Premier Inn Liverpool (Roby) hotel in Knowsley

A well positioned hotel for travelling into Liverpool. Excellent parking and good food next door at the adjoining restaurant. Only negative was the room smelled stale and stuffy which I suspect was from the carpets. This needs attention. Helpful reception staff.

Brilliant service, comfortable rooms. A special shout out to Callum on reception for his very warm welcome and friendly personality. Nothing was too much trouble. He is a credit to premier inn!!

really good premier inn well situated for motorway, only 20 minutes by car to city centre,rooms clean and spacious,staff really good,plenty of parking,also adjoins the restaurant,and bar with good food,beers wines an spirits really good

Fabulous little Premier Inn, including free car parking, in a great location with excellent bus or rail links into central Liverpool. Lovely warm rooms, friendly staff & cosy bar / restaurant attached, also with brilliant staff. Julia at the bar was so friendly & helpful and made excellent cocktails 😄 Definitely return.

One night stay, good customer service but poor rooms. Bed and pillows uncomfortable room was also tired and dirty in places, old fan in room was noisy and rattled so had to turn it off.

Last minute stopover. Front of house were lovely, really friendly and professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, although some of the plugs were broken, and the lamp didnt work. The restaurant was really nice. I would stay here again.

This hotel has every single thing. Don't judge it by the outward appearance. It has way more than your average "big name" hotel

Loved my stay here, staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spotless. Free car parking and very close to Roby station convenient for trips into Liverpool lime street. Great town centre..will use again in summer.
