Subway in Salford

Order was not delivered at all. The courier had a different address than I have in my order confirmation!

After placing my order I noticed it said for collection. This is wrong because I wanted my order to be delivered I am not sure to rectify this issue so please can I have a refund. if you check you will see that I placed 2 orders from Asda and One stop both were delivered without any issues.

So after an abysmal order I thought I’d give Subway one more chance. I ordered an all day brekkie. It has THREE ingredients - sausage, bacon and cheese. Pretty simple. For the second time, the cheese was missing!! The receipt print out even lists the specific ingredients for them so they don’t have to remember what goes on it! The amount of bacon was shocking - not even two slices (on a footlong!!). I won’t be ordering again and I’d avoid WestOne Subway if I were you and want a correct order!

Went in early morning and had a lovely breakfast sandwich served by Molly.However a couple of hrs later realised my phone was missing,phoned here and spoke to Stuart who couldn't of been more helpful a real credit to the company,shown compassion and was the ultimate professional. Thankyou.

Due for delivery at 08:30. It arrived at 09:02 by a delivery driver with a major attitude. The food was cold. The hash browns freezing. The footlong sub barely warm and missing the cheese that was supposed to be on it. Requested no sauce which was done - but seemed they left the cheese off too. Hash browns actually inedible they’re so cold and rock hard. I would not order again.

Food is amazing, driver was a lovely guy, all-round brilliant service.

Prices have shot up!. Foot long meal deal (sandwich,drink and crisps) £12.19! Ordered on a self service machine.

They had toasted the wrong sub. The one i asked to be toasted wasnt and was very dry considering it was a meatball marinara there was barely any sauce whatsoever very disappointed

Driver phoned and attitude was appalling on the phone and when I got to the bottom of my flat there was no driver to greet me and my food was just left unattended I am outraged by this driver

would like to option to tip courier after delivery as some are not very helpful but the one today 26.6.24 was very helpful.

Missing the cookie from 1 of the orders

Went in today bread was stale! As a former employee of the company they were definantly using yesturdays bread!

Vegetables are always fresh, I love the crunch.

Asked for a turkey wrap and they gave me tuna instead

By far the worst subway I’ve visited in uk. The staff kept me waiting while they had a chat. When they did decide to serve me they were not friendly and the smallest portion size I’ve ever gotten from subway. Cost the same as everywhere else but smaller portions. The lady that served me seems like she doesn’t want to work there also.

The staff were happy, kind and respectful but the manager was moody and had no respect to the customers she wrapped up our sandwiches super tight and gave my children the hard stare. When she gave me my packet of crisps she tossed them to me with no respect. Is not okay to do that to their customers I AM NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

Rude staff member when ordering. Absolutely zero customer service skills. I asked a couple of questions and was replied to in a rude and snappy Manner. Unfortunately the girl in question didn't have a name badge. I won't be visiting again.

Don’t go to this subway. I’ve been 4 times now and everytime they get not only my order wrong but my families orders wrong too. I don’t understand how a place can be this bad.

Delivery time kept changing once had the food went somewhere else 1st before coming to me and food was cold

Order came wrong with one of the butties had sweetcorn on it when I didn’t order it and my partner is allergic to sweetcorn. Second buttie had no chicken tikka on and was just salad and mayo on the it. For a 23 pound order I’m highly disappoint and would like a full refund as one of the buttie have gone in the bin and one isn’t edible

I come to subway near enough everyday for my lunch on my break at work. I always order online before hand. Every single time I come the food is always spot on and the service is amazing from every single employee I have encountered. Really really impressed with my service everytime !!!

Great customer experience today with my 11 year old. Lady with the shaved sides of her head absolutely wonderful and welcoming, she deserves a pay rise!

Nothing against this store in particular but in general Subway has gone down hill, with disgusting salad that is frozen first and thawed later in store and nasty ingredients, not what it used too be and now very expensive.

Ordered a chicken tikka salad box. When the order arrived there was no chicken tikka in the box.

Terrible, ordered two large tuna sandwiches. One of them had hair, and one of the staff, her voice, which sounds like a man, couldn't catch her name at the time. She has terrible customer service. This subway used to be good

Not parent friendly, no baby changing unit in the toilet and only one of the two high chairs had working safety straps. Both high chairs were filthy.

Gave us extra cookies because they didn't have any of the bread we wanted which was nice of them

Everything was there, arrived within the time frame, driver was a nice guy and earned a tip, couldn't ask for better service.

Driver gave someone else my order of 3 x subway sandwiches and gave me their order of a box of chicken nuggets. I was supposed to be getting me order re done as the driver admitted mistake but it never happened. So as an NHS nurse I hadn't eaten for 14+ hours and I was then out of pocket too, not to mention my autistic son didn't get his meal!!! Absolutely rubbish

Food stone cold and missing items

Second time I’ve ordered from here and asked for jalapeños and cheese on the meatballs and second time it’s come with no jalapeños, will be using another subway from now on.

The new Subway TLC from eccles (tastes like chicken) I was mildly scared on my first bite. The texture felt just like chicken 6 scroll to bottom for pictures for a closer look It tastes like chicken too, it reminded me of roast chicken I ate as a child. I had it with plant based mozzarella slices, peppers, red onion, sweetcorn & garlic aioli I really enjoyed it after I got over my initial reaction of "oh god is this actually meat, has there been a mistake, best read the receipt 9 more times to check" The cookie was good too, it's sweet but not so sweet that it feels sickly sweet. It has a nice chewy texture, is that what all their cookies are like? I've never had a cookie from there before now Well done Subway. I also gave some to my partner (who isn't vegan) and he was impressed and said it was like chicken too

Slowish service. One of the staff clearly didn't want to be there and was in the back whilst the other was struggling with customers. Asked for grated cheese and only gave me a little handful for a footlong sub. Other than that food was okay and store was clean. Just been for 2 6 inchers, very nice professional staff.

Very clean and staff CAN be quick however it seems when I go to the store they're always training a newbie which does effect the queues. I wouldn't reccomend to order from uber Eats here, as when I've gone in with a specific list of meals for my work place they've still got orders wrong. They don't always have olives and never have sweetcorn.

Poor show guys. 4 of 5 staff behind counter not wearing face covering correctly, and this is the smallest salad 'box' I've ever purchased from a subway store (it's in a box, but more of a cup size). I'd avoid this store and go to one of the local alternatives.
