Food was not good no salt in food service was not good stafff behaviour was not good she was looking us like we did something wrong we did not saw that out side food is not allow she came to tell us after she was behaving rude way teach them have talk with guest thank you

I visited this store last week and I can safely say I will not be returning! I ordered 3 teas and was charged £76 as the woman on the counter must have entered the incorrect amount. I have tried contacting chaiwali but have had no response from them and not even an apology. The teas were also not great as they were luke warm and tasted like they had not been made fresh. Never again!

Went here for tea and doughnuts. Customer service was awful. Lady was too busy on her phone. After we ordered she then said card machine isn’t working so we left without getting anything. 🙄

Was closed at 11pm on website said it was open till 3am

I just went earlier today bought 2 hot chocolates they were like hot water and less than half a cup also bought doughnuts they were nasty full with oil also asked for one plain she didnt bother cause she was on the phone concentrating on her call than our order ive never had nasty doughnuts like these before full with oil never buying from here again

Absolutely delicious mixed cupcakes and karka chaii made by a very professional, cheerful and polite lady named Shazia The customer service the sister provided was exemplary and would like to show my gratitude for the attention to detail in everything she does I travel almost 30 miles just for that outstanding quality desert and Chaii, she intriduced me to pink tea and churros too which were very satisfying...Will be trying other items from the menu too next time insha allah But thats not all, I'm inspired by the sisters smile, mannerism and work ethic I've tried many other dessert places closer to my locality as well as other areas but yet to find one better than Chaii Wali on Little Horton Road Keep doing what your doing sister, you are doing an amazing job Many thanks Barber

Really hyped up due to the tick-tocker but absolutely ridiculous!! Three items, out of stock!! Really pricey. Wasn’t busy at all and we were waiting for 35 minutes for 3 portions of mini pancakes - one batch made at a time and we’re all given together. They were cold and hard!! The slowest three kitchen staff on the planet… watching them in their sluggish behaviours makes you want to jump behind the counter to do it yourself. 10 minutes just to put a drizzle of sauce and raspberries!! Originally told the food will be 5 minutes. The frozen yogurt all melted by the time the remainder of the food was recieved! I’ve cold tea!

The best chai wali ever on great Horton road. The lady name Shazia was absolutely incredible she was so loving never met anyone with such a caring confidence heart. She was working hard all alone still gave the best service. She made me an amazing fresh donuts which I absolutely love. Will be coming back again.

We bought a 2 lemon and mint drink which counter shows price of £7 for large but your staff sold us on £10 small cups which is so unfair he said boss didn’t update prices in counter . Very bad impression

Went earlier today (Lds Rd branch) and the lady working there was smiling, friendly and patient. Can't fault her c/s skills at all. My kids couldn't decide what they wanted and I was pretty indecisive too. The lady suggested a few items from the menu and we went along and glad we did. The pink tea was lovely and the box of mixed donuts went down a treat. Delicious, freshly made and reasonably priced when compared to pricier places up the road like HD and IG.

Bought 18 mixed doughnuts 🍩 and also tried the karak chaii which was lovely. The doughnuts were freshly made and its just soooo tasty hard to really complain about anything. Great service and cost just under £20 for 18 doughnuts so its not bad priced when u think about how much you pay for krispy kreme an all the big brands. Definitely reccomend im sure they have few branches all over I have even tried new one on leeds road and they both are awesome 👌

Popped in a few days ago with family and the service at Little Horton Lane shop was exceptional. The brother and sister duo are brilliant. They let us sit inside and eat and treated us with utmost respect. The churros were fantastic, milkshakes were A1 and so was the pink tea. They also have Mr Whippy ice cream which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place seriously. Thank you guys.. I will back again soon Insha’Allah.

We had such a great time, the area was very clean and calm. The lady who took our orders, Shazia was very sweet and had made our orders very fast and fresh. Overall had an amazing time!

Went first time today Leeds rd branch and will definitely not be returning. Was served by a moody cow with a bull ring in her nose. Despicable communication and no service skills. It's a wonder how she got the job. Get a job somewhere else if you're not happy where you're working. £4 for 4 donuts which were the size of wedding rings and nearly burnt in colour. Absolute rip off. Will never ever be wasting my hard earned money here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Absolutely disgusting, we bought a masala chai and a Americano and both were awful. Coffee was cheap tasting and weak with a burnt taste. The "Masala chai" was just a sweet English breakfast watered down tea. Never again.

This used to be the best place around for doughnuts. Went yesterday got a dozen, they where so skinny, soggy and burnt at the same time. Looks like I have to find a new doughnut place

Amazing yoghurts, priced per weight. The shopfront is almost on the street in Leeds road so doesn't have any sit in area at all. Very good concept. More signage around the machines regarding instructions would be very welcomed. As a first time customer, the woman at the shop front seemed extremely disinterested at serving, very cold and blunt, requires serious retraining in customer service. Unfortunately she made the experience less satisfying than it should have been.

Tasted like cardboard. Won't be returning. 1st and last time. Edit: Just seen the owners responses to some of the reviews. Absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Was nice quite a few years ago but gone very downhill. Miserable stingy staff and awful desi tea full of sugar and bad taste. Probably because they keep microwaving the same tea throughout the day as I have seen them do it. The milk also does not taste fresh at all.

Honestly If I could give a zero I would. Poor service, dry desserts, milkshakes are 95% milk with 5% chocolate. Overhyped place by far.

Visited the Leeds road branch for churros and frozen yoghurt, appalling customer service the lady did not seem interested in serving one word answers, £12 for two average size tubs, one become watered down within minutes. Asked for churros and told the oils not hot where it states they open at 3pm and we were there 4:30. Not one to leave bad reviews but dont take our hard earned money and provide a terrible service with mediocre products and expect its fine to function this way. Also theres no transparency with the price of yoghurt. At least pick n mix tell you how much per 100g. Terrible

Only ever go here for the Churros when I'm in Bradford as they do a nice mixed selection dozen. I think recently they've become abit of a hit and miss judging by the recent reviews. Sometimes the churros seem overcooked (really dark and too crunchy) but most of the time they're nice & crispy.. soft in the middle.. generous anounts of toppings.. banging.. Only ever got their doughnuts once and while they were fresh.. they made us wait over half an hour to 45 mins to be given some really oily doughnuts. The size of the doughnuts and toppings were good but they were just clogged with oil and you could tell they didn't rise properly as they weren't "airy".. just dense oily dough. Another thing is they've stopped taking Card.. always being told that "their Card Machine ain't working"..

Leeds road store Dirty rude staff, overpriced and cheap and nasty overall. They got the loser qaz Khan to advertise it so that explains everything.

I dont like adding negative reviews but I had to after my experience at Chaii Wali (Leeds Rd). We bought 5 Milkcakes to take home, different flavours and all were absolutely disgusting. They all had maybe one teaspoon of milk and a DISGUSTING aftertaste. The cake was really firm (nothing like a milkcake should be) and after one bite we had to throw them all away. They all tasted really off. Spent over £25. What a waste of money. Never again!

Ordered a karak coffee. Which is basically an espresso from an automatic machine topped with karak chai. Would've liked an espresso from an actual espresso machine.

I made quite a large order and the person at the till was not listening to exactly what i was saying and looked like he was possibly stoned this was the leads road branch.

We sat down and ate we’ve got the best service from the staff mashallah, the staff are very friendly and mature people, i would recommend it to my friends and family about this place in sha Allah, thank you for the lovely service.

Only writing a review this time because this is the 2nd time we have been disappointed. First time round we got charged £1 extra for having sauces on donuts and when questioned this got told only plain donuts were £5 or 6. This time we paid the right amount but got a large pink tea and it was as if the milk had curdled and had gone off. Can't even go back to tell them waste of money. When chaii wali first started it did the best donuts now as they have expanded the quality has gone downhill. Won't be going back here again

Went to chaii wali a few times and honestly it is unbelievable how that woman is still working there, the worst service I have ever seen in my life and she is extremely rude. Everytime I've been she is always asking for cash and trying to send me to cash machine. She doesn't know how to talk to people and is weird. She thinks she is royalty and looks down at others, workers and customers.

Frozen yogurt was so over priced, basically a glorified McFlurry.

A lot of mixed reviews on here but my experience was nice. I went with my sister and we sat inside. We got doughnuts and karak chai which was nice and freshly made.

Little horton lane branch Our experience was really bad. The female staff was very rude and uncooperative. She tried to overcharge us and made us feel uncomfortable. It was disgusting that for an eat in establishment there were no toilets. My friend had to leave without finishing her order as her daughter needed the toilet. There were toilets there but the female worker claimed that she didn't know the pin to get into it. I wonder what the staff do when they need the toilet. Do they even wash their hands? Avoid at al costs. Maybe try chai paani down the road.

Total Rip Off!! Don’t even go there. My children went to the new Leeds Road branch. They went to get the Frozen yoghurt’s . What a load of rubbish. They made them put the yoghurt’s in the pots themselves and the machines wouldn’t stop pouring yoghurt. Flavours that don’t even match, e.g Birthday Cake Flavour located in the middle machine when a Vanilla Flavour comes out of that machine. After, the staff added toppings themselves, drowning the yoghurt’s and making the pots heavier. They were only allowed 2 toppings free, which the staff put on themselves and additional toppings 50p per topping. When it came to the payment stage, they weighed the yoghurt pots and gave them a price based on the weight. Were they weighing them based on the price of gold? Then it came to actually paying. Oh no card machine. CASH ONLY. Great. Absolute rubbish experience. Will not recommend. 2 small pots of yogurts for £18. Daylight robbery.

I heard the hype about chaii wali frozen yogurt with mix fruit and sauce tho I go myself and try it . I fell in love it soo much since then been going everyday. ❤️‍🔥 I Highly recommend to all the frozen yogurt which is 💯/ 💯 lost count how many times I had it tbh . The frozen yogurt is worth lose sleep and other individuals too 💕. Strawberry blast drink is my favourite addiction . Desi karak chaii was just the way I like it 👌 👍 10/10 and got mix Box of doungu3 very yummy delicious mouth watering too . My favourite pit stop now . One very happy customer will always come back and highly recommend to others too .

Went there to experience the frozen yoghurt. First thing I noticed no prices o the s/m/l cuos. When asked I was told it was by weight but he didn't say how much per weight. Took a medium tub. Didn't fill it all to the top and was charged £8.50. What a rip off! Be aware. Never going back again. In experience staff. The boss with the ear pierced was very arrogant and ignorant.

Had to wait for approx hour for order to be made, in that time all food prepped before was cold, bearing in mind it had the dynamite that were inedible we got told off by the lady at counter saying what shall she do with the food. We already paid and expected to eat the cold food, to avoid explanation we just took food but it was awful. The only thing that was warm was the max and cheese only because they literally put it in microwave, wouldn’t recommend was bland.

I ordered a karak chai and it has changed from what i used to have before had a strong cinnamon taste which was overpowering the tea nothing like what it used to be. With so much competition of chai places in Bradford the chai really needs to improve! Deffo not the ‘selfridgez’ of chai as stated on the cup.

Donut's are £1 each not even standard size, very oily and not even risen properly. Problem with these business's once they do well the quality of the food and drink goe's down & it's just about the name/ brand, which is very unfortunate. I came here for the first time & I'm not coming back. Service is Great but it's just a shame about your donut's. Because they're not risen, the donut's have become oily and heavy there for it's lost the quality of it's taste. If I put this donut in a bowl of water it will sink, that's how dence it is . If it were light & fluffy & had risen correctly it would float as it would have air. You don't need to be a professional baker to know this , you just need common sense. Lucky your getting 🌟🌟, thank your runnier's politeness & manners. I would give four but i'm not rating the business.

Discovered Chai Wali at Eid day.Very beautiful ambience and refreshing tea. My kids enjoyed Donuts. Must to mention the Bathroom was very neat and clean otherwise my kids do not use washrooms at public outlets.

I ordered a cookie dough which took 25 minutes to make ! Two milk cakes which they forgot to put the milkcakes in (only realised when I got home and they charged me).. very disorganised.. workers possibly stoned !

Had chai and donuts here. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to sit even though they were almost closing for the night. Donuts were fresh and topped nicely. We wanted churros but they were out of plain ones so we decided to skip those.

Ordered the deal for £15 which said 5 brownies 2 churros and a burger with fries came home just to find out its one brownie divided into 5 uneven small pieces if that’s not a rob job i dont know what is the burger was just a normal regular smash burger i can get elsewhere for £5 will definitely not order from here again✋🏼😂

Uber eats driver made big mistakes and spilt our teas, but chaii wali were kind enough to replace them with free teas, very nice to know they always care about their customers 💯 definitely recommend, always high quality and doesn't disappoint. Enjoyed the teas and deserts alot. 10/10
