Great place for a quick bite to eat

Food good given what it is. Prices are another issue. 4 subs were about £26

Utter crap for price we were charged. Asked if X,Y & Z were on deals, yes she said, before ordering then at checkout no deals on same sandwichs she previously had said were in deals. Couldn't be arsed arguing as placed had a few in Q. Tried calling later but no answer. £10 for a cheese sandwich & a drink for a child, get a grip. Will not be back.

A chill place to hang around. Accessible and staffed with polite, competent workers.

The meat was fine but the bun tasted stale and very crumbly like it was cooked in the morning and just left out for the day.

Food was below average compared to other sites. Prices were also more expensive than my local for the same sub. The guy who was serving was nice and friendly and he got through the que quickly. Busy wee place but unfortunately i was left feeling disappointed.

Average subway store. Fresh, however, nothing to write home about. Service could be more enthusiastic.

The order didn't arrive with the branch but they couldn't have done more to help but i think this is a JUST EAT error and not one of the branch

Went to this Subway for lunch, which i have done on many occasions, ordered my normal Tuna Salad, and noticed the woman " Skimming" the Tuna into the scoop, asked to see it in the tray and both scoops didnt even amount to one full scoop!!!!!!, i should have been alerted when the guy in front of me only got 5 slices of peppereami on his foot long sandwich !!!! i have never had a complaint about this place in the past but now that they are cutting back on their fillings i will not be back, thieving from people by charging more and giving less in these hard times does not sit well with me

We are not familiar with visiting Subway but the staff on duty were more than helpful. They took their time and explained what was available. Really tasty and we will be back.

It's good to be able to get plant and chicken teriyaki. We had salads and there was plenty for lunch. We finished our lunch with a cookie and muffin. We used our Subway points and only had to pay just over £4.

Nachos received without salsa on them.

You know what you are getting, but a little thrown together, not the usual care taken!

Had better subways at other locations. Service wasn’t the best either. Overall was disappointed and would probably not go to this subway again.

Subway seems to be extremely expensive now unsure why but can't spend 8 pound in a sandwich which is average

A little expensive but nothing beats the cookies.. the only I would go there is this.

Never topped up on stock i.e. hearty italian bread, some vegan options and cookies.

I had veggie pattie toasted with cheese, felt not so great. I don't suggest others to have it. The staff is good though. Well there is not any choice for veggie lovers other than this item in subway they should bring in more vegetable options.

Fantastic selection of affordable food. Some counter staff need to speak clearly and louder so that mistakes with orders are avoided.

The hash browns, aren't hash browns and were soggy. The foot long was superb tho

I ordered a basic chicken salad and paid for guacamole and crispy onions. Neither were provided and my salad was very plain. Still got charged the full amount. Disappointed.

Meatballs were so burnt and hard both subs were inedible.

This pregnant lady got her subway and was happy and fed within 15 mins of placing the order and it was delicious!

Subway Portlethen have really upped their game on quality of food and delivery. Very impressed with quality of food and liking the new individual serving boxes as part of delivery, very neat and efficient.

It was good food, but they were 20 minutes late and i had to be back at school. not impressed.

The order had the wrong phone number but the delivery guy did a great job!

Food was great but were wayyy behind schedule for pick out time. Was ready 15mins after when was pre ordered hours in advance. Staff we’re trying but could have been better sorry.

Ordered for collection at 13.05 but never got food until 13.19. Appreciate their was a fault with the system but wasted half my lunch break waiting for my sandwich even though I preordered. The server guy was so lovely though so I couldn't be mad but I feel like if you've preordered for a time it should be ready (or at least only a few minutes wait).

First class service in every way. A courteous and competent young lady, a delicious foot long vegan roll which cost less than I expected and was made quickly.

Footlong was the wrong one. The cookies was Awful. Definitely not using subway again for delivery!! Waste of money

Nice sized subway with plenty of seating, easy to park and the usual menu that other subways have. No real downfalls but as most subways they are usually out of stock of something but not usually a big deal! Would be nice if they had more donut boxes on offer as they are soo good

Quality of service definitely depends on which staff serve you.

This is a very clean and efficient Subway with a good free WiFi connection and plenty of seating. The only thing that lets it down is the attitude of the Staff. A smile goes a long way to making you feel welcome!

Regular place, can get busy, especially lunch times on school days.

Yes good food but choose wisely

The staff here are always friendly, helpful and even like a good laugh. Just the kind of friendly place you want to stop off and grab a bit of lunch. Food has always been consistently good here and the prices are always very reasonable. Be aware that this branch (like many) are very busy at lunchtime (as the local School kids will decent upon the establishment once they are "released" for lunch).

No gluten free options available! They market themselves as a specialist sandwich shop but don't offer a GF option! Is that too hard for them? Very poor.

A good sub is made here! Not too light on the fillings like other stores sometimes are.

Subway = subway, bread, the way you want it

I got a decent portion of veg on my sandwich which is always a bonus. Good location and coffee is also good.
