Subway, Probably Healthiest fast food in the country

Went for lunch again tables and floor disgusting food good,i thought it might have got better since last time we went in but it's not

Ordered at 13:11. Food did not arrive until 14:40, disappointing considering the restaurant is only a 10 minute journey away. In addition to this, the three items ordered were all cold by the time they arrived. Will not be ordering from here again any time soon.

Placed an order for delivery at 11:50, rang them at 12:45 for an update on delivery time got told 20min gave them until 1:30 rang again got told 20min given them until 2 now the phone is off the hook terrible service! I’m just glad we got the money refunded.

I placed order at 11.45 and am still waiting for my food at 13.55

Turkey and ham subs were missing the turkey, sandwiches not cut properly, crispy onions missing from one sub also.

Still not been delivered going on 4 hours

Everything as good just one little mistake it wasnt toasted but everything was as ordered other than that

It was late, however the food was lovely, the driver couldn’t apologise enough and was given a free drink. Was worth the wait! Thank you!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE an hours wait called 4 times on update on delivery when food finally arrived we received two portions of cheese bites instead of meatballs food was stone cold will not be ordering again terrible service for money spent 0 stars

This is third time I have ordered from here in a row where food has been delivered cold and late, after being pushed back by the restaurant. Always the same reason. Not enough drivers, an hour now I have been waiting, I appreciate some delays happen but an hour is a ridiculous wait for something that on the app you have claimed has been delivered.

food badly made staff very rude when I called twice to find out where my order was . then order arrived without drink called again to be told that the driver had given me the drink it was actually still in his car. very rude staff from the onset

Pay extra for pepperoni on salad and there is barely any there. Salad box is also half empty

Items missing, order late. Every time i have ordered from this Subway there has been an issue of missing or wrong items.

I have ordered from this branch before and always the same issue. Food is good but always a massive delay in delivery & have to chase.

The food was late, when it arrived it wasn’t correct, missing basically all of the fillings in the sub. Not happy

Don’t go if you’re vegan. They have vegan options but they touch meat and then touch the vegan cheese without changing gloves - we saw this happen in Bloxwich when an online order asked for vegan cheese with meat — not something I’d want to eat again after seeing that! They should’ve changed gloves regardless of the order if touching vegan alternatives.

hardly any meat, the bread fell apart, almost disentagrated as soon as I tried to pick it up. tasted as it should have, but really disappointed about the lack of beef in my philly cheese footlong.

Everytime i order food from here it comes late and cold and leaves me kids crying as im doing this review i still have not received my food my son is disabled and doesn’t understand when i try explaining to him about 30minutes lates he just cries and cries and obviously for me to make a food order it because we are HUNGRY and not just for fun so stressful i wish i had another subway nearby to order from

Order was extremely late, ordered toasted on both sandwiches and one came not toasted. Both sandwiches were cold and just a really bad experience. Complete waste of time and money.

Was told the food was delivered and it wasn't had to call the store to see where the order was. No dips were included even though asked for.

I ordered a foot long sub but only got half the sticker on the package was tampered with. I requested a refund a was rejected. I believe some of the just eat drivers are stealing the food. I have had half my fries stolen. I will be taking my compliant further as I have got 3 bad orders and no compensation. The packaging needs to be more secure like McDonald’s so nothing can be tampered with. If something is missing then it is the restaurant error.

Food was awful. Uncooked chicken still freezing. The sandwich was poorly made

Filling wrong in footling, chillies which I hate instead of peppers, and no crispy onion. Had a meal deal but didn't get my cookie.

Due to being late, food was starting to go cold. Wrong item included which, due to dietary restrictions, therefore couldn’t be eaten. Usually happy with Subway but unfortunately I was underwhelmed this time.

always whenever I order my order is always late I call and they always say they are really busy which I can't complain about because I get it being busy but on every one of my orders then it's a problem and the to just let just eat think I've received my order even when I haven't that makes it worse I probably won't order subway for delivery anymore if I want a subway I'll just go in person

normally very good but this time steak was really clumped together and soggy in places. waffle fries seemed to be undercooked.

Awful service. Ordered at 1pm with an estimated delivery time of 1.25pm. Received a phone call to say it was running slightly late and would be another 10-15 mins. After an hour I phoned to be told ‘it’s on its way, will be another 10 mins’. Eventually delivered at 2-15pm with an item missing and melted ice cream. Replacement items finally delivered at 3pm, 2 hours after the original order. When I contacted Subway to complain I was offered a cookie for the inconvenience!

Food was delivered exactly as I wanted and the delivery was amazing exactly on time and extremely sufficient.

The worst subway I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I don’t think the staff in there are very hygienic. I ate a chicken tikka footlong and vomited 3 times within 5 hours after eating it. That place needs shutting down immediately!!

Don’t use this subway pictures showing 2 chicken subs one with a tiny piece another with zero , called to complain told basically to stuff off by staff , this is definately an avoid place that needs shutting down or at least staff owner training

Only main complaint I have is gluten free is not labeled which is a risk to someone who may be extremely intolerant to gluten like myself which can cause consequences such as ending up in hospital

no meat or cheese on 2 subs so one of ended up with 3 slices of tomato, 2 slices of pepper and lots of sweetcorn!. called store and they were as helpful as a chocolate teapot! now just to wait to say what justeat say about my complainy. will not be using this subway again!!!

Had everything correct but its literally less than 5m away and the things that were supposed to be hot were cold and looked like it had been thrown about all over the shop and there was too much of a certain item on each thing. (For example, too much overpowering sauce) but as i say the order was correct and came on time.. at the same time it is literally round the corner.

Late (again) I’ve had one order in 10 arrive on time. The rest are over an hour.

Ordered and took 50 mins to arrive, once the driver arrived he never delivered the order and I watched him drive off with my items in his hand, I called loads of times trying to resolve the issue and was told to contact uber for a refund.

My all time favourite Subway, delivery guy polite.
