Food awful. Only thing that tasted good was the actual sub but it was freezing. Cookies tasted awful and don’t bother ordering the footlong wraps as they come squashed and freezing. Taco beef was still frozen when I bit into it.

What's perfect, quick delivery, tasted so good, highly highly recommend

I ordered my food at 3pm and it just arrived at 3:45 the food came cold I ate it cause I was starving

I ordered cookies and never seen them I also ordered nachos and got some sort of wrap that was cold and hard I also ordered a litre Fanta and got 500ml unacceptable waste of money subs were cold too

Delivery time was great compared to everywhere else (Burger King, McDonald’s etc). Food is great and still warm whenever I got it unlike other places with no items missing. Delivery driver was very polite. All around very impressed.

i love subway honestly ! this was the first i’ve ever gotten it delivered, i was given italian bread instead of hearty italian and it was barely toasted. it came cold and still soft , the edges were a little harder but seemed like it was in the toaster for about 30 seconds. still tasted amazing and was packed with food!

I swear I hit for delivery what a waste now it’s just sitting there to go to waste

Second time this subway has gotten my order incorrect and I have to go to the store to get it fixed even though I paid for delivery

more than 20 minutes late which ment the criss cross fries where stone cold , subway was toasted and arrived freezing also ,rung the restaurant multiple times with no answer then they hung up and then line busy , seeked help from just eat to be told chips/fries and a toasted sub are suppost to be served cold , so when I quized the person I was speaking to on how something toasted and fries was ment to be served cold they closed the chat , then was offered 50p of next order. not happy

The food was stone cold as it had been prepared over an hour before delivery according to the receipt attached to the bag. I tried contacting the restaurant but nobody picked up the phone. Never ordering from there again a waste of nearly £30

Everything came Ice cold it wasn’t even heated to begin with which is just a health and safety concern due to the temperature of the food it’s just a festering playground for bacteria

Ordered a foot long and 6 inch only 2 6 inches came, going to take 7 days to sort on just eats end and I’m left hungry unbelievable

Didn't receive a footlong that I ordered.

Subs were fine; made correctly and was happy enough. However, the criss-cross fries weren’t fully cooked through and soggy. Was given the wrong cookies and drinks that I had ordered. The footlong dipping wraps were disappointing to look at and they look like they are not going to be appetising either. Not worth the price I feel. But I will say that the service was excellent; the delivery was on time and everything was neatly packed.

Still haven't received my order

Im quite upset with this as We ordered a meal deal and did not receive the crisps, we chose cookies and got the wrong ones, we asked for a un-toasted ham and cheese six inch and it was toasted,and, we asked for some waffle fries and they were freezing cold. Not great

Unfortunately very disappointing...No crisps delivered in one of the meal deals...wrong bread, no crispy onions and salt...and no salsa on the nachos!!! With takeaways so expensive nowadays, I expect to get what I pay for!! I never write a bad review but I felt like it was needed in this situation for future references!!! I hope in future...they will take a little more time to get the order right...😔

the food didn't come after already being delayed for about 2 hours

was delayed 3 times and i tryed ringing the store 9times 2 cancel but got no answer this experience has put me off ordering again

Quality was shocking, everything was freezing cold. When we first ordered we were under the impression it would take 30 mins. They then changed this to just over an hour. Really disappointing for £25

Just bought two subs and I ended up throwing them in the bin, the bread was hard on outside and soggy and slime on inside. Not very happy that the product isn't fresh. Will not be back in this store as this is the second time now.

Got a packet of crisps instead of nachos which I paid £3.99 for. Couldn't get through to them on phone to get this corrected.

No southwest sauce on meatballs sub and no lettuce and onion on the other sub. So received a hearty sub with just cheese inside.

Visited here today and it was not pleasant. Spent 20 minutes in a normal length queue because the staff, including the supervisor, were working at such a slow pace. No sense of urgency or customer service. The customer behind me asked if an offer was on and the supervisor’s answer was “I don’t know.” No offer to find out, just stood blankly, not making eye contact. Got the same answer from a member of staff when I asked a question and had to ask her if she could find out. Food was nice but not as hot as it should have been, given the waiting time after it came out of the oven. Someone in management needs to oversee the staff, including the supervisor.

They forgot everything in my meal deal apart from my main which still wasn’t right bc they toasted it even though I selected the option to NOT toast it. I couldn’t reach them after it was delivered to correct the order afterwards.

Horrible. Forgot half the veg, way too much mayo, bread was burnt and crumbling, parts where mayo spilled out the sides were soggy, payed for monterey jack cheese and got American cheese instead. horrible quality. As a current subway employee at another store the quality of my sandwich was abysmal. Next time spend more time making sure it's up to spec rather than focusing on getting it made as quick as possible. Quality over speed.

Never received my order suppose till be here at 5 o’clock and never showed up saying that it’s been delivered tried ringing multiple times and no one’s picking up also took the money out from my account

Food was never delivered. Order was accepted at 14:00. Called the restaurant over and over again an hour later but no reply. Had to open a refund through just eat

Food ordered at 12:40, to be here for 1:10-1:30pm, it is now 2:35 and still no food!!!! Disgrace. Want a refund!

Food was alright. Subway is a place I dont go very often, food arrived luke warm however It was pretty nice like that. Missing a bag of Doritos but not overly bothered by that. Delivery driver was lovely too.

Chose to have delivery at 7.30 as they are open to 8 was rang and told driver finished at 6.30 so my food would arrive at 7pm as it wasn’t possible for later. It then arrived even earlier than seven but I understood. Ordered 3 cookies to be sent all the wrong ones because they didn’t have them, one sub wasn’t even cut and one was on the wrong bread. Disappointed for the price

Items missing for the second time. Called them at 4.45 and was told tough, it would have to be added to the next time I ordered because the delivery driver had went home.. disgusting customer service!

Really nice sandwiches. Try toasted baguette with ham and cheese. Staff are always freindly and hardworking. Good spot for lunch
