£7.50 for a chicken salad bap with a few chips in it!! Shocking

Can't even answer the phone when there not busy.

Fish was burnt and chips were overcooked, both tasted awful. They didnt have goujons for the 3 piece special so replaced them with 4 miserable nuggets which were the equivalent of around 1 goujon. Waste of money as majority of the food was inedible.

Wouldn’t waste your money ,Got a chicken box ,was threw together by untrained staff, hard chips ,£7.50 for a disgusting chicken box that the normal person could make perfectly

It's all about the cooks and the produce I would say that the produce is not local but over seas junk not good at all.

Burger had nothing on it. Not even cheese or lettuce... was dry and bland

Got order wrong, no salt or vinegar. Was afraid to go back in because workers were all in very bad mood. Been coming here for over 30 years, no where near as nice as it used to be.

Tried to call at least 200 times tonight. It would help if they answered the phone!

Had lovely snack in cafe. Staff very friendly and surroundings lovely. Will be back.

Seven members staff on including supervisor.had wait 15 mins to get served as four them were young girl and hadnt really a clue.while three older staff stood around chatting.all try do one job then they didnt know whos order was who.dealing with to many fone orders and customers left standing.burger was absolute mess ended up all around me three different sauce only ask for one.less staff and less chatting things might just move along much better.

New Bridie's in strathfoyle. It's ok as chippies go.

Portions are absoloutley discraseful. £4.20 for 2 large bags of chips which wouldnt have made 1 large bag in any other chippy in derry. When i went back in to complain 1 girl was giving off to another about giving an extra scoop of chips on top of the very small bags which was for another customer. A joke of a place. Avoid at all costs.
