The guys who served me was rude, did not offer me any sauce and barely put anything in my wrap! very disappointed. I now understand why people would prefer to wait in costa coffee's long que.

I called at this subway and got into a queue of about 12 people. After queueing for some time I eventually got served, not a problem apart from the fact of standing waiting. I went to sit at a table to be told I can't sit as the shop is closing. I asked why I wasn't informed of that when I was in the queue to be told its not my fault. I explained that I was diabetic which means I have to eat and also that I am recovering from major heart surgery and after queueing for so long I needed to sit down . I wa told again I can't sit as they were closing. I demanded a refund and left only to find the customer served after me sitting at the table eating. I will never use this subway again and I will recommend others don't as well. Disgusting attitude and service

This has to be one of the worst Subways around. I complained about two salad boxes I had delivered and was told to come in and they’d do it again. I went in the following day and had much nicer looking salads. A week or two later I sent my husband in to pick up a salad box, while I prepared steaks and Jack potatoes. I couldn’t believe what was in the box definitely not enough salad for two people. I’ve now stopped using this store and use the one in the garage in Llansamlet not only looks better but you get plenty of salad in the box too!
