Waited 2 hours for pizza Charged for 2 extra toppings I didn't receive and hardly any meat on kebab. I regularly go petra however I won't be ordering again

Friendly staff, great choice of food for the price range. Have enjoyed the burgers, pizza and chicken (better than the famous place). Also deliveries come to you fast and with the food still super hot and appetising 🫶

Ordered takeaway, living in Springfield, wondered what it would be like coming from Shevington. Always arrives quite quickly and always hot and fresh. Very happy with my choice!

I've ordered from Petra a couple of times in the past and haven't had any cause to complain.. until tonight. We got a very well done, almost burnt pizza (the crust was inedible.) The kebab had literally one slice of cucumber and 2 small slices of tomato. I had to add some salad to it from my fridge. The chicken was nice enough and the chips were lovely but not worth £23.45. Disappointing.

Absolutely unbelievable fresh lamb shish kebab provisionally cooked and really like dinner pizza with stuffed crust….

Food was delivered quickly and was really good.

I love this place. The food is excellent - the spicy wings are the best ones I've had from a takeaway. The staff are always friendly. Our orders are always great value - loads of food for not a lot of money. Delivery down to Apply Bridge is normally within 30 minutes unless it's mad peak time. In addition you can order off their website - which is way cheaper than going off just eat. Delivery is a quid cheaper and mid week it's a 15% discount. You still even get 10% at other times.

Had the donner meal with chips salad sauce and naan bread was Istanbul style meat which was really tasty

Stopped ordering a while back as the food had gone downhill. Decided to try again to see if it had improved. Unfortunately not, will not be making the mistake of ordering from here again.

I don't know what has happened recently but delivery times are terrible. Food always arrives hot though.

Used for years but last few times has been a let down but hoped it would get better again. 2 hours for a basic order, and some of the worse food I've ever had. Avoid where possible

Have been ordering from here for months! Never a problem with delivery as they are a 10 minute drive from our house.. it states on their website they deliver to WN8 however they are now magically saying they don't deliver to our area which is WN8!! loyal customers my arse.. ridiculous service.

Been ordering to WN8 for a while now but all of a sudden they don't, rang to ask why but I didn't get much from the guy on the phone as he seemed annoyed that I rang to ask a question instead of making an order

Used be the best value for money around, changed the menu but aint as good...

Order food at 11pm but never received confirmation. Checked with just eat and still no conformation. Rang restaurant 4 times, no answer. They shut at midnight then suddenly my ordered says deliver bang on 00:00. But guess what, still no food. Now I have to wait till 4pm the next day to get in touch. Shocking service.

Can't fault Petra in any way. The pizzas are as good as any you'll find anywhere (and far far better than the ludicrously expensive Domino's and Pizza Hut). Service is friendly and delivery is quick and very reliable. For pizza, kebabs, burgers etc. I'd never go anywhere else. A+ across the board.

Fantastic food and fantastic staff

Ordered from here few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Since we can not make an order due to nobody answering the phone so tried just eat said order accepted yet 5 mins later got message saying no longer takin orders!

Never disappointed with the food

I ordered a pizza with no mushroom and it came with mushrooms and I ordered chips and they never come

Ordered a Donna kabab, 3 pizzas meat fest, chicken &mushroom and a margarita plus 3 cans off pop. Donna wasnt very nice, pizzas were very bland not much flavour all. Pizza sauce had no taste. And to top it all off they forgot the 3 cans off pop.

Me and my Partner decided to order from here again as last time it was great, this time it took over an hour and a half to come, got my order wrong, the donner was dry, the only decent thing was the chips. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great pizza And kebabs I think it’s the only pizza shop in the Area to use proper mozzarella cheese And they don’t charge extra when it’s delivered like most of the Standish ones

Only been twice as it was recommended and they were right . Food delicious and served with very pleasant staff .

Today I came in and felt sick I projectile vomited all over the floor. I soon got word my friend who also got Petra today as felt and vomited today. If I would I would give this a one.

The food was really good I enjoyed it a lot

Usually my go-to takeaway in the area, perfect 9 times out of 10. Reasonable prices and quality food, only slight complaint is delivery times as can sometimes take too long compared with other big chain restaurants (Domino’s, Pizza Hut etc.). All in all, love the place. Would recommend to anyone.

Food delivered very late & cold. They don’t answer the phone so you can’t even ask them if it’s on the way. Definitely won’t be using them again!

Would give no stars. Tuesday night and the order was ment to be 45mins 1hr 30mins later no show. Never pickup the phone to speak to cancel or find out where the food is. Would highly not recommend to use this place. Spoilt the night! UPDATE Turned up a hour and 10mins late. Two hours and 10mins after ordering and expected us to have it. Don't think so! LE Mamas all day long is alot better with no let down and at least they care about their customers and customer care
