Get rid of those damn machines! Seriously no one is greatful to see them. Have it your way has become have it how it comes and how it came was not my way. Subway is to expensive to chuck out any old generic sandwich it's the customisation that makes it worth while. Whatever moron thought they could improve my experience with a computer wants sacking. Ain't broke don't fix. If these computers become common place then subways days are numbered

I recently visited this location and had a disappointing experience. I ordered three foot-long subs, which are now priced at over £10 each. When I tried to place my order at the till, I was told by staff that I had to use the self-service screen instead. I prefer ordering at the till to avoid mistakes, but my request was refused.The ordering process on the screen was frustrating. Unlike other fast-food chains like KFC or McDonald's, ordering a sub is more complicated, and I had specific requirements for my order. I struggled to find the option I wanted and asked for help, but the staff member showed me the wrong item, leading to an incorrect order. When I asked for help again, she responded with a tut and seemed annoyed. After making one of the steak subs, I wasn't allowed to add salad or sauce because it was classified as a hot sub. The staff pointed out that there was a note on the screen in the left corner saying I couldn’t change anything, but it was in small writing and looked more like information about ingredients or nutrition. When I explained this to the staff, she made me feel as if I should have known better, giving me an attitude that made me feel stupid. Being in a rush and distracted with my kids, I didn’t have time to figure out the menu system on the screen. It would have been much simpler to order with staff instead, but that option wasn't available. Being with my family, I didn’t want to create a fuss, so I had to reorder the correct sub. This left me with extra food and costing me more, especially frustrating since the subs are already expensive. To add to that, I wasn’t allowed to change or get a refund for the mistaken order. I mentioned this experience to a friend, and he shared a similar one. He witnessed two other customers walk off after being told they had to use the screen to order. When he asked the staff why orders couldn’t be taken at the till, they responded that it made things easier for them. However, he pointed out that they were losing customers because of this. The staff confirmed that all subs would be ordered this way going forward. Given how expensive subs have become, I expected much better service and a more flexible ordering system. If this is how all locations are going to operate, it’s going to make it difficult for customers like me who prefer to order in a more straightforward way. I hope the restaurant considers making the process clearer and training staff to be more accommodating. Unfortunately I won't be coming back.

Lady wanted to charge me triple.. Then double price at the end I still payed more then I should.. 6 inch pouched egg and cheese toasted sub took over 10 minutes to preapere and it was completely burnt and rock hard when I showed it to the lady she asked me if it's burnt... no refund was offered.. I understand someone is completely new to the job but shouldn't be left to work unsupervised if its not fully trained and confident.

All the staff are fantastic but I must admit my sub was extra special when Rav was on. 👌👌👌👍☺️ Update, If you are using any other subway, I'm sorry but your missing out. The staff are great and the amount of filling in the subs blows everywhere else away. This is the sixth subway I've used and it's so different it's like night and day, I only wish I could give more stars. CRAZY GOOD!! 12/10. UNBEATABLE FOR VALUE AND SERVICE 💯👍 Update. SOMEBODY CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!! Food this good with this much filling should be illegal. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS 🥰 and I received a free gift. There isn't enough stars to give an accurate grading and definitely not one to grade Rez. 👌

I used to love subway. Today I went in for a sallad. In the app it said I had 700+ points to spend. I wanted to use 500 of those for a sallad. Well the sallad was a joke! I got a bit in the bottom of the box. I got a bmt sallad. I've had sallad before from subway but another one then this but I'm very disappointed. Oh, they said my points was not valid so o paid over £5 for this.

Went to subway at 8pm weds 16th feb. Was greeted by 2 really helpful lads. Nothing was too much trouble even helped me with my indecisiveness. I had a bad day and actually walked out laughing. These 2 were fab and I will always stop here from now on cause a lot of other places I go to the staff are not friendly. These 2 employees are great examples of what good customer service looks like. I run customer service contact centres and these 2 would get a top mark from me 😁👍

One of the few actual 247 shops in England. A BP petrol station with Spar, Subway and a Costa Coffee machine. The Spar prices are a lot higher as is typical with a petrol station but there are some offers. Subway is halal and they also serve fresh coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Then you have the Costa Coffee machine if you prefer their products. It's a nice busy store and always a good safety net if you get caught out late without any of the basic provisions (e.g. milk, bread, dairy, etc). Even after 11pm on a weekend I still run short on items sometimes. So this is where to go if you do.

Called in tonight for a salad box for tomorrow. The customer service was second to none. The gentleman offered salt and pepper when i said no to sauce. Which has never been asked before! Impressed with the salad box made just how it looks on the posters.

First time ordering from here. Belly aches and ended up throwing up - literally. So much grease even the delivery driver apologised for the state of it all spilling out of the sides. Parmo cheese was crispy burnt with oil. Chips felt like they had been cooked for an hour under a low heat, dry. Kebab pizza was burnt on the top, so much to even bite through. Salad was nice, the rest went in the bin. Won't be ordering again, live and learn.

First time using these guys and must say top notch all round. Ordered the half pound cheeseburger with chips and must say nicest burger I've had locally in years.. freshly cooked and very tasty compared to other takeaways burgers that I've found are overcooked and tasteless.. definitely my go-to place from here on if I want a burger. My lad had the doner calzone pizza and loved it as well.. Overall very happy and will definitely use again and recommend..
