no chicken in my chicken tikka salad... tomato in my salad which I didn't ask for.

Came in late this evening for a sub. Was greeted by an extremely friendly server named Harman preet. They were very attentive and helpful throughout my whole experience even giving advice on what sauce would match my meal. Was a wonderful experience and would definitely return due to her work ethic alone. Food tasted lovely and cleanliness in the shop was fantastic.

Over an hour late and didn’t even turn up, said it was delivered clearly the delivery guy took it, not even the first time tbis has haplened or my order has been wrong / missing items

Food order arrived with cheese on... didn't order cheese as I have an issue digesting cheese, yet it had cheese on (allergy risk)... and delivered late with two delayed delivery text messages. The sandwich itself was 'ok' once cheese removed etc. but disappointed.

Wow just ordered the breakfast foot long sub. It was fantastic. Loved the eggs! So often eggs are overcooked in sandwiches but these were perfect! had the footling cookie too, it was so delicious. Highly recommend this!

Excellent experience with young brown girl fast food prepared and so delicious i love spicy she made my sandwich according to taste i really appreciate the food i excepted less but she do more than my expectations always recommend if you want sandwich ask girl known as harmanpreet dhaliwal

Delayed by 30 mins, upon arrival, the sauce for the churros was missing, instead receiving barbeque and tomato ketchup? Whilst the sub itself had very little salad, and was extremely cold :(

The wrap was lack of onion and peppers the chicken nuggets where cold znd the pizza baguette was cold too

Harman and Harman both served us with smiles and great conversation. They make the experience in subway brighter. They both remember mine and my family’s orders off by heart. Honestly the best employees I have seen at subway yet. You mostly get a bad vibe from people working at subway, but these two definitely make my day😁

The food was wrong! It clearly says that the chosen bread is *Toasted* and every time we order from these they’re never ever toasted! Waste of time they are! How hard is it to read the order? It’s so frustrating when it’s not cheap and you receive cold and food that wasn’t as requested!

Worst experience from a Subway ever, got my sandwich wrong. Toasted when I said no. wrong bread and even that was burnt and stale. Wrong cookies and 45 mins late

Restaurant got the order wrong and didn't read comments. I got full fat mayo instead of light mayo which meant I couldn't eat the whole meal and there was not extra pickles as requested. Thoroughly disappointed.

Salad was just not as tasty as Walsall subway stores.Also surprised at the amount of chicken that was given especially because I paid for extra chicken. There wasn’t much cheese, the sauce was plain and the chicken didn’t have much flavour. I wouldn’t order from here again.
