Subway in Derry

First time that I ever ate Subway, loved The Baller, delicious. The staff were friendly and nice and the location is near the hotel that i was in. It made me want to eat another one! I would come again if I get the chance to!

I visited this store today and asked for a footlong Italian BMT Sub with lettuce, a scoop of chicken, cucumber, sweet corn, red onion, crispy onion and southwest sauce. Instead, what I got was a foot long Italian BMT Sub with lettuce, a scoop of chicken, cucumber, sweet corn, red onion and southwest sauce. Quite simply unacceptable from their part and I will not be giving my business to subway again. Let that be a lesson in good customer service.

At 10.30AM on a Monday, there's a guy sitting vaping at the window and the staff don't notice it. The vape is blowing everywhere. Won't be in again

Guy severing us did not listen to anything we said which then meant we did not get the right food. He was rude and moody. Do not recommend.

Rude staffat Quayside outlet never again

I went in and my friend asked me if I ordered yet, the guy serving us said "i can f****** here yous" and someone forgot to grab something from the till and i heard him say "oh my godd" in an annoyed tone. He also tried to grab my money but his hand slipped off it, which is okay but i heard him say "jeeesus". Also put ONE slice of cheese on my sub.

This was a horrific experience, the woman who served me was called Katelyn, she spent 5 minutes talking to coworkers before reluctantly deciding serve me. I had to repeat my order of 3 ingredients 4 times. She frequently took breaks from making my order to talk to her coworker. The service was painfully slow and took upwards 6 minutes for a lacklustre sandwich. If i could give negative stars I would.

Horrible experience altogether would NEVER order from this chain again. If I could have given it negative 5 stars I would.Uber driver came with no drink. Missing ingredients is an understatement, they only had the meat no vegetables even though I ordered with, not even dressing was present on it. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Terrible customer service. Girls behind the counter were really rude and rolled there eyes for asking a simple question about an order.

First impressions were great. The staff are really friendly and helpful which really means a lot. The subs are amazing and the staff are always cleaning the place they deserve a bonus

Pretty much just like every other subway. Served quickly, food is consistent and cheap. Staff are friendly and offers a small sit-in (although considerably larger than other subway sit-ins within the city). Clean, modern and perfect for a quick snack.
