Subway in Bradford

What you pay for is not worth it, they starting to over charge you if they don't put the right amount of sauce in your food and you ask for more they ask you to pay more, that is so sly of the owner and the food portions are so bad, when I asked them they never use to do this they lied saying it's always been like this.

My food was very cold del8very took an hour and the food was not n8ce at all.

Order 1meal deal sandwich for my daughter at 8.40pm to be accepted and told time of delivery 9.05pm kept changing every 10mins eventually turned up at 9.50pm and flat cold like it had been prepared and toasted a while ago. My feeling is they waited until nearly closing time of 10pm to deliver rest of orders. We only live in bd2 so a 5min drive if that. Disappointing to say I paid 12.99 for this

Hey, all of these other reviews are harsh and don't really matter anymore, as they're out-of-date. 😉🤢 Come over here and check my review out, you're sure to change your mind after reading what I think about this store. I would give this one all 5-stars but the store is a bit cramped, I believe a wheel-chair user should be able to get in without problems as the ground is all flat, but the parking is quite hard to get, there should be one to three spots for a smaller car to park, but if you're in a truck, you're out of luck. Ha, get it? Truck-luck, ok never mind. As far as the food's concerned, there's newer staff being employed and the food is great, it's also well-maintained on the making side of the food, it's quite clean and yeah... There's not really anything else to say. Oh, someone did break the Ben & Jerry fridge's glass, but they've fixed it. There's about 3-4 separate tables for 2-3 people sitting on each, so I would recommend takeaway.

Subway in a londis should be a no go . I'm 90 percent sure I suffered with food poisoning because of the sub I got here

Ordered two subs and a salad. The salad was plentiful, and they weren’t stingy with the dressing as most subways can be. Nicest sub salad I’ve had.

Food wasted as they put cheese on my sub and I’m allergic to it. Usually they follow instructor a bit did not on this occasion such a waste!

I will never understand how this Subway manages to butcher my order so much. Whether it’s not been toasted, missing half the ingredients, on different bread. More bread than fillings most of the time. Rude staff, avoid.

You guys running out of cheese or something?, ordered double cheese on 2 of the subs and was barely one portion between them … glad we have some at home to add otherwise wouldn’t have felt like there was any at all when eating

Avoid this subways. Rude staff messed up the order asked for chicken tikka cheese and toasted and the lady didn’t put in no chicken tikka. So when I got home and realised they got my order wrong I called to complain and said I can bring my order back to them because it was wrong. Asked me to call back after 30 mins, when I did the lady basically said it was my fault and it’s what I ordered. Wow. This used to be my regular subway store as it’s closest to me. Not anymore. someone messed up my order and they blamed me lol. Gutless staff. Avoid. Try a different branch.

Extremely rude staff, I asked about an offer on the app and she huffed and said ‘I don’t know do I’ then both the girls stood whispering to eachother. They wouldn’t let me get my offer on my app with absolutely no explanation to a reason why they just said no. Wouldn’t recommend going here the staff are very unhelpful and rude.

Very bad service, my daughter and daughter-in-law were being rushed and told that they're very busy, but no one else was there. One of the 6" subs was tiny, hardly any filling. Would not recommend.

Disgusting food. Food was cold and soggy. Not toasted properly. Asked for double cheese in steak and cheese melt hardly got any. Not only that. Food was due at 9:50am. The delivery time was extended 3 times and Food is the worst I've ever had put me off subway. Cheers guys for the horrible service and disgusting food. Also, you might as well get rid of your store phone because you don't answer it

Every single time I order subway I either get missing items or wrong items. Today I paid for extra cheese on my salad and I got no cheese at all. I'm not convinced they even read the order as they throw it together.

Our order was missing the hash browns and our two sandwiches were missing the ordered extras. Is it too much to ask that they get a simple order right? What we received was utterly inedible. We won’t be ordering from them again.

No cheese at all on the sharing nachos and it definitely isn't the first time at all. The sauce from the nachos was just in the side of the box. So really all I got was a sharu g box of plain nachos. Also had other items missing such as bottles , plus had completely different crisps sent to the ones I ordered.

The order was wrong I ordered a 6inch steak and cheese and a foot long steak and cheese instead I got two 6 inch steak and cheese so basically half a steak and cheese missing!!

Delicious food and it arrived super fast. I really enjoyed my vegetarian sub and the vegan chicken really does taste like chicken, I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting Quorn pieces but it was actually much better! I also really enjoyed the vegan double choc cookie.

I guess you need to be in the shop so you can cancel if they don’t have the salad items you ordered, to prevent them giving you the wrong meat and to stop them drowning your boxed salad in dressing. Pretty rubbish really, won’t be using again!

I love subway, usually. But for the first time I fancied the nachos, I have never been so disappointed in nachos in my life. There was a sprinkle of cheese..... Over 3 nacho chips... That's it. Very disappointed.
