Me and rhe family popped in on Sunday 14th April, and there was only one lady behind the counter, she was brilliant and was non stop, she was running the hole department on her own due to people being off, there was a family in front of us, and by the time we where served and paid there was another 3 people waiting, but she didn't stop, it's really rare to find find someone that just gets on with it, she really is a valuable member of staff 👍 hope she sees this and gets the recognition she deserves 👍

As others have stated the staff here are quite rude. This isn’t our usual subway but nipped in and was informed we couldn’t make changes to the set menu sandwiches. Requested to omit sauces and was told “that’ll be extra” when it’s never been an issue to take things off before. Wouldn’t visit again.

Staff always very helpful, patient and friendly when taking an order from my seven year old. I like to let my child order for himself and the staff are always really respectful towards him and not impatient. I'm always surprised at how cheap subway is compared to a lot of fast food, and the doughnuts are never hard even when it's getting on into the evening which is a plus.

Went here twice as I stopped on a longs journey. Diana who is a worker has no manners at all and really shouldn’t be working in a retail area if she has no etiquettes and manners! I asked her to change her gloves politely due to her touching chicken and other things and I wanted tuna and she just gave me a deadly stare and acted all confused as to when another worker did it without me asking before her. Also Diana is very rude and does not know how to make a proper subway sandwich. I had opened my bag and after 2 seconds I had seen the fillings everywhere. Really did not like my experience. Train your staff to at least give a smile and don’t be so rude and don’t give confused and weird stares!

Without a doubt the worst subway in the area. I work nearby so do use it occasionally and always find the staff uninterested and there is a high staff turnover so the majority of the time the person serving is untrained. However today has completely surprised even me. Stood there for ages whilst a staff member stood at the till chatting to spar staff without even acknowledging me. Then I hear someone from the back talk to her about serving me. The two staff members proceed to argue about who will do it as one is 'busy' and the other 'isn't meant to be serving'. Still nobody actually acknowledges me. They finally decide and are out of half the ingredients - not necessarily an issue but a smile and a sorry wouldn't have gone a miss. Then she wraps up my subway and cuts into it without asking if I want a sauce. No goodbye or a smile from either staff member as I pay. Get it outside to find that it isn't even wrapped at one end. Open it up to find the fillings all fallen out and the bread is all broken up. Where the sandwich had been cut also wasn't cut the whole way through which also made for a very messy lunch break. Also, how can the bread be undercooked yet also burnt and crispy on parts of it (I did not get it toasted)?

Ordered through Deliveroo thinking it’d be quick and easy. Not at all. The crisps I ordered weren’t in with my order, the food was cold and the sandwich inedible and soggy. Massively disappointed.

Food was okay, bit disappointed that I can only purchase sugar free drinks here considering other outlets have Pepsi etc in bottles. *Edit* Disappointing level of service here - young lad serving seemed to have no customer service skills. Put my sub in the oven then went off and stood chatting in the side room with a spar employee while leaving a poor lady on her own with a queue of people. No care in the world that the oven was beeping for over 15 seconds because my sub was complete in there.

With this being on my doorstep, it's very convenient hence why I have been many times however I'm always disappointed. Super stale bread this morning so the whole top crumbled off and not the first time either and half the time they never have wraps available and it takes forever to get served.

This is a typical subway shop so I am sure you know what to expect! Freshly made subs with a quick and efficient service, with regards to this store itself it is based within a large shop as opposed to it's own premises, I have found the staff to always be friendly and helpful with no cause to complain! A little disappointed, although this subway is very clean and tidy the service is really slow. A queue building at lunch time would surely encourage the 2 staff to work quickly. Most stores staff have a system and it works well. Here I find they have no idea. One person choosing a sub and nachos so both staff complete that one order. Meaning me and other people in the queue spend an extra 5 minutes of lunch break waiting. It was 10 minutes before I got served yet only 2 people were in front. In between orders they slowly look around and see if the other will take on the next order or if they had to.

Friendly efficient and diligent staff who quickly make a nice sandwich from simple ingredients. A variety of mix and match salad items can be added to any sandwich (sub) for no extra charge. There is often a queue proving it is good. However if the queue is too long I just get something ready made from the spar. Also adding cheese and toasting is no extra charge.

I come from a thread world country south africa and never had to sit on the floor in any waiting room of any A&E the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 is supposed to be so much better ha ha ha . Don't get me wrong
