Starbucks in Antrim

Asked for an iced vanilla latte with no ice and instead of adding a wee bit of extra milk they left the cup half empty.

The shop was quite busy but the line moved fast and all staff were friendly and upbeat can't fault them at all, I would go as far as to say they where the most welcoming i have came across in any starbucks i have visited. Food and coffee was lovely , we sat in as it was a hot day and it was much cooler inside. Only thing that let the place down was the number of fruit flies trying to land on the plate, however the place was spotless someone was clearing and cleaning tables and surrounding floor as soon as customers left so not sure where they were coming from, it wasn't just the odd one or two which isn't uncommon in any food establishment. But It may have been better to sit outside.

Expensive.... food lying under heaters to long... not a good experience..

Personally cant see what all the fuss is about over coffee

You have two choices of Starbucks in the complex... Trust me the one in the unit in the car park is the one to go with. I was in the other one yesterday and the staff were the stand off-ish too cool for school type, the place dark, the music too loud for conversation and the stock limited. This one is is the opposite bright, clean, friendly and ample stock. I know which one I'll be returning to.

Long wait not very organized but good coffee

Went for breakfast and the porridge was really lovely

Wife had coffee I had English breakfast tea 🍵 tea was cold and the tea bag was as week as anything. Disgusting £2.45 for a ricecrispy bun £2.70 if I sat in. Rip off.

Decaf lattes are spot on but white chocolate mocha was lacking. Large store, plenty of seating area. Toilets in poor condition and no soap in disabled toilet dispenser

Place could do with a lick of paint. All looks a bit tired

New chicken and chorizo toasties are great. Staff in the store are very attentive and shop was tidy and toilets clean.

Use it once in a while to meet with friends. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good.

It's always good here service was really good today my wife asked a question about a drink and it was very well explained to her

Very expensive (as expected), sandwich quality poor for almost £6 😱No ice for iced latte. No, next time I will bring a picnic.

Coffee isn't the hottest I find and can be on the weak side . Staff are really nice and I can't fault them.

Bad 1st experience when a member of staff left his speaker on & i overheard him calling me a w***er, just because he couldnt make out what i was saying & i had 2 repeat myself. The 2nd time was much better & more pleasant, i even got a pup cup 4 my dog.

Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff.

The perfect example of how a drive thru should operate as it was efficient and friendly. They also had no problem in following the order by not putting cream on a drink which often happens in other cafes to my disappointment.

Very slow service! Was charged for an order I always get at this store. To then be told by a girl AMY that she was not allowed to do my normal order due to her head office telling her that she was not allowed to add a shot of coffee in a coffee shop in my drink that I had already paid for.

Daughter fancied a wee trip to a coffee shop, and the staff there were amazing. The young man and girl who were serving that day were great, they even went off to do other little things while my daughter was trying to choose what she wanted, not sure if they sensed she was a little nervous or been trained to do that but credit to them made it so much easier for her day to the coffee shop with me. The coffee was also delicious, best I have had in a long time, really great wee spot.

Same as always, an excellent coffee shop that does a nice brew and a cold/warm snack if you want one.

Service the day I went to junction one was really bad, had to ask 3 times for my food

5 people in the queue and I still waited 25mins for my order to be taken - and the shop wasn’t that busy. I was asked to provide a name so that this can be called out when my drinks are ready, no name was ever called so my drinks were tepid by the time I found them and my drinks took a further 15 minutes to make anyway. They were also put in take away cups when I specifically came to drink in. The staff are careless here and do not care about customers. Honestly the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to.

I'm not a big fan of Starbucks however their gingerbread latter surprised me, it was good.

The ambiance is not so great and the service was also poor. I asked for coffee in mugs to drink in the cafe and got in the takeaway cardboard mugs and the muffin was also not good.

Very expensive. When ordering a gingerbread latte they ask if I want cream, but not if I want sprinkles!! I hate the sprinkles. Anyway, if you can get over the prices, the coffee is very nice (and distinctive), the sweet items are also good, the seating is great and the service is generally fast.

Very nice customer service from the staff. Really appreciated. The atmosphere was also great to enjoy a nice cuppa

Great atmosphere, very homely. Good range of drinks and food. The employees are very friendly and helpful and are patient if you cant hear them very well. Comfortable environment. They raise money for a good cause and I will donate whenever I can to it. Very cleanly too

Go to this place regularly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Generally clean and tidy. Comfy sofa seating as well as tables etc. Good selection of food and cakes. Disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. Plenty of parking

Called in for a filter coffee there and had a very pleasant experience at the till with the barista (Claire) who gave great service and wished me a great day. Would definitely be back!

Went here for a church quiz hosted in Starbucks the atmosphere was amazing and the service was amazing especially with how busy it was. Everyone had an amazing time and hopefully there will be more quizzes held there

Located in The Junction so plenty of parking and also disabled parking. I always love the atmosphere of this shop. Spacious layout and relaxing lighting. Music volume is just perfect, enough to hear over the crowd but not too loud where you can't hear your conversations. The toilets are always clean and well stocked. The service is always pleasant and speedy esp when it's busy.

Cold seating areas and expensive

Whilst the product being offered are of good typical Starbuck quality the environment always seems to be lacking in good clear away practice after customers leave.

Toastie was cold by the time the drinks were prepared. The drinks were poor, frappé was melted ice. For the price this was shameful. It was meant to be a treat for my daughter, it was a rip off. Used to love a trip to Starbucks, it's very lackluster these days.

Getting a Starbucks for me is a must but everyone has their own taste but to be fair their Coffee is great but their service could be quicker and more precise with orders.

Whilst I'm not a fancy fan of coffee, the missus says this is the best one in the country and usually has us drive through when we're about there.

I used the app to order my drink which was very easy other than me going to the wrong shop but they are only a few metres from each other so no worries.
