Still no arrival, now not on lunch break

Food was nice and hot. Very tasty subs

waited more than 2 hours in total and at the end still didint recive my order,called them they said its arriving but running late. and still no order but says delivered really disapointing.. requested refund.

Wrap was the size of my big toe cheers

order arrived promptly and courier was friendly

unfortunately we did not receive the crisps on one of our meal deal or sauces :( other than that we have no complaints

Order was late due to a lack of delivery staff, if you lack delivery staff then don’t offer delivery. Food was so so. Mine had ketchup, which I detest, instead of mayo which I requested.

Food takes almost 2 hours to arrive from purchase time and when it arrives it’s cold, soggy and squashed. Lesson learned.

Very nice food and kind staff, i was served by a curly haired boy who was very respectful.

always late not matter when you order they might as well not give a delivery time because it never arrives when they say it will be and always 10 to 15 minutes over their delivery times

Not sure why there is still a charge for a bag when it is now plastic? The bag was previously paper which is better for the environment.

Rude, blonde manager, very obnoxious. Had made an error but refused to be shown the evidence. Subway staff are overstretched and often rude. Won't be supporting this store anymore after bad attitude.

it over a hour from ordering to arrive and when it did arrive the waffle fries were cold and hard. the rest of the hot food was cold as well. overall it wasn't worth the wait or money.

not even arrived and the app says it be delivered but ad usual with subway it's always late by 15 minutes and not delivered when said it would

delivery was over 30mins late, food needed reheating and item was missing. justeat offered a partial refund but subway refused the partial refund.

meatball overcooked and rock solid all the hot sides were cold the waffle fries soggy and the melt wasn't crispy just cold and floppy

delivery time is abysmal food was due at 13:30 it is now 15:10 and food has only just arrived

the order turned up, it was wrong and late ,my children were very hungry as it was a treat on a school night which I would not normally do and believe me I wish hadn't! £45 later for a disappointing treat....

Took 1hr 40mins to arrive! Hot food was cold and stale and the chocolate on the donuts had completely melted! Terrible experience will be seeking a partial refund.

Absolutely disgusting! Everything we ordered was inedible and it is all now I the bin. What a waste of money. Never will I order again sand I would certainly never recommend.

Substandard, dry and plain boring. Must be in partnership with amazon for packaging, box for five bite size sausages, box for five bite size hash browns, box for five cheese bites, box for bite size chicken bites, box for sub, box for garlic bread, box for pepperoni sub. Oh and a guess what no hot box for delivering it in, cold food.

It wasnt hot and was slightly over an hour late. Missed my lunch break waiting for it. Not best pleased

Ordered at 12:15 food arrived at 14:05 Food was cold Cookies were stale I order every week and never have issues however today was ridiculous and I'm contemplating whether or not I should order from this store again, not happy at all. I would like to be refunded for the lack of effort put into my order.

Food wasn’t toasted. Crisps open already. Sandwiches in the wrong boxes. Late delivery by 30 mins. Won’t let me change it above.

Food ordered at around 5pm set to deliver by 5.15. Didn't leave the restaurant until past 6pm and arrived at 6.30

I asked for plenty of salad and got 2 bits of lettuce (yes 2!!!) 3 cucumber, 3 red pepper slices. Rang and complained even sent photos to be told they put 10g of lettuce in a sub (random and not sure how when they don't weigh ot lol) I said I request extra salad so I feel they took the Mick and they said they thought it was acceptable and to contact just eat. My husband's was sparse and had no sauce.

My food was cold and I couldn’t eat it

Just moved to March. The subway here makes much better sandwich then the previous chain. You actually get ingredients.

I love Subway, it has awesome vegan sandwiches. My favourite is the vegan meatball marana with loads of alioli on. As regs the staff they are always friendly and helpful. The service is great too. I love going to Subway it always smells delicious. Makes you want one even more when you go in.

When i completed the order the expected time was 35to45 min. It’s take more than 1h10min to be delivered…. Not good.

For a salad the delivery time is poor! It’s no delivery time and it’s been being delivered for over an hour. The subway is 7 min drive from me. Horrendous.

Only thing missing was pickles and sweet onion sauce in one of the footlongs other than that ok 👍🏻

Too much salt, bordering on uneatable. Bread was fresh, also filling was fresh. Perfect amount of Mayo.

Delivery took 1hour 20mins. Food was stone cold. Just Eat have done nothing to rectify this. Also had items missing from the salad. Also not been addressed by justeat. 0 out of 10 score.

We ordered two foot long, hearty Italian with herb subs. Both came as we ordered, and on time. Great work the staff at March Subway..

For me to order at 2 when I finish work to go on break for an hour and a half, I couldn’t eat anything due to waiting for my order. I’m at a carer and support worker, I’m very disappointed for how long it took to be delivered. I can’t eat on the job so was relying to be delivered on time. Now I don’t get to eat till after 10pm tonight.

Food was on time, it did need to go in the microwave for a few mins but that is to be expected for Subway and this cold weather did not help. Delivery guy was sound! and the food was great as always.

An hour after placing my order and calling to chase a late delivery I was told my order was next to be delivered. They then cancelled my delivery not 5 minutes later as “couldn’t find my house” I called the store and they said they had ran out of meatballs so cancelled. Just awful service

I really don't understand why my reviews are not being shown but I would avoid eating from here I became very unwell.

Fuming! I ordered on the Just Eat app, they took over an hour to arrive 2 foot long subs and 2 bottles of Pepsie. I tried calling Subway, regarding my order and they hung up on me 10 times! I wasn't even sure if my order was going to arrive. When the delivery guy got here he really banged on the door ( I am a regular customer and they have previously used the door bell). He then proceeded to run into his car without even an apology. Then I opened the monstrosity. I was absaloutly disgusted with what was before my eyes, not a gloriously put together sub, although a "thrown together" mess, that's the kindest way to describe it. It was horrific, the sub was meant to be toasted and so was the other sub - both weren't. Items were missing and sauces. I had to stop eating my Subway half way, the chicken really tasted off and I have felt sick since eating it too. I'm worried its old meat and that I'm going to get food poisoning or become ill from eating this. If I am sick I will go to my Dr's tomorrow and get this store reported to trading standards. I also will be contacting head office for a FULL refund. Do not even bother with this Subway!
