Subway in Wigan

Absolutely shit lossed 17 quid because they think it's upto me sort out the delivery no food no service never again

NEVER HAVING SUBWAY AGAIN! I normally have a subway sandwich pretty much everyday and today I was working out of area and attended this place. The staff were so unprofessional behaving like they do not know what they were doing, I asked if the meat was halal and they were looking at each other confused. Anyhow, I proceeded with my order and asked for a Plant Patty… they could not pack a sandwich to save their lives if they had to, sandwich broken the bread wasn’t even intact and like they couldn’t even wrap it up. Customers before me complained about the same issue about not being able to make a sandwich and was offered a free cookie to say sorry but that doesn’t really do justice. Very very poor quality and service here! I don’t think I want a subway again

Probably the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. I normally like subway. Based on the photo behind the counter, my sandwich should be packed with salami but was almost vegan when I got it. I was served by a very impatient shouty woman who virtually told me what I was having.

Remind me not to order from this Subway again! The nachos were burnt, dry as dust and with no jalapeños 🤣 Main sub was cold and soggy.

Got my order completely wrong had to throw it all away due to ordering on uber eats i didn't get a refund

Kaylee absolutely horrible person speaking to me like rubbish called up as my food was supposed to be delivered an hour ago to ask what is happening she said and I quote I can’t do anything to help you not I’m sorry about this then she gave me a number and said they will be able to sort everything I rang that number it was a number which only the businesses can call so I rung back and advised her this she said I don’t care I have a Que going out the door only thing you can do is cancel your order as I refuse to ring the number as I’m too busy after I explained I put the order in 2 hours ago she just rudely put the phone down absolutely horrendous service and I hope Annette picks this up

Great food,great staff,very attentive,cash only so be prepared

Tried to buy foot long sandwich, but wouldn't accept my voucher, other subways I've used I haven't had a problem, I wouldn't mind, because everytime I've walked past this shop there's hardly anybody in. Won't use this subway again.

BMT on Italian bread is absolutely brilliant

I'd give zero if possible, ordered through uber, only ordered 3 6inches and nachos, nachos was missing and my marinara was plain and cold with none of the extras on I selected.

Typical Subway. Fast service, fairly enough spaces to sit inside to eat and fresh tasty food.

Staff are abit awkward but over all its okay

Missed subway in lock down, it's the only fast food outlet I use. Staff were very welcoming.

Brilliant salad bowl brilliantly prepared and presented.

Very slow service was quing up for 20mins and there was only 5 people in front of me. Its like this everytime

Very nice. Prefer subway over Macdonalds/burger king. Girl serving was friendly. Store was clean.

Just love a subway. Steak n cheese is my fav with lots of salad. Close behind is the meatballs n cheese....yum yum.

It's Subway, they sell Subs which is American for Baguette, not Submarine.

Great tasting Fast food. Salads are Really fresh. And Breads backed instore.

Bye far the best subway Iv used, be tonight and was very pleased with how pleasant the 2 young girls wer also very clean and there was plenty of everthing on are subways. Defo come this one more often

Fresh tasty subs every day with lots of choices

Was dirty and staff were rude. The drinks machine wasn't working properly when i told the staff they wernt bothered and didn't fix it. In the end i got a new cup and changed my drink choice.

It's one of the more disappointing Subways. Tiny shop, burning when toasting the sub, ingredients being mixed at the salad bar. Allergic to green peppers, asked for lettuce, you see where this is going.
