pub next door for food. Ideally located for working in Widnes and access into Liverpool.

Just amazing. The rooms are very clean and so are the bathrooms and the beds are really comfortable. The service was also excellent. The cafe is also very clean and the food is amazing especially the hashbrowns. Overall a very impressive experience. Really recommend.

Slighty further outside of Widnes however prefer to stay here than at Widnes PI Rooms are cleaner and on appearance look newer. Restaurant is attached to the hotel which can get busy but no issues

A good choice if you're eating on the go and want hot food! Price isn't as reasonable as it could be, but it's a petrol station after all. Would be nice to see smaller, personal sized pizzas. Other than that, staff friendly and helpful, premises usually clean and tidy

We went on the 17th Feb 3 of us ,wait for food was 20 mins but when it arrived it was awfull ,I ordered chicken strips with bbq sauce ,£7.50 i got 3 tiny strips in a plastic basket with no paper lining and when i asked were bbq sauce was i got the packet sauce shoved at me .side of salt &pepper chips £4.50 and a chicken cesar wrap £11.50 tiniest portion and chips were rock hard . No tea, only decaffeinated. It's overpriced and shameful portions and awful service .not sure what they would have done if I asked for the buffalo sauce ,no packets for that .also tables were filthy ,and the floor .

A well positioned hotel for travelling into Liverpool. Excellent parking and good food next door at the adjoining restaurant. Only negative was the room smelled stale and stuffy which I suspect was from the carpets. This needs attention. Helpful reception staff.
