Food wasn’t nice the chips were dry and the pizza tasted terrible.

me and my family all ordered food at 00:16am and we tried calling them, I called them 55 times to see where my food is and they never answered, we waited until 2:08am and it hasn’t came so instead we ordered out of ppache and it took only 10-15 minutes to come

salt and chilli chips were dry and not spicy at all. chicken wings did not look like chicken wings and tasted very dry, we also got the donor baguette and the cheese on it looked molded and the baguette itself was very soggy

The chicken goujon wrap was one of the best things I’ve eaten. Staff were incredibly friendly and up for a laugh as well.

I ordered delivery for 3 burgers with different toppings, they got my order fully correct and everything was so tasty including chips and drinks, fast delivery and lovely delivery driver, I order here all the time, the nicest in town

Ordered at 8:20pm order delivered at 9:25pm missing the pizza - main item of delivery. Immediately rang to notify and after a 5 minute call I was told they would send a new pizza in the next 20 minutes. Pizza arrived at 10:29pm over 2 hours since original order placed. Rest of food stone cold by time pizza arrived. Which was so late into the evening that we didn’t even eat it

Good driver around 15/20 minutes early, so was fresh and warm, one of my favourite takeaways in the city, and stay open late so another bonus. Never had a bad experience from here yet.

Asked for a substitute on the meal.. if it wasn’t possible for what I asked then I would have expected to get what the original meal was but instead had it loaded with tons of extra chips. Not happy

Not my first time getting food from Note Star. Great quality food at a great price! They ran out of the drink I wanted and I got a call so I could choose another one instead, which is great. Amazing customer service, will 100% be ordering again!

Delivery driver has difficulty finding house regardless of me giving clear instructions. Then failed to even show up with our food at all. Not an entire fault on night stars part but they themselves failed to pick up the phone when we rang. Order from here if u don’t want ur food

I have ordered off these guys for a long time now and I live in waterside, the food and most Importantly the chips has never been cold. Most times it has come earlier than expected. The better of takeaways in town.

Order was due to be delivered between 1:00am and 1:20am. It came at 2:10am. No communication from restaurant and didn’t ring my mobile number as suggested on the notes for the delivery. Was asked to leave a review 50 minutes before I even got the food! Disappointed with the delivery service as the food was great

I've eaten out of here a few times, not a fan of the chips but their Philly steak wrap and crispy wings are unbelievable! Staff are always friendly and service is always quick and efficient, I ordered a delivery on Christmas eve and it was here in less than half an hour, will definitely order again!

One of my favourite places in Derry to eat out of. The pizzas, burgers, chicken and chips are gorgeous. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking a nice wee take out.

First time getting the spicy bag combo and woh. Not only value for money but the food couldn't have been cooked any better. And an extra curry dip.for £1.20 made a big difference. 10/10. Good job 👏

Pizza was absolutely freezing and half of it was stuck to the box

Poor quality, naan bread under cooked, chips were hard, no salad on the kebab, ask for three different sauces but it only came with one.

Ordered for my son & his friends & I was told it’s the best mega box they’ve had & they seem to be experts in that field. Pizza was also a big hit. Only downside was a missing drink that was paid for. None the less the food was a hit

Nite star has become one of our favourite take aways but unfortunately tonight was the first disappointment chips was rock hard and tasted like they have been recooked too many times

Didn’t send everything that was ordered and forgot the drinks, food was cold on arrival and then freezing by the time the missing drinks were delivered

Best takeaway in derry! Ordered from here at least 20 or 30 times in the past year (embarrassing I know lol) and everything has been perfect, the food is delicious and you can tell they put love into what they make. 10,000/10. I recommend the mexican beef, hot dog, chicken box pizza and any burger (amazing brioche buns, high quality meat). They've never messed up an order once, which can't be said for anywhere else we've ordered from.

Got the two share boxes both with kebab meat and one with sausages that were definitely not in date, as soon as the tin foil was opened it had a very month old ham in the fridge smell, also the milkshake was very papery in taste. 10/10 never again
